The Baltimore riots are occurring in the face of failed political and police leadership and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake should resign, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton writes in a social media posting that is being echoed by dozens nationwide.

In the Twitter posting Fitton links a disturbing local newspaper report with graphic photos of a burning car, police clad in riot gear and masked looters. “Violence and looting overtook much of West Baltimore on Monday, injuring more than a dozen police officers and leaving buildings and vehicles in flames,” the article opens. “As night fell, looters took to Mondawmin Mall and a Save-A-Lot and Rite Aid in Bolton Hill, loading up cars with stolen goods. About 10 fire crews battled a three-alarm fire at a large senior center under construction at Chester and Gay streets, as police officers stood guard with long guns. About 10 p.m., police confirmed shots were fired at an officer in the area of Virginia Avenue and Reisterstown Road in Northwest Baltimore.”

University Of Florida Closes Frat After Members Spit On Disabled Military Veterans…

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The University of Florida closed a fraternity Tuesday after allegations that its members hurled drunken insults and spat at a group of disabled military veterans at a Panama City Beach resort.

Zeta Beta Tau fraternity’s closing, effective immediately, comes a week after the school suspended the fraternity and expelled three of its members after finding they had behaved inappropriately. The school previously said it was charging the fraternity with obscene behavior, public intoxication, theft, causing physical or other harm, and damage to property.

The Warrior Beach group says the frat members were extremely drunk, and were urinating on flags, vomiting off of balconies and were verbally abusive while the two groups were at the Laketown Wharf Resort last weekend. The veterans were there for an annual retreat meant to honor their service, and the fraternity had a social function.

“I continue to be saddened and disappointed by the reported mistreatment and disrespect of our military veterans,” University of Florida President Kent Fuchs said in a statement. “Our university has always honored, and will always honor, the service of veterans. The reported conduct of this fraternity contradicts the values of service and respect that are at the center of this university.”

That’s exactly what’s happening on the ground right now in Uruguay, as six former Gitmo prisoners, all with Al Qaeda ties, are holding a protest outside of the U.S. Embassy, demanding that the United States government pay to house them and to have their families sent there.

“We’ll be here until Monday. We are not leaving until with speak with the ambassador,” former prisoner Adel bin Muhammad El Ouerghi said.

Americans electing a President who is standing by his promise to stand by the Moslems is having its effect on Christians in the Middle East. Family Research Council President Tony Perkins makes the case:

“Ask Christian Wives, mothers and daughters overseas. Their husbands, sons and fathers are being beheaded or shot by radical Islamic jihadists like ISIS. They are being driven from their homes. Children are being martyred,” Perkins explained. “And our administration has done little to help, and for months resisted calling this massacre of Christians by Islamic jihadists what it is.”

“As General [Jerry] Boykin and I testified before the United Nations on Friday April 17, our administration’s persecution of Christians within our borders is emboldening the attack on Christians worldwide,” Perkins continued. “Why would Islamic butchers fear our government, or believe the United States would defend Christians elsewhere when they do nothing to help Christians under attack for their faith right here in America?”

As an example of how religious convictions are no longer tolerated in the American workplace and public realm, Perkins mentioned how former Atlanta Fire Chief Kelvin Cochran was relieved of his duties after he published and distributed a book, which he wrote for his prayer group that briefly described his biblical view that homosexuality is a sin. …

“The same rampage of ‘political correctness’ that attacked Kelvin Cochran’s freedom to believe is coming to your state, your town, your church,” Perkins wrote. “Christians you know are targets… maybe Christians in your own home. The same rampage of hate that destroyed the career of Kelvin Cochran tells the killers in ISIS, who closely watch America’s domestic affairs, that our government doesn’t value religious freedom of belief.”

Islam is an opportunistic disease. For centuries it has expanded — largely at the expense of Christianity — whenever its adherents have seen an opportunity. America is now under the thumb of people who aggressively oppose the Christian religion, and who refuse to acknowledge atrocities committed in the name of Islam. Christians in the Middle East have no protector in an America run by the likes of Obama. What better opportunity to wipe out the last of them?

About 100 Somalis rallied at the Minnesota State Capitol Saturday, demanding the release of six terror suspects.

They want the attacks against them stopped, they claimed.

Six Somali men were arrested for trying to join ISIS along with two in San Diego and another who made Twitter threats. The mothers of three of the terrorists were at the protest.

U.S. Attorney Andrew Luger admitted last Monday that they have a problem in this community.

“Well, we have been collaborating for many, many weeks now,” said US State Department spokesperson, Marie Harf.

According to Harf, the US has been “talking to other countries, other organizations…who may have ways of getting American citizens out.”

In early April, the US State Department said that “there are no plans for a US government-coordinated evacuation of US citizens at this time” in an official travel warning.

“We encourage all US citizens to shelter in a secure location until they are able to depart safely. US citizens wishing to depart should do so via commercial transportation options when they become available.”

Department spokesman Jeff Rathke explained that the people trapped by Yemeni violence were there because they had ignored the US government’s warnings.

The CCB’s interim report found last year that:

• The war in Libya was not only unnecessary, but the administration quashed possible truce talks between itself and Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi at a crucial juncture.
• The United States switched sides in the War on Terror, facilitating the provision of weapons to al Qaeda-linked rebels during the Libyan civil war.

These two actions fostered the climate for the preventable September 11, 2012 terror attacks. Yet many in the media seem uninterested in exploring the reasons why the United States intervened in Libya in the first place, or the role that then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, now running for president, played in pushing the United States to intervene there.
