Socialism is not the Answer
From Day 1, the Community Organizer in Chief has walked over the US Constitution and continues to do so today and Congress doesn’t do Jack to stop him. So, here’s a scary thought…….what if the Usurper himself comes out and says he is going to be President for Life? Would Congress, could Congress do anything then? The Dictator in Chief would have had plenty of time too get all the right people in all the right places and then some.

I don’t have a Harvard law degree like Barack Obama purportedly does, in fact I didn’t even graduate high school, but you don’t have to have a degree to know when someone’s lying to you and you don’t have to be an expert to understand the crime of forgery, fraud and treason.
We know now that Barack Obama has a forged birth certificate, forged selective service registration and stolen social security number. Obama conspired with one or more persons to defraud the American people and to usurp the White House. It is no longer a conspiracy theory. The crime has taken place.1 Barack Obama used Fake ID to get on the ballot and into the White House. So we can all take off our tin foil hats and look at the bonafide evidence.2 Just like any jury, I am asking you to consider this evidence, with a fresh set of eyes, before coming to a conclusion.

Last month, President Obama declared he’ll “act on my own,” that he doesn’t need Congress to exercise his power.
“We’re not just going to be waiting for legislation. I’ve got a pen . . . and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions,” he asserted. “One of the things that I’m going to be talking to my Cabinet about is how do we use all the tools available to us.”
He’s already made good on his promise to act unilaterally — delaying the ObamaCare mandate on businesses again last week and changing the rules for immigration enforcement.
But what Obama didn’t say is that, behind the scenes, he’s radically increasing the government’s reach. His tools aren’t laws or even executive orders — it’s thousands of new pages of new rules in the Federal Register, the nation’s official book of regulations, controlling everything from home finance to car deals to city zoning.
An unelected, unappointed shadowy network of leftie advocates are rewriting these rules — posing a direct threat to Congress’ legislative authority. Yet alarmingly few lawmakers are aware of its clout. Likewise, few in the private sector know about its unchecked power and influence over business and finance — or even local housing and school policies.
In his 2014 State of the Union address Barack Obama threatened to use more executive orders if Congress and the American people fail to do what he wants.
Obama, America’s first grand mufti of the Constitution, intends to govern by political fatwa.
Unlike a genuine Muslim fatwa, which must be based on theological evidence, Obama fatwas originate from personal whim or political expediency, but is, nevertheless, regarded as a religious ruling, which is now accepted without objection by all Democrats, submissive Republicans and the mainstream media.

Barack Obama wrote in The Audacity of Hope, “I have to side with Justice Breyer’s view of the Constitution — that it is not a static but rather a living document, and must be read in the context of an ever-changing world.”
Kevin Gutzman, author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution, has said, those who would offer us a “living” Constitution are actually giving us a dead one, since such a thing is completely unable to protect us against the encroachments of government power, for example, the misuse of executive orders.
As conservative radio host Mark Levin noted, Obama’s announcement that he will assume lawmaking powers via executive orders violates the separation of powers clauses of the Constitution.
Yet no objection is raised by the majority Republicans in the House of Representatives, whose power Obama usurps.

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College … Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate.
The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.
The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned,” leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual c itizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

President Obama says he can “fix” the millions of canceled health insurance plans with an administrative change. He’s claiming more executive power – power for himself – than the Constitution allows, and is playing fast and loose with the truth.
The culprit behind the cancellations is not an administrative regulation, as he claims. It’s Section 2702 of the Affordable Care Act. It says all plans sold in the individual market or small-group market on Jan. 1, 2014, or later must include the Essential Benefits Package.
This means 10 categories of health coverage the Washington “experts” deem essential, such as maternity care even if you’re 50 years old. Plans are being canceled because they don’t have all 10.
In 2008, the man known as “Barack Hussein Obama” campaigned on a platform of “hope and change,” followed by “Forward!” in 2012.

In 2008, Obama was beloved by the media, which is tasked by the First Amendment to be a watchdog, not a cheerleader, for government. Again in 2012, the mainstream media failed to report on the many questions which had never been answered about Obama’s childhood, college years, and birthplace. It did not report that the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website was the subject of a criminal investigation which concluded that the image was fraudulent, along with Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form.
Statements made in several overseas newspapers, by the Kenyan Parliament, Obama’s biographer and by the U.S. ambassador to Kenya that Obama was born in that country contradict public statements that he was born in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961 at Kapiolani Medical Center, although previously Queens Hospital was also identified as his birthplace.
Michelle Obama has called Kenya her husband’s “home country.”
The short-form Certification of Live Birth posted by an unknown source on June 12, 2008 at The Daily KOS has been declared a forgery, although former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs vouched for it in 2009 while ridiculing the reporter who inquired about it.
It has been an out in the open, an open “secret” for years. Except for the now-reported disclosures of the inveigling lies issuing forth from the deceitful mouth of Barack Hussein Obama, it might never have been apparent to those who have worshiped this patent usurper. But, now more and more who believed in and voted for Dictator-in-Chief Obama are finally experiencing a harsh awakening to truth. He has lied to them, all along, and continues his lies today. Along with the destruction of the USA, lies are perhaps the only other things Obama actually does well.
Americans have now lost and are–every day–continuing to lose their health care entirely. Despite the smiling and persuasive visage of the man who has assumed the role of president of the United States telling us all “If you like your healthcare program you can keep it…period! If you like your doctor you can keep him or her…period!“ nothing was further from the truth. Tragically, all too many missed another part of his anatomy while he continued to spread his falsehoods…his cold dead eyes.

— On Saturday, August 17, a caller from the Republican National Committee (RNC) contacted The Post & Email asking for a donation. While we politely declined, stating that we are registered Independents, we took the opportunity to ask the caller why the Republican Party will not act on the issue of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image purported to be Obama’s which has been displayed on the White House website for more than two years.
The caller, who was a female, appeared surprised at the revelation that the image was a forgery. “I’ve never heard that,” she told us. We then informed her that the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse has been investigating the matter for nearly two years and declared the image and Obama’s Selective Service registration form to be “computer-generated forgeries.”
However, when we told her that the posse has said that there is no evidence that Obama is even a U.S citizen, let alone “natural born” as required by Article II of the U.S. Constitution to serve as president, she said, “It’s no secret. He’s a foreigner; he’s a Muslim.”
