If you travel to Hawaii and you bring a dog, even if the dog is a guide dog for a blind person, it is subject to a six-month quarantine to determine if it is a risk to the citizen’s welfare and safety.

But apparently they have no problem with allowing potential terrorists to enter with no more than a passport and plane ticket.

Trump’s travel related executive order was all set to go, but needed to be revised. Now Judge Watson’s restraining order prohibits the executive order from working as designed, putting American citizens at risk due to lack of extreme vetting. The executive order provides an extra layer of security for travelers and citizens alike, but some democrats and liberals feel as though the extreme vetting is too extreme and causes an inconvenience due to the temporary halt in travel for some people. You know, those “some people” who could be terrorists.

Cue up the Queen soundtrack… another one bites the dust. Hawaii is throwing in the towel and shutting down its state Obamacare exchange. $200M in federal taxpayer cash has essentially disappeared down a rat hole. Customers will instead be directed to the federal system.

Hawaii’s Obamacare exchange website will soon shut down because it is not financially viable, Americans for Tax Reform reports.

The exchange website will be shutdown despite $205 million in federal taxpayer funds. The migration to a federal exchange will cost taxpayers another $30 million.

According to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser the Hawaii Health Connector will stop taking new enrollees on Friday and plans to begin migrating to the federally run Healthcare.gov. Outreach services will end by May 31, all technology will be transferred to the state bySeptember 30, and its workforce will be eliminated by February 28.

While the exchange has struggled since its creation, it is not for lack of funding. Since 2011, Hawaii has received a total of $205,342,270 in federal grant money from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In total, HHS provided nearly $4.5 billion to Hawaii and other state exchanges, with little federal oversight and virtually no strings attached.

According to ATR, with only 8,592 enrollees, the state spent $23,899 on each individual.

President Obama, first lady Michelle and their two daughters hit the halfway point of their 17-day vacation in Hawaii as they went to the beach, which Secret Service agents on Jet Skis guarded the waters to keep away the hoi polloi.

“Sorry, this beach has been reserved for the First Family,” wrote the UK’s Daily Mail. The paper reported that “The main task of the agents seemed to focus on stopping any other people in kayaks getting to close to the president, his wife and their two daughters.

“The officers could be seen telling different groups at the popular spot to turn around, as they sectioned off part of the water.”

According to the pool report, written by a U.S. media reporter on site with the first family, “At 2:30 pool van was on the move leaving the Bellows AF station beach. But it was a false alarm. After following for less than two minutes the pool van learned we were following Flotus and the Obama daughters — but Potus had not yet departed. (The First Family had traveled together to the beach.) Pool van doubled back to clubhouse and waited for Potus motorcade to emerged from secluded area. At 2:45 pm the actual Potus motorcade emerged –with Secret Service shooing off the road a man walking along and holding a golf club–and we were on the move again to an undisclosed location.”

The Obamas later went out to dinner at the exclusive Alan Wong’s restaurant. The president did not attend the funerals of two New York Police Department officers murdered in the line of duty, instead sending his vice president.

When we pledge allegiance to the flag, we also pledge allegiance to the Republic for which it stands — “one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

The modern American left has put each of these qualities up for grabs. For example, implementing “social justice” would make it logically impossible to provide justice for all of us as individuals.

The left is also unfavorably disposed to the idea of one indivisible nation. The Akaka Bill was a good example. As Gail Heriot and Peter Kirsanow explained, this legislation, which the House passed in 2010, would have enabled the nation’s approximately 400,000 ethnic Hawaiians to organize themselves into one vast Indian tribe. That tribe would have been endowed with the “inherent powers and privileges of self-government,” including the privilege of sovereign immunity from lawsuit. By clear implication, the tribe would also have had the power to tax, to promulgate and enforce a criminal code, and to exercise eminent domain.

The Price Tag of This Year’s Obama Family Christmas Vacation

As always, the Obama family vacations come with a high price tag, and you, of course, are footing the bill if you happen to be a taxpayer. They have returned to Hawaii for this year’s Christmas extravaganza, and the conservative estimate for the vacation is $4 million – more than most of us will earn in a lifetime for a two week respite for the President and his family.

Even the Obama family dog is getting a nicer Christmas vacation than most Americans. Meanwhile, for poverty stricken Americans, fights are breaking out at Salvation Army as people slug it out over donated toys to put under the tree for their children, food banks are strapped as they try to provide holiday dinners for the poor, many of whom have lost their jobs to Obamacare, and more and more people have become classified as “the working poor” as they struggle to keep the utilities on and their children fed and clothed.

Well, if they have no bread, then let them eat cake, because the Obamas need a vacation. It’s hard work, stomping on the flag, destroying the Constitution, and dragging down the little guy.

In 2008, the man known as “Barack Hussein Obama” campaigned on a platform of “hope and change,” followed by “Forward!” in 2012.

On April 27, 2011, the above image was posted on the White House website and purported to be a certified copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate. Within 24 hours, it was declared a forgery by many, and a law enforcement investigation confirmed those findings formally on March 1, 2012.

In 2008, Obama was beloved by the media, which is tasked by the First Amendment to be a watchdog, not a cheerleader, for government. Again in 2012, the mainstream media failed to report on the many questions which had never been answered about Obama’s childhood, college years, and birthplace.  It did not report that the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website was the subject of a criminal investigation which concluded that the image was fraudulent, along with Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form.
Statements made in several overseas newspapers, by the Kenyan Parliament, Obama’s biographer and by the U.S. ambassador to Kenya that Obama was born in that country contradict public statements that he was born in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961 at Kapiolani Medical Center, although previously Queens Hospital was also identified as his birthplace.
Michelle Obama has called Kenya her husband’s “home country.”
The short-form Certification of Live Birth posted by an unknown source on June 12, 2008 at The Daily KOS has been declared a forgery, although former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs vouched for it in 2009 while ridiculing the reporter who inquired about it.

Chinese troops will have boots on the ground in Hawaii on Tuesday

Aloha Hawaiians!  If you see what you think are soldiers from the Communist Peoples Republic of China Army wandering about in your neck of the woods Tuesday through Thursday next week, your imagination is not playing tricks on you.

For the first time in history the U.S. Army will host the Communist Peoples Republic of China’s  Army on American soil Nov. 12-14, 2013.

But don’t worry while Chinese soldiers will have boots on the ground in Hawaii, they are only really “simulating”.

“Simulating humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to a fictional third country”.

HAWAII NOW REFUSES TO VALIDATE OBAMA’S DIGITAL IMAGE WITH ORIGINAL BIRTH DOCUMENT

LYIN’ HAWAIIAN:  Following shocking contradictions discovered by criminal investigators between the contents of the forged digital image of Obama’s alleged 1961 “Certificate of Live Birth” posted on the internet and long-standing federal vital records regulations, the State of Hawaii now refuses to verify that the digital image matches the paper record in their files.

NEW YORK, NY – The American people were ridiculed and insulted by the liberal media for years for questioning the authority of the State of Hawaii when the current and former directors of the Hawaiian Department of Health, Loretta Fuddy and Chiyome Fukino, publicly stated that they had verified that Obama’s birth records existed on file under their jurisdiction.

Based on that uncorroborated information, Fukino even fancied herself as an INS agent stating in July of 2009 that she believed Obama was a natural born citizen.  However, according to the digital image we were told was Obama’s official, original, authentic birth certificate, he is not a natural born citizen which is defined by birth to two citizen parents.  Obama’s alleged father was a British citizen born in Kenya.
