Mitch McConnell’s Party Ready to Give Way?
Matt Bevin will be the Republican Gubernatorial nominee this fall in Kentucky.
This surprising conclusion of a bitter, four-person primary took a lot by surprise. Most notably, Mitch McConnell. McConnell handily defeated Bevin last year in the Kentucky Senate primary. Many Tea Party members wrote Bevin off as a bad candidate. McConnell moved on to score a thumping of Alison Lundergan Grimes in the general election. Bevin was pretty much a memory.
Throughout the Gubernatorial race Bevin held third place. Then, at the 11th hour, the two front runners, James Comer and Hal Heiner became embroiled in a mud slinging exhibition. It was one of the dirtiest races in Kentucky history!
A lot of voters stayed home. In fact Republican turnout totaled only 17%. But Bevin’s people did show up. In the end, he had an 83 vote lead, which held after recanvassing the votes.
McConnell has come forth with a lip service endorsement. But, there was some bad blood between camps! It seems that Matt Bevin was actually born in Colorado, and grew up in rural Northern New Hampshire. McConnell positioned him as an “east coast con man” from Connecticut during the primary.
Matt Bevin is an investment banker who moved to Louisville in 1999. Is he all the things that McConnell said? We’ll find out! What we know for certain is that his Democrat opponent, Jack Conway is seen as “Andrew Cuomo South.!”
How Bevin does in the general election in Kentucky could be a bellwether for things to come in America. If he wins, Kentucky can say a Tea Party candidate some consider “slightly to the right of Rand Paul,”defeated a rank in file Establishment Democrat.

How are Hillary’s emails not classified while on her server but are classified when they’re supposed to be released?
Pure political legerdemain.
About 300 Hillary Clinton/Benghazi emails were released the other day. Mostly.
WASHINGTON — The State Department released 296 Hillary Clinton e-mails from her private account on Friday, and one was deemed so sensitive that portions were reclassified as “secret.”
Excuse me? What’s going on here?
The Post then goes on:
Clinton insisted in March she never sent or received classified messages on her private e-mail account.
Not so fast.
“I didn’t email any classified material to anyone on my email.”
The NY Times:
“I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email,” Mrs. Clinton said at a news conference on Tuesday at the United Nations. “I’m certainly well aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.”
They prove Hillary Clinton right. What she has said all along is that her private email address was not a recipient of classified information. And it wasn’t.
Wrong. That’s NOT what she said.
Have you caught it by now? Deja vu. All over again.
“It all depends upon what the meaning of the word is, is”
Once again, a Clinton parses words.
Hillary claims she didn’t send any classified or sensitive material. She did not assert that she didn’t receive any.
How is information not classified while it’s on Hillary’s server but suddenly becomes classified as soon as it is to be released?
“This information was not classified at the time” the email was written, Marie Harf, a State Department spokeswoman, told reporters. While the FBI has now upgraded information in that email to classified, “the occurrence of a subsequent upgrade does not mean anyone did anything wrong,” she said.
Hillary’s explanation:
“I’m aware that the FBI has asked that a portion of one email be held back,” Clinton told reporters after a campaign stop in New Hampshire for her presidential bid. “That happens in the process of Freedom of Information Act responses, but that doesn’t change the fact that all of the information in the emails was handled appropriately.”
Excuse me, but bullshit. I am buying it. Not at all.
Far more likely is that the White House intercepted something damning and made it classified to prevent its disclosure. While on her computer the emails are considered SBU– sensitive but unclassified- right up until they are to be released and magically become classified.
Only in this way can Hillary not be guilty of violating secrecy laws.
She may or may have sent classified materials from her computer but she sure did receive some. This parsing is one more typically Clinton piece of rot.
It all depends on the meaning of the word “liar” is.
Treason Is Too Nice of a Word
Many people believe the old saying that people shouldn’t be afraid of government, but government should be afraid of the people. It sounds good on the surface, and, to some degree, it makes sense; however, I don’t think it’s true. I’m not saying people should live in abject fear of their governments by any means; it’s just that, well, to be honest, I think our government is scared to death of us, and they will do whatever it takes to keep us from exposing them. I would argue that their fear of exposure is the number one motivating factor behind their attacks on the first and second amendments. Their fear of us discovering the truth of just how deep their deception runs, has led to the creation of the massive militarized police force, and the attempts to silence patriots by labeling us domestic terrorists. Their actions reek of treason against the American people and its due time we take charge of this mess and hold them accountable. This article will highlight ten of the most treasons acts.

Gitmo Five Traded For Bergdahl Set To Be Free To Leave Qatar June 1

Five senior Taliban leaders released last year from the U.S. prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in exchange for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl could move freely around the world next week as their one-year travel ban expires.
The five detainees were sent to Qatar where government officials agreed to monitor their activities and prevent them from traveling out of the country under the terms of the May 2014 exchange. Bergdahl, who had been held captive by the Taliban for nearly five years after walking away from his Army post in Afghanistan, was released to the U.S. military.
He recently was charged with desertion.
U.S. officials have discussed with the Qataris the possibility of extending the travel ban after it expires on June 1. But so far, the White House has not publicly announced any new agreement with Qatar, meaning the five could leave the tiny nation on the Arabian Peninsula at the end of the month.

The Florida Senate has approved American Laws for American Courts legislation which would prohibit Sharia and other foreign laws. The full senate voted voted 24 to 14 in favor of SB 386 titled Application of Foreign Law in Certain Cases at the third reading during the Monday, April 28, 2014 session.
This legislation, commonly known as “American Laws for American Courts”, would prohibit Florida courts from considering certain provisions of foreign laws, including Islamic Sharia law, if such provisions are inconsistent with the Florida and United States of America Constitutions.
If Florida courts accept provisions of Islamic Sharia law or other foreign laws or legal codes which are inconsistent with American laws it will undermine public policies enacted by our representative form of government and change our value system.

Clearly, the Democrats voted MORE in favor of Sharia Law. Why? When do supposed ‘civil liberties’ and ‘religious freedom’ supersede common sense? The rights of your ‘religion’ to exist and have laws STOP when they begin to trample on the rights of others to do the same. You want equal rights? Fine, but don’t expect America to stop serving bacon or force its Christian colleges to use chapel bells to announce the Muslim call to prayer. It’s called a watch, so use it. People are sick and tired of being sensitive to every little thing that ‘offends’ others. Don’t want to hear that? Well cry me a river, build yourself a bridge, and get over it.
Bergdahl Teammates Asked to Stay Quiet About Desertion With Non-Disclosure Agreements
According to a new report from Fox News’ Catherine Herridge, teammates of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements years ago after discussing his desertion with the Joint Chiefs Chairman in Afghanistan.
According to Herridge’s reporting and General Bob Scales, asking soldiers to sign non-disclosure agreements is unprecedented.
“I can’t remember, ever, have an enlisted soldier sign a non-disclosure agreement for anything. This is completely unprecedented,” Scales said. “These non-disclosure agreements have got nothing to do with military justice.”
Further, new information shows Bergdahl not only deserted, but started planning for his departure by sleeping on the floor and prepared himself for life outside of the military.
Earlier this week, General Stanley McChrystal admitted he knew Bergdahl had deserted immediately after leaving his post in June 2009. The White House maintains officials weren’t and still aren’t sure about the circumstances surrounding his capture by the Taliban.
Bergdahl will stand trial at Ft. Sam Houston later this year.
