Previously I thought, albeit a long shot, it could be possible to work within the current political-media system to affect positive change for the benefit the country and the well-being of the American people.

I was mistaken.

Like many constitutional conservatives, I pinned my last ounce of hope on the House Freedom Caucus, a group of about forty alleged conservative Republican members of the United States House of Representatives.

It was a misplaced trust. It appears that the Republican Party, heart and soul, has bought into Barack Obama’s fundamental transformation of the United States.

The House Freedom Caucus has decided to propel pro-amnesty, pro-open borders, donor-class favorite Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) into the most powerful position in Congress. As Speaker of the House, Ryan will have unilateral control over many aspects of the congressional agenda, including passage of Obamatrade in the lame duck session and a Ryan – Marco Rubio (R-FL) push for amnesty legislation in 2017, both of whom have worked closely with the rabidly pro-illegal immigration extremist Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL).

It appears that the faux-conservative House Freedom Caucus is also populated with pro-amnesty, pro-open borders Republicans such as Rep. Mick Mulvaney (R-SC), Rep. Raul Labrador (R-ID), Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC), who oppose the wishes of the more than ninety percent of Republican voters that want to freeze or slash all immigration.

In addition, the House Freedom Caucus has officially surrendered to big government by refusing to stand up against a huge debt-ceiling increase wrapped in the two-year budget deal. The Republican leadership has violated practically every promise they made to voters in 2010, 2012 and 2014; how they would behave if they were elected, what they would do to stop Barack Obama, stop the Democrats and stop the reckless spending.

The Republican two-year budget gives the Democrats, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama every spending measure they want and blows through every spending cap. We can now officially claim that the Republicans are responsible for five trillion additional new dollars added to the national debt.  It raises the debt limit a trillion dollars for a total $20 trillion national debt the next couple of years.

In essence, the Republican two-year budget gave Obama a ninth year in office and furnished nobody any reason not to vote for Hillary Clinton.

The greatest existential threat to the United States is not economic or military but the near total absence of integrity, honesty and moral courage among our elected officials and media.

Both parties practice crony capitalism, electoral deception, political expediency and, when necessary, voter fraud to maintain the corrupt status quo and foster a culture of dependency on big government from which they and the political donor class financially benefit. Democrats create dependency by expanding federal control and entitlements, while Republicans promote dependency by limiting voter choice and crushing or co-opting independently thinking political outsiders and grass roots reform movements like the Tea Party.

The American media, whose blatant lies, lies of omission and radical left-wing or pro-Republican establishment commentary have transformed truth into a political commodity, undermined democracy and facilitated the very corruption the people’s “watchdog” was designed to prevent.

The policies of the political-media establishment have led to unsustainable national debt, the social chaos and extremism, a weakening of national security and sovereignty, the subjugation of the American worker through uncontrolled immigration, the economic destruction of the American Middle Class and the betrayal of all the patriots who sacrificed their lives to sustain American unity, values, traditions and culture.

The American people will soon be faced with a choice; to accept national collapse and fragmentation spawned by a hopelessly corrupt political-media establishment that does not believe in representative government and cares nothing about the rule of law – or to sweep away those who have perverted the Constitution in the pursuit of personal power and profit.
