If you want to see why Americans are afraid to have hardened Islamic terrorists tried on American soil–and why Bill Clinton didn’t want to capture and return Bin Laden to the U.S. for trial–all you have to do is look at the circus that is the Nidal Malik Hasan trial. Although his is a military trial, there are plenty of nutty judges in American civilian courts just like the ass that is military judge Col. Tara A. Osborn. As I previously told you, she replaced the original judge who was removed for “religious discrimination” after he insisted that Hasan shave his beard, as is required in the military. Osborn has, on the other hand, granted every circus act request by Hasan. And, now, as if his victims and his victims’ families haven’t been victimized enough, Colonel-atrix Osborn granted Hasan an office, lots of staff, and the right to question his victims. It’s an outrage–an Islamic terrorist gets to harass his victims further than he has already. He murdered 13, and I guess that’s not enough. Now he gets to harass those who were lucky enough to survive, courtesy of you–the American taxpayer.

The federal government appears to think that it has the right to tell people what to do and how to do it. When citizens fail to comply, this same government believes it has the right to force those citizens to comply through intimidation, force, or both. We have been hearing a great deal about this of late and it shows no sign of letting up.
With the revelations that the IRS was targeting and even intimidating Tea Party and other conservative groups, it has become obvious that our government – or at least facets of it – stand opposed to conservatism. In doing so, whether they are willing to admit it or not, they also stand against the values upon which this nation was founded, especially the rule of law created by the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Obama To Sign International Gun Control Treaty June 3
On June 3, President Barack Obama will sign the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).
The ATT passed in the U.N. General Assembly by a vote of 153-4 on April 2.
This treaty is ostensibly aimed at putting an end to gun trafficking across international boundaries, and both Breitbart News and the NRA have argued that it will eventually require an international gun registry in order to be enforceable.

Egyptian Magazine: Muslim Brotherhood Infiltrates Obama Administration
An Egyptian magazine claims that six American Islamist activists who work with the Obama administration are Muslim Brotherhood operatives who enjoy strong influence over U.S. policy.
The Dec. 22 story published in Egypt’s Rose El-Youssef magazine (read an IPT translation here) suggests the six turned the White House “from a position hostile to Islamic groups and organizations in the world to the largest and most important supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood.”
The story is largely unsourced, but its publication is considered significant in raising the issue to Egyptian readers.
The six named people include: Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for policy development; Mohammed Elibiary, a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council; Rashad Hussain, the U.S. special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference; Salam al-Marayati, co-founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC); Imam Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA); and Eboo Patel, a member of President Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.
