The Wheels of Justice

As my friend Bill reminds me, the Wheels of Justice turns very slow but grind very fine. Which brings me to this…………………………………………..

Judge England confirms that he will hear the motion for the Temporary Restraining Order filed by me in Grinols et al v Electoral college et al, seeking to enjoin the U.S. Congress from certifying votes for Obama and seeking to enjoin Obama from taking an oath of office until the issue of his forged IDs is ascertained on the merits. It looks like this judge is not joking. I am praying to God that the whole country will be able to finally see the original documents, which I subpoenaed  from Obama, Registrar Onaka, Commissioner of Social Security Astrue, Director of SSS Romo and Postmaster General Donahoe

…………………… Ill bet you can’t wait to find out how this one turns out. I’m not going to hold my breath. Especially, since they seem to get to the judges, but hey, that’s just my opinion.                                                                1 Dragon

Obama & Congress In Violation of Oaths of Office

By Frosty Wooldridge

NewsWithViews.com

Over three years ago, purported citizen Barack Obama raised his right hand while swearing to uphold the United States Constitution. Along with him 100 senators and 435 representatives in Congress swore on the Bible to “defend and protect” America as a sovereign nation and to uphold the rule of law in America.

They did not and they are not.

They participate in criminal neglect against the citizens of the United States of America.

Speed Limiters, Too?

The American Spectator

Most people — including people who favor what they call “gun control” — would probably not support the idea of fitting all cars with speed governors. But why? Isn’t the principle exactly the same?

The Cost of Obama Sized Government

American Thinker

Please  explain why John Boehner, or any other responsible conservative will not step in  front of a gaggle of reporters and say quite simply, “If you want the kind of  government President Obama and his party  want to deliver then be prepared to allow them to skim about half of your paycheck off the top. It doesn’t matter how  much money you make!  If you have a job, you will pay.”

Sen. Rand Paul: People in Congress Don’t Deserve to Manage Any More Money

Senator Rand Paul was on with Greta Van Susteren  to discuss the current fiscal crisis in Washington DC.  Paul told Greta, “I would raise the debt ceiling on one condition and that would be a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.  Barring that, people in Congress, those who I’ve met up here they don’t deserve to manage any more money.  They’re doing a bad job managing the money they have. We should not send them any more money.  They’re not to be trusted with money.

Weasel Zippers

Must be nice.

Via Weekly Standard:

President Barack Obama issued an executive order to end the pay freeze on federal employees, in effect giving some federal workers a raise. One federal worker now to receive a pay increase is Vice President Joe Biden.

According to disclosure forms, Biden made a cool $225,521 last year. After the pay increase, he’ll now make $231,900 per year.

Members of Congress, from the House and Senate, also will receive a little bump, as their annual salary will go from $174,000 to 174,900. Leadership in Congress, including the speaker of the House, will likewise get an increase.

The 10 Worst Regulations of 2012

Heritage

It seems that no aspect of American life can escape government regulation. In the past year, regulators drafted rules that addressed everything from caloric intake to dishwasher efficiency.

Most of these rules increase the cost of living, others hinder job creation, and many erode freedom. Not all regulations are unwarranted, of course, but increasingly, the rules imposed by the government have less to do with health and safety and more to do with whether government or individuals get to make basic pocketbook and lifestyle decisions that affect them. And it is not just the regulators who are to blame. Congress writes laws that give unelected bureaucrats the broad powers they wield.

Today we bring you 10 of the worst regulations from 2012:
