The Protests were Organized for one Specific Purpose – Dead Cops

In December 2012, a respected Egyptian news magazine named six Obama administration officials who were in fact agents of the international terrorist organization, the Muslim Brotherhood. They claimed that these individuals had helped change the White House “from a position hostile to Islamic groups and organizations in the world to the largest and most important supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

One of these alleged agents was Imam Mohamed Magid, a Koranic scholar from Sudan. In the Obama administration, Magid was appointed to the Department of Homeland Security’s Countering Violence and Extremism working group in 2011. He is on the FBI’s Sikh, Muslim, and Arab advisory board (yes, we have one of those). He has trained and advised personnel affiliated with the FBI and other federal agencies.

Under Obama’s dictates since he entered the Oval Office, the United States government decided to publicly announce a softer approach to countering Islamic terrorism and the ideology behind jihad (i.e., war in the name of Islam). Imam Mohamed Magid has been a centerpiece in Obama’s show of tolerance (of violence) and diversity (of means of death), so much so that he and his organization have been “cited … as the primary means of outreach to the American Muslim community.”

It’s now known that Magid has a remarkable connection to the murderer of two NYPD officers this December.

DETROIT, Mich. (INTELLIHUB.COM) — The former 39th President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, appeared at a recent annual conference held by the Islamic Society of North America recently as thousands of onlookers listened to what he had to say.

While Carter, an authority figure, spoke on a number if issues, he maintained that the key to securing peace in the mid-East stems from the “principles of Allah”, as reported by others.

Onlookers were amazed by Carter’s “insight” when he requested for Muslim leaders at the convention to sign a “Declaration for Peaceful Communities” to end “suffering”.

According to Channel 7 Action News Detroit, “Carter and his wife have traveled to 145 countries”, building a “coalition”.

Jan. 6 House Speaker Vote: Conservative Coup Against Boehner?

Conservative members of Congress are frustrated with House Speaker John Boehner’s (shown) leadership and are expected to opt for a change on January 6, when the official speaker’s election is held. While this vote is typically just a formality, conservative lawmakers are hoping to use the opportunity to remove the Ohio Republican, who has served as speaker since 2011.

After the November elections, Republicans had decided behind closed doors that they would be nominating Boehner (R-Ohio) for speaker and did not offer any other nominees.

“Rep. Boehner was selected as the House Republican Conference’s choice for Speaker last month,” Boehner aide Michael Steel wrote in an e-mail, “and he expects to be elected by the whole House next week.”

But some of the more conservative members of Congress are not on board. Fox News reports that some “disaffected conservative House Republicans” intend to “rebel and vote against John Boehner for speaker of the House” next month.

“Right now, I’ve been meeting with a small group, and we — about 16, 18 — and we’re hoping to have a name of a sitting member of Congress that we can call out their name,” North Carolina Rep. Walter Jones said in a local radio interview before Christmas.

And while most of those planning to vote against Boehner have remained quiet, some have subtly made their points. Representative Tom Massie (R-Ky.), for example, posted a photo of a sign on his Twitter that reads, “Next Speaker Please.”

Supreme Court Rules You Have No 4th Amendment Protection Against Cops Ignorant of the Law

In a blow to the constitutional rights of citizens, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1 in Heien v. State of North Carolina that police officers are permitted to violate American citizens’ Fourth Amendment rights if the violation results from a “reasonable” mistake about the law on the part of police. Acting contrary to the venerable principle that “ignorance of the law is no excuse,” the Court ruled that evidence obtained by police during a traffic stop that was not legally justified can be used to prosecute the person if police were reasonably mistaken that the person had violated the law. The Rutherford Institute had asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hold law enforcement officials accountable to knowing and abiding by the rule of law. Justice Sonia Sotomayor, the Court’s lone dissenter, warned that the court’s ruling “means further eroding the Fourth Amendment’s protection of civil liberties in a context where that protection has already been worn down.”

Constitutional scholars would call the gift staggering to even contemplate. What indeed are the stakes that could affect every single person in the United States of America as well as future generations for the next ten generations that are found in Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro et. al., Case No. 14-3146?

Canada Rejects U.N. Arms Treaty

Signing the Arms Trade Treaty would not improve upon how we assess exports of military items. Canada already has some of the strongest export controls in the world.

The ATT actually brings countries up to our export control standards.

It is important that such a treaty should not affect lawful and responsible firearms owners nor discourage the transfer of firearms for recreational uses such as sport shooting and hunting. We’ll make sure that any treaty we sign onto is good for Canada, and good for Canadians‎.

On page 261 of the paperback edition of Dear Leader Barack Hussein Obama’s (ghost written) book The Audacity of Hope, he wrote “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

In what must be an effort in his mind to keep the political winds from shifting, in an NPR interview Obama said:

They [Iran] have a path to break through that isolation and they should seize it. Because if they do, there’s incredible talent and resources and sophistication inside of – inside of Iran, and it would be a very successful regional power that was also abiding by international norms and international rules, and that would be good for everybody. That would be good for the United States, that would be good for the region, and most of all, it would be good for the Iranian people.
