CAIR Calling Shots on Who Gets Banned from Facebook and Twitter

Now it is becoming clear why Facebook and Twitter have for so long been harassing, shadowbanning, and blocking foes of jihad terror and Sharia oppression. Journalist Jordan Schachtel revealed in Conservative Review Tuesday that “the Hamas-tied Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which is best known as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing case in U.S. history, appears to have access to high-ranking Facebook and Twitter executives and has communicated with these individuals about who should be allowed to stay on their platforms.”

This doesn’t come as any surprise given the eagerness of both Facebook and Twitter to be Sharia-compliant. Facebook’s Vice President Joel Kaplan traveled to Pakistan in July 2017 to assure the Pakistani government that it would remove “anti-Islam” material. And Facebook has done so assiduously, banning numerous foes of jihad terror and twice now blocking the Jihad Watch Facebook page on spurious technical grounds.

But this new revelation does show how sick and degenerate the social media giants really are. CAIR has ties to Hamas, and “Billoo has expressed her support for an Islamic caliphate and Sharia law. She also claims, in multiple tweets, that ISIS is on the same moral plane as American and Israeli soldiers, adding that ‘our troops are engaged in terrorism.’” This pro-Sharia Islamic supremacist is deciding what is acceptable discourse and what isn’t. It’s no wonder that the result would be platforms that are increasingly hostile to foes of jihad terror and Sharia oppression of women and others.

 

It would be interesting to know if Balloo had a hand in the notices that Twitter has been sending out telling people that they’re in violation of Pakistan’s Sharia blasphemy laws. FrontPage editor Jamie Glazov was notified that one of his tweets – an ad for his book Jihadist Psychopath – was “in violation of Pakistan law:Section 37 of PECA-2016, Section 295 B and Section 295 C of the Pakistan penal code.”

Section 295B criminalizes “defiling the Holy Quran,” and carries a penalty of life imprisonment. 295C mandates that those who “by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation, or by any imputation innuendo, or insinuation, directly, defiles the sacred name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life and shall also be liable for fine.” Yes, death and a fine.

Did Balloo approve that notice to Glazov? Did she make sure that Pamela Geller would also receive a notice from Twitter that she was in violation of Pakistani law for a tweet that noted correctly that Al Arabiya had criticized Billoo’s friend Linda Sarsour as a Muslim Brotherhood operative? Did she give the nod to sending a notice to Ensaf Haidar, the wife of Raif Badawi, who has been languishing for years in a Saudi prison for “insulting Islam,” for a tweet criticizing the niqab? Twitter has also notified Canadian columnist Anthony Furey and reformist imam Mohammed Tawhidi that they have violated Pakistani law. Was Billoo involved?

Billoo and the chiefs of Facebook and Twitter all likely agree that reporting on jihad activity and Sharia oppression constitutes “hate speech,” and consequently should be shut down. That is the longstanding claim of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and Muslim groups in the West, and it has been uncritically adopted by the Left, with which Facebook and Twitter are so firmly aligned.

The collaboration of Facebook and Twitter with CAIR only underscores the necessity to boycott and disempower these social media platforms. If Facebook and Twitter and all the other social media giants shut out the truth, then we have to shut out the social media giants. Anti-trust legislation is urgently needed to break up these sinister monopolies, before the First Amendment becomes entirely a dead letter. Freedom of speech? Sure. As long as you toe the Leftist line.

WHOA: Look who just bought 353,686 SHARES of Facebook stock

This may be something or it may be nothing, but this is DEFINITELY worth keeping an eye on. According to Investors Business Daily, George Soros just bought over 350,000 SHARES of Facebook stock within the last couple of months. Soros has had a history of buying influence, even to the point of Hillary taking Foreign Policy orders from him. However, now that he has NO SHOT of controlling Trump in any way, he may be trying to buy some social media influence to oppose Trump.

Comedian Eddie Griffin encouraged audience members to assassinate President Trump during a standup comedy routine in Dallas, Texas on Friday, but Facebook doesn’t want you to know that.

Ben Ferguson, a radio show host who attended the show at the American Airlines Center, told The Federalist that Griffin made references to late President John F. Kennedy’s assassination, saying: “Ya’ll took out one president, you need to take out another.”

“Ya’ll need to put Trump into a convertible and take him out, or better yet, the driver should take him out,” he continued.

Mayor Told to Apologize or Resign After He Said This About Obama

Mayor Bruce Hagen of Superior, Wisconsin has been asked to either apologize or resign after a comment he made on a Facebook photo of Michelle Obama. He called him a “Muslim” who has destroyed the “fabric of American democracy.”

“Unbelievable! She and her Muslim partner have destroyed the fabric of Democracy that was so very hard fought for,” he wrote, a local Fox News affiliate reported.

City councilor Graham Garfield said a recall for Mr. Hagen is not out of the question, but it would be left up to the public.

Think about that. Mayor Hagen offered an opinion and some, probably leftists, want to destroy his career.

Mayor Hagen thought the same thing.

“Do we still have freedom of speech in the country? Sometimes I kind of forget,” he told Fox.

He’s not apologizing or resigning. He’s in his first term and won his last term with 55% of the vote.

Hagen said he holds the office in high regard but not Obama.

The city councilors demand he apologize.

“I’m not saying he’s done anything criminal, but he’s certainly put his leadership capabilities in question,” said one.

The councilor felt the mention of “Muslim” was derogatory. He also believes the mayor has to be nonpartisan – that’s a first for me.

I don’t remember anyone calling for heads to roll when George Bush was called a monkey or a murderer.

Currently, the page, which is not an official page, is completely private. It’s not been mentioned anywhere if it was at the time.

Police have reportedly found an “item of significance” at the apartment of the co-pilot who crashed the Germanwing passenger plane into the Alps this week.
The item was NOT a suicide note.

A German news website claims Andreas Lubitz was a Muslim convert.

One can bet that the apologists (media, politics, “Islamic Scholars”) will agree to assign this an act of a “mentally unstable” man, and you can bet that now, once again the mantra of how supposedly peaceful Islam is will continue. And worse still, the attacks by the left against those who have always warned against Islam, will be angrier and merciless.

For now the German Islam supporters like never before have their backs against the wall.

The U.S. Government Can Brand You a Terrorist Based on a Facebook Post

The US government’s web of surveillance is vast and interconnected. Now we know just how opaque, inefficient and discriminatory it can be.

As we were reminded again just this week, you can be pulled into the National Security Agency’s database quietly and quickly, and the consequences can be long and enduring. Through ICREACH, a Google-style search engine created for the intelligence community, the NSA provides data on private communications to 23 government agencies. More than 1,000 analysts had access to that information.

This kind of data sharing, however, isn’t limited to the latest from Edward Snowden’s NSA files. It was confirmed earlier this month that the FBI shares its master watchlist, the Terrorist Screening Database, with at least 22 foreign governments, countless federal agencies, state and local law enforcement, plus private contractors.

The watchlist tracks “known” and “suspected” terrorists and includes both foreigners and Americans. It’s also based on loose standards and secret evidence, which ensnares innocent people. Indeed, the standards are so low that the US government’s guidelines specifically allow for a single, uncorroborated source of information – including a Facebook or Twitter post – to serve as the basis for placing you on its master watchlist.

Of the 680,000 individuals on that FBI master list, roughly 40% have “no recognized terrorist group affiliation”, according to the Intercept. These individuals don’t even have a connection – as the government loosely defines it – to a designated terrorist group, but they are still branded as suspected terrorists.

The absurdities don’t end there. Take Dearborn, Michigan, a city with a population under 100,000 that is known for its large Arab American community – and has more watchlisted residents than any other city in America except New York.

These eye-popping numbers are largely the result of the US government’s use of a loose standard – so-called “reasonable suspicion” – in determining who, exactly, can be watchlisted.

Florida Man To Be Disciplined For Facebook Post About Islam?

Palm Beach County Public Affairs staffer John Jamason is being investigated  for a Facebook post about Islam. There is every chance that he could be  disciplined for making a “critical” statement about Islam on 9/11. Since when is it a crime to post a statement like this on one’s  personal Facebook page? Where is the man’s right to free speech? Apparently  free speech is a secondary issue when one of Florida’s leading Muslim groups is  offended.

John  Jamason incited the wrath   of Council on American-Islamic Relations Florida, Inc because of a Facebook  post about Islam. On Friday, September 13, the group   demanded that all social media posts made by Jamason be turned over to them  for inspection. They asked for a public records request to the county commission asking for communication  sent by Jamason from any country computer within the past 3o days. This  includes  social media comments or anything that would be deemed personal.

On  9/11.2013, Jamason wrote on his Facebook page,” “Never forget. There is no  such thing as radical Islam. All Islam is radical. There may be Muslims who  don’t practice their religion, much like others. The Quran is a book that  preaches hate,” the message said, according to WPTV.”

John Jamason is precisely correct. All Islam is radical. The Quran preaches  nothing but hate. Everything he said is 100 percent truth and nothing that  everyone truly aware with the nature of Islam has not said on social media and  posted over and over again. This is free speech. But will speaking out cost  Jamason his job?

Facebook’s Former Security Chief Now Works for the NSA

About a year after Facebook reportedly joined PRISM, Max Kelly, the social network’s chief security officer left for a job at the National Security Agency, either a curious career move or one that makes complete sense. The Chief Security Officer at a tech company is primarily concerned with keeping its information inside the company. Now working for an agency that tries to gather as much information as it can, Kelly’s new job is sort of a complete reversal.

Facebook, among other tech companies, has distanced itself from the government, claiming it only cooperates when it is legally required to. But, “current and former industry officials say the companies sometimes secretly put together teams of in-house experts to find ways to cooperate more completely with the NSA and to make their customers’ information more accessible to the agency,” report the New York Times‘s James Risen and Nick Wingfield.

Before Kelly — who once worked at the FBI — took the job at the NSA, he indicated a coziness with the government. Three weeks after leaving the network in 2010, he made a speech at the Defcon hacking conference that argued greater cooperation between places like Facebook and military defense. “Commercial entities and the military are dealing with the same problem,”  he said. “They should both understand their roles in the larger picture. There isn’t enough information shared.” There he was more specifically addressing cyber-attacks from places like China, which as he predicted has turned into a national security issue. But, his speech also indicates that he thinks these two, at times opposed, industries should work together.
