In an attempt to seize total control over national security and bypass congress, a frightening new step by the Obama Administration is coming into play. As noted in Friday’s Wall Street Journal in an op-ed by John Bolton and John Woo, a State Department advisory group that is run by former Secretary of Defense William Perry is advising that the U.S. and Russia both reduce nuclear weapons without a treaty, as a treaty would require ratification by Congress. This would allow Obama and his executive branch to unilaterally cut our nuclear weaponry and ignore the treaty clause of the Constitution.

A Kentucky man has sparked a public outcry after he put up a statue of President Barack Obama eating watermelon. His critics say the display is blatantly racist.

When asked why he chose to depict Obama, the nation’s first black president, eating watermelon, Danny Hafley said he “might get hungry standing out here.”

Hafley told LEX18 in Lexington said he is merely exercising his right to free speech and the statue is protected under the First Amendment.

“The way I look at it, it’s freedom of speech,” he said. “I don’t know how other people will take it.”

As the nation stands ready to plunge over the so-called  “fiscal cliff,” it  has become obvious that no matter how many ways House  Republicans find to  “increase revenue,” in an effort to meet President Obama and  his Progressive  brethren in compromise, nothing short of complete capitulation  will placate the  spendthrifts existing on the Left side of the aisle. It is  abundantly clear  that Mr. Obama and Congressional Democrats intended all along  to allow  sequestration to occur, resulting in both the slashing of the budget at  the  Pentagon (an ongoing quest of both Democrats and Progressives) and gaining   political capital in being able to con low-information voters into believing   Republicans caused the problem in the first place.

One point that needs to be made – and understood – by even  the most  apolitical among us is this: Congress, and specifically the US House of   Representatives, is where all legislation concerning revenue is mandated to   originate. Article I, Section 7, of the United States Constitution reads:

Judge England confirms that he will hear the motion for the Temporary Restraining Order filed by me in Grinols et al v Electoral college et al, seeking to enjoin the U.S. Congress from certifying votes for Obama and seeking to enjoin Obama from taking an oath of office until the issue of his forged IDs is ascertained on the merits. It looks like this judge is not joking. I am praying to God that the whole country will be able to finally see the original documents, which I subpoenaed  from Obama, Registrar Onaka, Commissioner of Social Security Astrue, Director of SSS Romo and Postmaster General Donahoe

Over three years ago, purported citizen Barack Obama raised his right hand while swearing to uphold the United States Constitution. Along with him 100 senators and 435 representatives in Congress swore on the Bible to “defend and protect” America as a sovereign nation and to uphold the rule of law in America.

They did not and they are not.

They participate in criminal neglect against the citizens of the United States of America.
