Cats down Cards 69-61

Kentucky Sports Radio

If you’re in Louisville this week, you might want to wear a jacket. It gets pretty cold being in UK’s shadow. Little Brother put up a good fight, but in the end it wasn’t enough to trump the superior talent of the Cats. The most impressive thing about this win was how different it was from the first game in December. Kentucky was outrebounded 37-32 and allowed 16 Louisville offensive rebounds. Terrence Jones and MKG were absent early, but the pieces came together for a great win.

MVP goes to Darius Miller who flashed that four and done talent with 13 points just when we needed them. Anthony Davis showed that POY swag with 18 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks. Celebrate big tonight, Cats fans, but keep your eyes on the prize. It all comes down to Monday now. We’ll have the post game link and a full recap shortly.

Go Cats!

BOSTON (AP) – A former employee of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration has been sentenced to nearly three and a half years in prison for possessing child pornography.

Big Government

Federal prosecutors say 34-year-old Andrew Cheever of Lowell was sentenced Wednesday to three years and five months behind bars and two years of probation. He was also ordered to read victim impact statements of six children depicted in the pornography he collected.

He pleaded guilty in December.

Authorities say Cheever had thousands of child pornography images and videos on his home computer and made them available on the Internet using peer-to-peer file sharing software.

Cheever was a security checkpoint screener at Logan International Airport until he was taken into custody in September.

He no longer works for the TSA.

Americans Spitting Out the Obama Kool-Aid… Peggy Noonan Calls It “Creepy”

Gateway Pundit

by: Andrea Ryan

Americans finally found their taste buds.  Peggy Noonan, the head speech-writer for Ronald Reagan, and, inexplicably, a once-supporter of Obama, published an article in today’s Wall Street Journal calling our president “creepy“, “devious”, and “dishonest”.  She says Americans have moved from not liking Obama’s policies to, now, not liking him.

Will Obama Defy Supreme Court If ObamaCare Is Ruled Unconstitutional?

Western Journalism

For 2 years, champions of ObamaCare have been careful to lay out the advantages of their federal dictatorship before handpicked audiences of organized labor and supportive media transcriptionists, at events where applause lines have been rehearsed and questions carefully pre-approved.

As a result, the Regime had little idea that anyone of importance might actually disapprove of their 3,000 page effort to separate Americans from their liberty.

New Meaning for ‘Full-Body Scan’? TSA Manager Charged in Prostitution Case

The Blaze

Rush Limbaugh’s radio show frequently airs a parody of the TSA implicating the workers at that institution as either busybodies or the sort of person who could say “I used to soil myself down at the bus station” without irony. However, recent developments surrounding one Maryland former TSA Manager defy parody. Former TSA Manager Bryant Jermaine Livingston was arrested yesterday for allegedly running a prostitution ring out of his hotel room.

The only excuse Livingston has been able to offer is that he was hosting a “swingers party.”

We the People of the United States

This month marks the fourth anniversary of what author Jack Cashill called

one of the great underreported stories of the 2008 campaign: the multiple breaches of the presidential candidates’ passport records in March of that year.

This will be a comprehensive overview of the story, so it is long and for that I apologize.  Read it or save it for future reference.  The revelations from Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse are topical.  The vettings of Barack Obama by Breitbart’s successors are topical.  As the campaign revs up, the blogosphere and many conservative news websites are revisiting stories from 2008.   The security breach of the State Department passport files, in 2008, was among the very first signs of the scrubbing of any documentary evidence that might disprove what Obama wants Americans to believe about him. As hard as it may be for us to believe, there remain Americans…

ForgeryGate: Feds Refuse To Release Obama Draft Docs To Sherrif Joe

The Selective Service System has declined Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s request to see the original copy of Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration form.

Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigating Obama’s eligibility announced at a March 1 press conference that it believes there is probable cause that the registration is fraudulent.

A three-sentence March 22 letter written on behalf of Selective Service Director Lawrence G. Romo, however, dismissed the request.

“This Agency has no evidence that President Obama’s 1980 registration is not authentic,” wrote Richard S. Flahavan, associate director of public & intergovernmental affairs

Apparently refusing to take seriously Arpaio’s investigation, Flahavan referred the sheriff to the FBI.
