Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, Author of the NY Times best-seller “The Corruption Chronicles“, joined Steve Malzberg today on NewsMax TV to discuss latest Court Victory is Clinton/State Department Emails and the shocking new proof that the Obama Administration knew Benghazi was terror attack was related to Military shipments from Libya to Syria.

And, if they are quote, “State Department records,” then why did she keep them in her home or wherever she was keeping them until someone asked them for them and sort of forced her response. The fact is that she deleted records. And she turned over records with no oversight that supposedly are government records. And now she says she wants them released as soon as possible. You know, for instance, on her Clinton Foundation records, we asked for those records in 2011. We waited two years and had to sue in 2013 and only got the records last year. So the idea that she wants these records out as soon as possible is belied by the facts and it shows you that politicians like Hillary Clinton who are corrupt depend on making, or saying big lies and just powering through the oversight and accountability the rest of Americans face when they violate the law. You know, my view the discussion about Hillary Clinton shouldn’t be about whether or not she wins the primary but whether or not she stays out of jail.“

The TPP or Trans-Pacific Partnership Treaty is being passed in secret, so secret, congress has to sign in to read it, can make no notes or take anything away, and sees only some of the agreement since much of it is redacted.

The American people can know NOTHING. These trade deals in the past have taken jobs from Americans and this one proves to be the most massive and most imposing with copyright restrictions, regulations, and outsourcing that are out of our control once TPP is signed.

In order to fast-track, Congress has to agree to dissemble their powers and turn them over to the president who will then negotiate in secret and return to congress insisting on an up-and-down vote. This is an Imperial president we are going to give this authority too.

The FTC recently cited several cancer charities for fraudulent practices.  The charities gave false promises and misused funds for personal use.

The managers of the Cancer Fund of America used the proceeds to take vacations, give themselves high salaries, new cars and directed very little to the actual treatment of cancer.

This comes just two weeks after it was revealed that the Clinton Foundation has been doing exactly the same thing, but an FTC case has yet to be opened. This sounds very much like the way Bill and Hillary Clinton use the money from their Clinton Foundation.  Only ten percent of the $252 million raised from 2011 to 2013 went to charitable grants.  Instead they give their employees elaborate salaries, pay for their travel on private jets, expensive hotel rooms and so on.

The dollar amounts are there for everyone to see.  It is interesting to note that while private cancer charities are being pursued by the FTC, so far the Clintons have not been investigated.  Voters may wish to think about the different treatment Beltway Democrats receive from these Federal agencies.  It may be useful to keep in mind that Federal agency employees support Democrats in elections and that JFK started Federal unions with an executive order #10988.   Lawyers for the IRS gave money to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.   Inquiring minds may begin to see a connection here.
