On August 28, 2008, Representative Nancy Pelosi, then Chair of the Democratic National Convention signed an official Certification of Nomination verifying that Barack Obama
was legally qualified to serve as President of the United States under the provisions of the United States Constitution.
I would like to know what Constitutional criteria were used by Rep. Pelosi to make that determination and what evidence she provided to support her contention.
A Colorado Springs “birther,” retired Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister, has Internet blogs abuzz with what may be an illegal foray into an online Social Security data base and how he obtained a copy of President Barack Obama’s draft registration from 1980.
“Col. Greg Hollister, USAF (Ret.) contacted the Selective Service, falsely impersonated President Obama, improperly registered his own address as President Obama’s address, and by this false impersonation and identity theft he managed to obtain a duplicate registration acknowledgement card with President Obama’s Selective Service information on it,” a blogger posted on gratewire.com last week. “This may violate several federal criminal statutes, and apparently caused the federal record of President Obama’s address with the Selective Service to be altered to show that he lives in Colorado Springs, CO.”
Hollister said Tuesday a private investigator, Susan Daniels of Ohio, gave him what is purported to be the president’s Social Security number. He then accessed the Social Security Number Verification Service to find out to whom it was issued and to access Selective Service documents.
The U.S. Army has officially threatened military chaplains they must either embrace the new openly homosexual military, resign from service, or face court-martial for their “religious, conscience” objections. The Pray In Jesus Name Project has obtained leaked copies (unintended for media disclosure) of a private briefing given to chaplains, threatening them with court-martial unless they compromise their Christian message.
Christian Chaplains who speak out against homosexual sin can be accused of “harassment” by homosexuals and face disciplinary action simply for voicing their religious views outside the “context” of their religious ministry.

In an interview with NBC News and another with CBS News, Barack Obama is finally admitting some of the rebels we are helping in Libya may not be friendly to the United States.
“I’m not ruling it out. But I’m also not ruling it in,” he added on NBC, but cautioned that though Washington’s knowledge of the make-up of the rebels was improving, it was not yet comprehensive.
Those members of the Libyan opposition who had met top US officials, including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, had been fully “vetted,” he said. But some opposition individuals may be unfriendly to the United States, he added.
“That’s why I think it’s important for us not to jump in with both feet. But to carefully consider what are the goals of the opposition,” Obama told CBS.
So, in other words, we’re more fully engaged and committing Marines to the situation, but we are not yet sure what the goals are of the opposition. Likewise, “some opposition individuals may be unfriendly to the United States.”
Um . . . which ones? And how can we be sure that, should things go the way Obama wants that these rebels don’t wind up in charge?
He went in without a plan. This is what that looks like.

Donald Trump has raised the question about the Obama birth certificate and that has the media going nuts. Even Obama is sweating more these days. After all, you can’t bribe Donald Trump, so will they try to blackmail him or arrange a meeting in a dark alley with Gledo and Rocko? Maybe, my advice on this is to stay out of dark alleys. But Donald also needs to look at the real picture and that is, Obama’s father was not a US citizen and that keeps Obama from being a Natural Born Citizen. Donald also needs to check into the adoption of Obama. While you’re at it Donald, see if you can find out what passport Obama used when he visited Pakistan in the early 80’s. Just be careful Donald, Obama may throw a baseball like a girl but his so-called friends play hardball.
