Top American lawyer and author Andrew McCarthy, who prosecuted the World Trade Center bombers after the 1993 attacks, accused Barack Obama of serial fraud tonight on The Kelly Files. Andrew told Megyn Kelly:
“If ever there has been a fraud on the entire American people it’s this one. And, I would say, Megyn, this business about, “you want your plan, you keep your plan,” is just the beginning of it… We’re talking about serial fraud on multiple levels and multiple level misrepresentations… This is an ‘in your face’ almost a crude fraud… The remedy the Framers gave us for reigning in executive excess especially if it gets this abusive is impeachment. Impeachment is a political remedy not a legal remedy… This is a big scandalous scheme and the more you look at it, systematic dishonesty is rife all the way through it.”
Rep. Pete Olson (R-TX) has introduced an Articles of Impeachment resolution against Attorney General Eric Holder for his role in Operation Fast and Furious and other scandals of President Barack Obama’s administration.
Seven congressman have signed onto the resolution thus far in addition to Olson. They are Reps. Larry Bucshon (R-IN), Blake Farenthold (R-TX), Phil Roe (R-TN), Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA), Roger Williams (R-TX), Ted Yoho (R-FL), and Randy Weber (R-TX).
Remember the saying, a rose by any other name is still a rose? Well a lie by any other name is still a lie. But just to set the record straight, Barry didn’t mis-speak, he LIED. Just like he lied about Fast and Furious, his Father being a goat herder, Benghazi, IRS, NSA, his Social Security Number, No “boots” on the ground Libya, The health care bill will not increase the deficit by one dime, We have run out of places in the US to drill for oil, shovel ready jobs, didn’t know Jeremiah Wright was Radical, his father served in World War II, visited all 57 states and the list goes on.
In 1986 Coke came out with …………..New Coke and people across the country were outraged. They were pissed, So where is the outrage over Barry and all his lies? Our Liar in Chief has told so many lies it’s probably the reason he has to use a teleprompter, but hey that’s just my opinion.
Except for the slaughter of 3,000 Americans.
Via Free Beacon:
Alex Wagner questioned why the United States is holding inmates at Guantanamo Bay who have committed “no crimes” Wednesday on MSNBC:
ALEX WAGNER: I just think there’s some other part of reality, which is we cannot and should not as Americans be jailing people indefinitely who have committed no crimes. That is not what this country stands for.
Wagner’s contention is perplexing, considering most liberals believe terrorism should be treated as a crime as opposed to an act of war.
In a possible development that would have Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie, and William Travis rolling in their graves, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is considering designating the Alamo a World Heritage Site. Such a designation brings along a myriad of restrictions, and although proponents of the designation, such as San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro, insist that the State of Texas would still have authority over the site, many serious concerns of the people of Texas are not being addressed.
In another triumph of idiocy, the Obama administration is negotiating with the Yemeni government to release Guantanamo Bay and Afghan terrorists to a “rehabilitation” facility to be constructed outside Yemen’s capital city of Sana’a.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the detainees “would undergo counseling, instruction in a peaceful form of Islam, and job training in Yemen before any decision on freeing them,” would be made.
The deal is part of the president’s ongoing effort to close Guantanamo Bay. He reiterated that intention on November 4, asking Congress to once again consider lifting restrictions on detainee transfers. Speaking on behalf of the president, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney contended that Congress has “significantly limited our ability to responsibly reduce the detainee population and ultimately close the facility.”
