Sheriffs Across America Issue Dire Warning About What Obama’s About to Do

It has been promised, and confirmed by the administration, that President Obama intends to bypass Congress and take “Executive action” to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants, including the criminals and terrorists among them.

But now sheriffs around the country are speaking up, issuing a dire warning about the likely results of a blanket amnesty granted by Obama. (H/T MRCTV)

They are warning of the coming increase in crime, disease, and terrorism, should Obama grant amnesty. They also they believe Obama’s amnesty will encourage more criminals and terrorists to join the millions of illegal immigrants already flooding across our porous southern border.

President Obama doesn’t seem to see either Congress or the United States Constitution, which he swore to protect and defend, as more than minor inconveniences.

For example, he has specifically instructed his cabinet to look for ways to get around Congress, especially the Republican-controlled House. His executive orders have been widely labeled as unconstitutional, even by liberal experts and commentators. Additionally, he seems to feel the same way about the Supreme Court, even though he appointed two of its justices.

Now a new report confirms that Obama is prepared to illustrate his disregard for America’s institutions once again, this time to force the country into a climate change treaty that the American people do not want and would not support, if given a voice.

When we pledge allegiance to the flag, we also pledge allegiance to the Republic for which it stands — “one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

The modern American left has put each of these qualities up for grabs. For example, implementing “social justice” would make it logically impossible to provide justice for all of us as individuals.

The left is also unfavorably disposed to the idea of one indivisible nation. The Akaka Bill was a good example. As Gail Heriot and Peter Kirsanow explained, this legislation, which the House passed in 2010, would have enabled the nation’s approximately 400,000 ethnic Hawaiians to organize themselves into one vast Indian tribe. That tribe would have been endowed with the “inherent powers and privileges of self-government,” including the privilege of sovereign immunity from lawsuit. By clear implication, the tribe would also have had the power to tax, to promulgate and enforce a criminal code, and to exercise eminent domain.

WASHINGTON – Gun retailers say the Obama administration is trying to put them out of business with regulations and investigations that bypass Congress and choke off their lines of credit, freeze their assets and prohibit online sales.

Since 2011, regulators have increased scrutiny on banks’ customers. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in 2011 urged banks to better manage the risks of their merchant customers who employ payment processors, such as PayPal, for credit card transactions. The FDIC listed gun retailers as “high risk” along with porn stores and drug paraphernalia shops.

Meanwhile, the Justice Department has launched Operation Choke Point, a credit card fraud probe focusing on banks and payment processors. The threat of enforcement has prompted some banks to cut ties with online gun retailers, even if those companies have valid licenses and good credit histories.

HONOLULU (AP) — Leaving behind a year of bruising legislative battles, President Barack Obama enters his fourth year in office having calculated that he no longer needs Congress to promote his agenda and may even benefit in his re-election campaign if lawmakers accomplish little in 2012.

Absent any major policy pushes, much of the year will focus on winning a second term. The president will keep up a robust domestic travel schedule and aggressive campaign fundraising and use executive action to try to boost the economy.

Aides say the president will not turn his back on Congress completely in the new year. He is expected to once again push lawmakers to pass elements of his jobs bill that were blocked by Republicans last fall.

If those efforts fail, the White House says, Obama’s re-election year will focus almost exclusively on executive action.

Earnest said Obama will come out with at least two or three directives per week, continuing the “We Can’t Wait” campaign the administration began this fall, and try to define Republicans in Congress as gridlocked and dysfunctional.

Campaign officials say Obama will fully engage in the re-election campaign once the Republicans pick their nominee. He will focus almost exclusively on campaigning after the late summer Democratic National Convention, barring unexpected developments at home or abroad.

Obama Announces Public New Measures to Bypass Congress and Use Dictator-like Decrees

The Christian Science Monitor published a Staff Writer Linda Feldmann article titled “Obama looks to bypass Congress with help for homeowners, students” on October 24, 2011.  The article details the beginnings of a new pseudo dictator-like approach to getting action on bills that the United States Congress refuses, for the public good, not to act into law.  In other words, Obama is violating our laws by finding ways to bypass the United States Constitution the supreme law of our land.

 

Violating our Constitution in not new to this charlatan, who through slick con-man talk, convinces people that he is more knowledgeable about government affairs than he really is.  He also convinced 70 million voters that he was qualified under constitutional law to be eligible to run for the office of the President of the United States.  And to this day, three years later he has kept every official document that could prove his actual status as legitimate or a usurper in secret hiding places refusing to let even judges to view those documents.
