Obama: No Consequences for Treason and America’s Final Destruction

This is a column I had hoped I’d never have to write.

But, the USA has failed itself…totally. It‘s elected leaders offer nothing but, the most limited of lip-service to chastise the traitor occupying the people’s White House and, certainly, have done nothing–whatsoever–to stop him.

Our true military leaders have been replaced with a new batch who will pledge their allegiance to Obama and the United Nations–not the United States–as the body to which they pledge their allegiance. Some of our best and brightest US Captains–still in war…still in harm’s way…and still on the front lines–are now receiving their “pink slips” on the battlefield advising them that when they return, Obama will have no further use for them and they’ll have to find a job…elsewhere. Obama is still actively purging our military of real leadership and summarily dismantling it.

 

While ISIS/ISIL is wreaking bloody havoc and mayhem on Iraq (and soon the rest of the Middle East and USA) and wars (and rumors of even bigger wars) are breaking out in myriad places Obama is gutting what was left of the US military. He is, also, in the process of replacing US citizens with illegal aliens, Latin gang members (including MS-13), Islamic terrorists (ISIS/ISIL has been confirmed as in the USA), Sinaloa drug and human trafficking cartel members and all manner of other illegals who will suck dry what was left of the USA. Obama destroyed our economy–by design–and is now ensuring that it will not come back.

Obama is now taking over all jurisdiction and authority of the US States. He is sending the illegal alien invaders–via his DHS–to multiple locations in multiple States and giving no information as to how many of them there are, what the demographics of the sent invaders are and where they’re being sent. The Obama cabal refuses to tell State governors who is being sent where, and simply assuming the powers of the ObamaGov over all of the States. Obama and his syndicate are overloading everything in the US system to ensure its collapse and complete dissolution. Thus far, we have done nothing substantial to stop this traitor–and Congress and our court system haven’t even tried to do so or have openly supported our demise–who is now overtly (for all to see and hear) hammering the final nails in America’s coffin…and soon will our own.

For those reading this information for the and being shocked for the first time…welcome to the club. We have, however, been warning you about the Obama creature since before his first election to the Office of POTUS. Unfortunately, it is likely now too late to do anything but attempt to provide for your survival and that of your loved ones. As far as the eye can see, we appear to have no leadership…anywhere. This is what happens when a country–despite being advised over and over again–ignores the obvious and does nothing to end its leaders’ tyrannies. This is what happens when countries come to an end. Unless the Obama syndicate members are physically removed from our White House…they will never leave and will begin the bloodbath against us very soon now.

Dems vote for constitutional amendment to limit free speech and freedom of religion

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. (Source)

Sorry, but Congress cannot just trump the Constitution and Note the first five words……………Congress shall make no law

Does Religious Speech Threaten Democracy?
It could be restricted or banned under a constitutional amendment Democrats have proposed.

The Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday approved by a 10–8 vote a constitutional amendment that, if passed, would functionally eliminate the political rights of speech and association. While the committee made the language more succinct than in its original iteration, the law still poses a profound threat to fundamental liberties. [Mind you, a constitutional amendment doesn’t happen over night, but… it has to start somewhere.]

For instance, Congress probably would have the power to ban religious sermons and church literature. [Can you feel things sliding in this direction?  This will fail, of course.  BUT… in the failure, they will have bumped the paradigm a little bit in this direction.  Call it creeping incrementalism.  That’s how liberals work.]

Section 1 of the amendment permits Congress and the states to “advance democratic self-government” — whatever that means — “and political equality” by “regulat[ing] and set[ting] reasonable limits on the raising and spending of money by candidates and others to influence elections.” [Thus limiting free speech.  “No. You may not freely spend your own money to advance some cause.”]

Section 2 specifically permits the federal and state governments to “distinguish between natural persons and corporations or other artificial entities created by law, including prohibiting such entities from spending money to influence elections.”

And section 3 — in a perfect demonstration that the eight Judiciary Committee members who are lawyers, yet voted for the measure, failed to pay attention in law school — claims to prevent anyone from reading the amendment in such a way as “to grant Congress or the States the power to abridge the freedom of the press.” [the press… which is on the side of the dems]

The First Amendment, as drafted by men such as Fisher Ames and James Madison, protects five freedoms: speech, press, assembly, petition, and religion. The newly minted constitutional amendment mentions only one of those as being untarnished — “press.”

Under a longstanding principle of statutory interpretation — expressio unius est exclusio alterius — the explicit naming of one member of a class means that the other members of that class are excluded. So, under this amendment, as long as the interests of “democratic self-governance” and “political equality” are “reasonably” at issue, Congress or the states may infringe on speech, assembly, petition, and religious freedoms.

Unknown to each other, President Barack Obama and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas walk into a bar, and meet, well, at the bar. Obama is there for a secret Marlboro and his favorite martini. Abbas is there to escape Hamas gunmen after his head and maybe order a beer with lemonade. After sitting on adjoining stools and exchanging “high fives” “fist-bumps,” and playing a half-round of scissors-paper-rock, they notice each other’s lapel pins.

Abbas is wearing one of the Palestinian flag. Obama is wearing a “Hope and Change” pin, which he alternates with an alleged American flag pin with diagonal red and white stripes. Or no pin at all.

Abbas cheerfully offers to trade pins with Obama. Obama says that’s a great idea. Abbas fixes the Hope and Change pin to his lapel, and Obama fixes the Palestinian one to his lapel. Then they laugh and exclaim together, “Now we are truly on the same side!”

And together they retort, “Haven’t we always been?” They laugh again in the knowledge that they’re in such perfect sync.

That’s the punch line. Something of a downer, isn’t it? Not funny at all?

Nevertheless, it’s true.

Now, Barack Obama is a jihadist on many fronts: In his domestic policies, and in his foreign policies. For example, he is now proposing that Congress appropriate $3.7 billion in “humanitarian” aid for sub rosa amnesty to thousands of illegal immigrants who have been bussed up to the U.S./Mexican border. About 95% of this aid will not go directly to the illegals, but to federal agencies. The Washington Post’s David Nakamura and Wesley Lowery, in their July 8^th article, “White House requests $3.7 billion in emergency funds for border crisis,” noted that this exorbitant amount won’t benefit the illegals, but bureaucracies, foreign and domestic:

A conservative election-watching organization has filed a motion for a restraining order against the Mississippi Republican Party, declaring it has evidence of tampering in runoff records.

True the Vote, which filed the motion with the Jackson Division of the U.S. District Court on Wednesday, claims it has “dozens of full detailed affidavit reports” detailing incidences of vote tampering. The alleged misconduct includes “destruction of voters’ absentee ballot applications and mandatory envelopes, illegal alteration of poll books, cross-over and double voting, absentee ballots marked ‘Accepted’ but unopened.”

“Defendant county commissioners have continued to violate federal law by preventing access to election records. Now, we think we know why,” True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht said in a statement.

“If the affidavits we now have regarding the destruction of election documents and other similarly stunning findings are true, then no Mississippian, no American, can trust the results of this election.”

Mississippi GOP Chairman Joe Nosef dismissed the complaint, saying in a statement that the group “continues in its attempts to make a mockery of our legal system.”

“While their legal filings literally make no claim at all against the MSGOP, their public statements indicate otherwise in an effort to mislead Mississippi voters,” he said.

Nosef mentioned True the Vote’s initial lawsuit against the Mississippi secretary of State and the Mississippi GOP, which called for immediate access to unredacted election records, as further evidence of its “mockery.”

He also said the state party now plans to take action against the group.

“We will not only defend ourselves but will seek sanctions against every single plaintiff because of this frivolous litigation brought against the MSGOP,” Nosef said.

Though Sen. Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) was declared winner of the race two weeks ago, leading by 7,667 votes, his primary challenger, state Sen. Chris McDaniel, has not conceded and has been collecting evidence to challenge the results of the election in court.

The ongoing saga has drawn the attention and resources of a number of national conservative figures and groups supportive of McDaniel. The Senate Conservatives Fund contributed $70,000 to his legal fund to contest the results earlier this week, and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) called for an investigation into the election.

On Tuesday, the chairman of the Missouri Republican Party called on Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus to create a task force to investigate what he labeled “racially divisive ads and robocalls,” which he said he was concerned were connected to Republican National Committee member Henry Barbour.
