IRS Asks Contractors For Help With Destroying 3,200 Hard Drives…
Nice timing, IRS.

Days after IRS officials said in a sworn statement that former top agency employee Lois G. Lerner’s computer memory had been wiped clean, the agency put out word to contractors Monday that it needs help to destroy at least another 3,200 hard drives.
The Internal Revenue Service solicitation for “media destruction” services reflects an otherwise routine job to protect sensitive taxpayer information, but it was made while the agency’s record destruction practices remain under a sharp congressional spotlight.
Congressional investigators of the IRS targeting of conservative groups have been hampered by the unexplained destruction of emails and other records of Ms. Lerner, the former head of the IRS tax-exempt division and a central figure in the scandal.
The loss of Ms. Lerner’s hard drive also raised broader questions about why the tax agency never reported the missing records to the National Archives and Records Administration, as required by the Federal Records Act.
While those questions remained unresolved, IRS officials signaled plans to destroy tens of thousands of additional electronic records.
“After all media are destroyed, they must not be capable of any reuse or information retrieval,” IRS officials stated in the contract papers.
State Dept. Refused Sandbags & Machine Gun at Benghazi Consulate- “It Would Upset the Neighbors”
The Obama State Department refused a request by staffers in Benghazi for sandbags and a belt-fed machine gun to help to increase security at the consulate.
They were told it wasn’t “aesthetically pleasing” and “would upset the neighbors.”
Nearly a year before the Benghazi attack on 9-11 2012, the consulate warned the State Department under Hillary Clinton that an Islamic militia group had moved in right next door.
White flags mysteriously replace American flags on top of Brooklyn Bridge
New York City police Tuesday were investigating how the two American flags that historically sit on top of the Brooklyn Bridge’s 273-foot towers were stolen and replaced with two white flags, which are known universally to symbolize surrender.
The white flags were removed by noon, but police said they are investigating the issue, which may indicate a serious security breach on one of the city’s most secured landmarks.

Oklahoma Governor: ICE Sent Us 1,200 Illegal Alien Children – Including 90 From India

Governor Mary Fallin (R-OK) told Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures that the feds sent 1,200 illegal immigrant children to Oklahoma to hold for 120 days. 90 of those illegal children were from India.
“Because they are children, we want them to be fed, and have appropriate medical care, certainly be safe within the facilities, and they’re segregated. BUt, one of the things I’ve heard since they’ve been there and it was reported while I was there actually, that there were not only El Salvadoran children, and Honduras, and Guatemala, but there were 90 children reported to be from India that were actually at the facility. And, one of the case workers told my secretary of health that we had people there besides South American children.”
Trey Gowdy Wants to Defund Obama’s Vacations, And He’s 100% Right
It seems like just about every week Trey Gowdy is in the news as he fights the good fight against Obama and the liberals.
He’s been relentless going after the administration on Benghazi and other scandals, and calling out Democrats like Nancy Pelosi on their “mind-numbing” stupidity. Gowdy has also announced support for a lawsuit against Obama for failing to do his basic executive duties.
He’s now got another suggestion to rein in this reckless administration: Defund Obama’s vacations as a punishment for executive overreach. Awesome.
