Judge Andrew Napolitano has lambasted the government just a day after Thanksgiving.
His article for Fox News accuses the government of lying and cheating US citizens, and demands the return of the rights and liberties ‘stolen’ by the Obama administration.
He goes on to accuse the president of not upholding the Declaration or the Constitution even though he took an oath to do so.

Let me begin by saying that the deal the U.S. struck with Iran on November 24 is so criminally stupid that mobs with torches and pitchforks should be surrounding the White House and Department of State demanding that the President and Secretary of State resign.
How many times does the United States have to make really bad deals with really bad nations? And then call it progress!

The US and Hezbollah are in secret indirect talks managed by London dealing with the fight against Al-Qaida, regional stability and other Lebanese political issues.
Senior British diplomatic sources, quoted in a report in Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai on Wednesday, said British diplomats are holding discussions with leaders of the Lebanese organization and transferring the information to the Americans.
The discussions “are aimed at keeping tabs on the changes in the region and the world, and prepare for the upcoming return of Iran to the international community,” according to diplomatic sources in Washington.
Because the US, unlike the UK, recognizes both the political and military wings of Hezbollah as a terrorist organization and refuses to distinguish between them, US officials cannot legally meet with any member of the party. But according to the sources, the US is willing to hear the views of the party and “warm up to a direct relationship in the future.”
Al-Rai noted that Iranian President Hassan Rouhani spoke to British Prime Minister David Cameron last week, and placed the talks with Iranian-backed Hezbollah in the context of the ongoing negotiations between the West and Tehran, which show Washington’s willingness for diplomacy with the Islamic Republic.

Recently, Kentucky U.S. Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes attended a New York City fundraiser with Michelle Obama and picked up her endorsement. In her remarks Mrs. Obama said that electing Grimes is “critical” to enacting President Obama’s anti-Second Amendment agenda.
There are tens of thousands of NRA members and Second Amendment supporters in Kentucky who deserve to know that Mrs. Obama believes that electing Grimes to the U.S. Senate is critical to enacting President Barack Obama’s gun grabbing agenda.
Excerpts from Michelle Obama’s remarks:
“And let’s not forget about that common-sense gun legislation, that so many of us feel so strongly about. Sadly as you know, that bill failed. Anyone know by how many votes? It failed by just six votes in the Senate. Six. So make no mistake about it: the midterm elections, they matter. They matter.”
Obama went on to say that said that people could make a “huge difference” in the Kentucky election by writing a “huge check.”
“And it’s simple, you can write a big ol’ fat check,” she said, to laughs. “That’s what we need you to do. Right now, write a big check, big huge one, write the biggest check you can possibly write.”
In conclusion, she said that electing Grimes is critical to enacting President Obama’s agenda.
“So it is critical that we elect Michelle Nunn, Alison Grimes, Natalie Tennant. It is critical that we get them to the Senate….it is critical, because we all know that it’s not enough to elect Barack Obama President if we don’t give him a Congress that will help him…”

Obama’s disastrous presidency represents a fork in the road. We can turn back, toward limited government, division of powers, and individual liberty. Or we can plunge forward, into egalitarian autocracy. At the rate Obama is laying waste to the foundations of our government, we may not have three years to make the decision. Since President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law, he has changed it five times. Most notably, he suspended the employer mandate last summer. This is widely known, but almost no one seems to have grasped its significance.
The Constitution authorizes the President to propose and veto legislation. It does not authorize him to change existing laws. The changes Mr. Obama ordered in Obamacare, therefore, are unconstitutional. This means that he does not accept some of the limitations that the Constitution places on his actions. We cannot know at this point what limitations, if any, he does accept.

The frustration and anger in America are growing.
So much so that one militia leader has publicly called for the assassination of the President of the United States.
In a post on his Facebook page, Christian American Patriots Militia leader Everest Wilhelmsen has claimed authority under the U.S. Constitution to take matters into his own hands.

While Kerry was taking a giant leap towards war for America over the last few months (and the White House over the last year and longer), guess who were busy little evil bees? Yep, an Iranian missile group delegation visited Pyongyang as Geneva nuclear talks were actively taking place. As we gave Iran everything they wanted with nothing in return, they were in North Korea secretly developing new long-range rocket boosters for ICBMs… which is believed by U.S. intelligence agencies to be intended for a new long-range missile or space launch vehicle that could be used to carry nuclear warheads, and could be exported to Iran in the future. Both North Korea and Iran are expected to have missiles capable of hitting the United States with a nuclear warhead in the next two years. And we just gave them the nuclear green light. How’s that for suicide on an epic scale?
