Dear Mr. Government

Americans understand that you think you’re clever as you systematically usurp our constitutional form of government. The truth is, most Americans despise you and resent the way you feverishly work to keep us divided as you line your pockets, and attempt to blind us from your crimes against humanity. You try to dumb us down with psychological propaganda because you believe the vast majority of us are too stupid to understand what’s at stake as you go about the work of selling out our country to the highest bidder. It makes perfect sense that you would think we’re stupid; after all, you have been in control of public education for several decades. Rest assured, we are not as stupid as you think we are. For instance, we know that the average Republican was paid a sum of over $17,000 to pass the Trans Pacific Partnership Treaty while the average Democrat received over $9,000. Did you take bribes to pass the Iran nuclear deal as well? Will you completely sell out the U.S. Constitution for a few thousand dollars? Most of us wonder how you live with yourselves despite the fact that you think you’re fooling us.

The debt you have incurred against our children’s future is reckless, and certainly guarantees a future of serfdom, yet, the work you do, paid by the fruits of our labor mind you, ensures that you will not suffer the consequences of your own treachery. You mock us and make us despise one another as you suck this system dry like a fat tick refusing to let go of a dogs hide. You create wealth envy, dropping human kind to the lowest common denominator while you redistribute our hard earned wealth to fund your own political aspirations. In the meantime, your careless policies create real suffering as our standard of living drops. Families weekly pay checks are stretched to the max as you tell us inflation is at three percent but our weekly grocery bill is rapidly increasing. Yet somehow, you have the audacity to tell us increasing the debt ceiling will fix it. Have you no shame?

John Boehner: Less Costly, Smaller Government Will Never Happen

Now-former House Speaker John Boehner says that he came to Washington to fight for a smaller, less costly and more accountable government, and now that he’s leaving the House, that still hasn’t happened.

“I began to realize over the years there is no winning this fight,” Boehner said in an interview with Fox News’ Bill Hemmer on Thursday, just after his replacement, Paul Ryan, took the gavel.
The fight has been going on for over 200 years in Washington, he told Hemmer in the interview, which aired on Friday on the network’s “America’s Newsroom” program, and “it will be a constant struggle over how big should Washington be, how much should it take?”

Boehner said his biggest regret for the time he was speaker was the failure to reach the so-called “Grand Bargain,” in 2012, which would have been an agreement with President Barack Obama and congressional leaders to curb spending while reducing the national debt and avoiding sequestration.

NY Obamacare Exchange Enrolled Hundreds Of Dead People

Democrats can vote while dead, why not Obamacare?

An audit by the State Comptroller’s Office has revealed that hundreds of dead people were enrolled in New York’s health exchange, with nearly two dozen of them enrolling after death.

Medicaid payments totaling over $300,000 were paid out to a majority of the deceased individuals.

Via Politics on the Hudson:

A state audit Thursday found that New York’s health exchange enrolled hundreds of dead people at a $325,000 cost to taxpayers.

Between 2013 and 2014, the health exchange during its infancy improperly enrolled 354 deceased individuals that the state Health Department identified as active Medicaid recipients.

As a result, Medicaid inappropriately paid $325,030 in claims associated with 230 of the 354 deceased enrollees, Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli said in the audit.

The Times Union is reporting that of the 354, at least “21 of those people officially enrolled after they had died.”

It’s unclear what health services were provided for those not among the living.

Kentucky Man Had Right to Shoot Down Drone, Judge Rules

Back in July, a Hillview, Kentucky man shot down a drone that was flying over his property. He was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and wanton endangerment for destroying the $1,800 unmanned aerial vehicle.

Now, a judge has cleared him of all charges.

William Meridith, 47, said his right to privacy made it ok to shoot down his neighbor’s drone. The owner of the drone said he was simply flying it to get aerial images of another neighbor’s house.

Meredith told WDRB about the incident:

“Sunday afternoon, the kids-my girls-were out on the back deck, and the neighbors were out in their yard,” Merideth said. “And they come in and said, ‘Dad, there’s a drone out here, flying over everybody’s yard.’ Well, I came out and it was down by the neighbor’s house, about 10 feet off the ground, looking under their canopy that they’ve got in their back yard. I went and got my shotgun and I said, ‘I’m not going to do anything unless it’s directly over my property.'”

Earlier this week, Bullitt County District Court Judge Rebecca Ward ruled that since witnesses testified the drone was flying “below the tree line”, Meredith has a right to shoot it down.

“He had a right to shoot at this drone, and I am gonna dismiss this charge,” said Ward.

The drone pilot, David Boggs, provided video evidence to Ars Technica that his drone was actually flying over 200 feet above the ground.

Previously I thought, albeit a long shot, it could be possible to work within the current political-media system to affect positive change for the benefit the country and the well-being of the American people.

I was mistaken.

Like many constitutional conservatives, I pinned my last ounce of hope on the House Freedom Caucus, a group of about forty alleged conservative Republican members of the United States House of Representatives.

It was a misplaced trust. It appears that the Republican Party, heart and soul, has bought into Barack Obama’s fundamental transformation of the United States.

Department of Energy Proclaims That Jack-o’-Lanterns Cause Global Warming

Otherwise moonbats would love Halloween, since it entails kids demanding treats they did nothing to earn. But it has been found guilty of economic injustice, because climate change causes income inequality and jack-o’-lanterns cause climate change:

Most of the 1.3 billion pounds of pumpkins produced in the U.S. end up in the trash, says the Energy Department’s website, becoming part of the “more than 254 million tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) produced in the United States every year.”

Municipal solid waste decomposes into methane, “a harmful greenhouse gas that plays a part in climate change, with more than 20 times the warming effect of carbon dioxide,” Energy says.

Somehow the USA managed to thrive for over 200 years without the Department of Energy, which was inflicted on the nation during the disastrous Jimmy Carter Administration.

NOAA Refuses to Hand Over Climate Change Documents to Congress

Last summer, scientists published a study that challenged the notion that global warming has been slowing down in recent years. Their analysis was based on temperature data that was provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Since that time, Congressman Lamar Smith has asked NOAA for the data and internal communications that were related to the study, but they have refused to hand them over.

On October 13th, Smith filed a subpoena for the documents. The Congressman has long been skeptical of climate change, and has accused NOAA of fabricating temperature data. Smith told The Examiner that “Congress cannot do its job when agencies openly defy Congress and refuse to turn over information…When an agency decides to alter the way it has analyzed historical temperature data for the past few decades, it’s crucial to understand on what basis those decisions were made. This action has broad national and policy implications.”

Despite the subpoena, NOAA still isn’t backing down on the grounds that there is a “long-standing practice in the scientific community to protect the confidentiality of deliberative scientific discussions” and Congressman Eddie Bernice Johnson has backed them up by calling Smith’s subpoena an “illegitimate harassment of our nation’s research scientists.”

Will Western Civilization Survive the European Project?

The dream of a unified Europe is turning into a nightmare for citizens of countries whose sovereignty has been surrendered to unaccountable bureaucrats in Brussels and to leaders like Germany’s Angela Merkel who have exercised outsized influence on the European Union’s policies.

Faced with cascading economic, sociological and security calamities brought on by the arrival of many thousands of mostly Muslim migrants, publics in nation after nation are beginning to push back.

Particularly in “New Europe,” anger at Merkel’s open invitation to Syrian and other “refugees” is producing border closures, dislocations and political upheavals. In Poland, for example, a conservative party just received an electoral mandate to reject EU-dictated quotas for migrants and to reassert national sovereignty.

America should learn from, encourage and emulate those seeking to preserve Western civilization from the invasion now underway in Europe.
