The Muslim Brotherhood has penetrated every one of our national security agencies, including our intelligence agencies, according to retired Navy admiral James “Ace” Lyons, former commander of the U.S. Pacific fleet.  Adm. Lyons made this startling declaration Jan. 16, 2015 during a conference sponsored by the Center for Security Policy, a conservative Washington, D.C. think-tank.

In the two years since, no action has been taken to reverse this dangerous situation.  Empowerment of individuals of questionable loyalties within our intelligence community continues unabated, as does a counterfactual view of Islam and thwarting of terrorist investigations.  Our government routinely targets and cashiers productive, legitimate counter-terrorism experts and fails to label terrorist organizations as such.  U.S. intelligence failures and feckless politicization have gone on for years, rendering our protections against terrorism ineffectual and putting our country at grave risk.

New developments in the Middle East are focusing attention on the Muslim Brotherhood’s role in Jihadist terrorism.

These new developments are particularly important because there is legislation in Congress aimed at designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO):

There should be no controversy over the designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. The Muslim Brotherhood is in fact the forerunner of all Sunni Jihadist organizations.

Yesterday, Congress took the first step toward designating the Muslim Brotherhood as what it is: a terrorist organization. The decision will ultimately be up to the executive branch, not lawmakers. But the fact that legislation calling for such a designation has cleared a House committee is a big deal.

After all, for more than five decades, this terrorist organization has been allowed to establish an infrastructure of mosques, Islamic societies and front groups across America. Today, there are thousands of them here.

Worse yet – even though the government has known for twelve years that the mission of the Brotherhood in the United States is “destroying Western civilization from within” – administrations of both parties have allowed its operatives access to and influence on policymaking.

Not surprisingly, the jihadists are flourishing – at our extreme peril.

Designate the Muslim Brotherhood.

Muslim terrorist Dr. Abdul Mawgoud Dardery was invited to speak on November 11 and 13, 2015 at the Al-Qassam Mosque – Islamic Community of Tampa (ICT), 5910 E. 130th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33617, 813-985-9433.

Dr. Dardery is the foreign relations committee spokesman for the Egyptian Revolutionary Council (ERC).  The ERC according to their website exists to overthrow the current Egyptian government and replace it with Egypt’s past president Mohammad Morsi, a self declared Muslim Brotherhood leader.

Dr. Dardery is an exiled Muslim Brotherhood Shura Council member and Egyptian Parliamentarian with a history of open support for Hamas, a US designated foreign terrorist organization.

Dr. Dardery is a ‘terrorist’ because the ERC is an arm of The Muslim Brotherhood which was designated a terrorist organization by Egypt, Bahrain, Russia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

I concluded “Raping the Swedish Corpse” on November 13th with this observation:

President Barack Obama has made a statement of consolation that sounds more like a sympathetic, almost congratulatory message to ISIS, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other Islamic terror groups. He sounded almost regretful that the destruction in Paris wasn’t wider and the casualties higher. That’s worth another column.

And here it is.

“Lone Wolf” Terrorists are Not “Alone”

A “lone wolf” is still as much a predator as it would be in a pack. Its predatory, programmed instincts, behavior and actions are shared with those of a pack. It may be a “lone wolf” because of conflicts between it and the wolf pack. But it is still a wolf.

“Lone wolf” jihadists and terrorists, by the same token, are still Islamic supremacists. They need not be “soldiers” of any particular group, such as Hamas, ISIS, Hezbollah, the Taliban, the Muslim Brotherhood, or Al-Qaeda. They need not run with a pack. They need not have had any close or social contact with any of those groups, other than perhaps attending a mosque that preaches violent jihad against the West.

Many “lone wolf” terrorists are converts driven to “prove” their new religious convictions. Their “independence” of action may not even be approved by any of those groups, although their fascination with Islam may be fueled by what a “lone wolf” sees those groups approve of as seen on the Internet and in the MSM in the way of beheadings, dismemberment of victims’ bodies, rapes, and “random” killings. Not to mention the chest-beating claims by terrorists that Islam will rule the world. All this answers an element in a “lone wolf’s” makeup, a malevolent loneliness. He responds. He is not alone.

The Saudis can skip the TSA security checkpoints

The Obama administration has quietly rewarded the Middle Eastern country that produced most of the 9/11 hijackers with a special travel privilege that allows its nationals to bypass normal passport security controls at major U.S. airports.

Only a handful of U.S. allies—including Canada, Mexico, South Korea and the Netherlands—currently enjoy the perk while other American partners like Germany and France are still excluded. Incredibly, the Obama administration has cut a deal with Saudi Arabia, which produced 15 of the 19 hijackers in the 2001 terrorist attacks, to enjoy the privilege under a program called Global Entry.

It’s not the kind of story you’ll see in the mainstream media, but a research center dedicated to investigating radical Islamic terrorist groups, their operations and funding, brought much-needed attention to it this week. Citing Homeland Security sources, the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) reveals that it will mark the first time that the Saudi government has a direct role in vetting who is eligible for fast-tracked entry into the United States.

This is a “slap in the face,” according to IPT, which posts a number of in-depth reports on its website on topics ranging from American jihadist terrorism to the influence of Islamic law on law enforcement and the Muslim Brotherhood. Among the investigations that relate to this particular issue is a 2011 report documenting how textbooks long used in Saudi Arabia’s schools promote religious violence. Keep in mind that most of the 9/11 terrorist and Osama bin Laden himself were born and educated in Saudi Arabia.

It’s downright outrageous that the Obama administration is now making it easier for Saudis to enter the United States. Consider that just three years ago the U.S. government actually placed Saudi Arabia on a list of 14 countries whose travelers would face enhanced security when entering the country. Why? Because a Saudi national named Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab tried to blow up a Detroit-bound U.S. commercial airliner on Christmas Day in 2009.

Around the same time Judicial Watch reported that a Saudi Arabian “rehabilitation” program that supposedly reforms terrorists jailed at Guantanamo Bay has instead served as a training camp for future jihadists. Regardless, the Obama administration supports the program and has sent a number of Guantanamo detainees its way even though many have rejoined terrorist missions that target Americans.

That  is the claim of a man who is the founder of CAIR, a Muslim organization that  was  also an unindicted  conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation scandal, and has been linked to money  laundering for Islamic jihadists in our nation’s capitol.  Does it at all  sound moderate to you?  Right, it doesn’t to me either.

However,  what is even more disturbing is the way Americans are accepting the method  of taqiyya in order for Islam to advance its agenda in the West.  CAIR  presents itself as “moderate,” but as I’ve told you over and over, there is  nothing moderate about Islam.  In fact, we have seen CAIR actively  intimidate others to shut down Pamela Geller’s talks where she exposes both  CAIR and Islamic jihad.  We have seen them demand and get Islamic prayer and  special privileges in public schools.

We also see an administration that actively covers for and diverts attention  from this Islamic organization and others like it.

Pressure Builds on Boehner Over Benghazi

Informed speculation mounted at Monday’s Accuracy in Media conference, which  officially launched the Citizens’  Commission on Benghazi, that House Speaker John Boehner’s opposition to a  Watergate-style congressional committee to investigate Benghazi stems from his  knowledge of arms shipments to al-Qaeda terrorists in Libya and Syria.

The al-Qaeda terrorist attack on the American diplomatic mission at Benghazi, in Libya, on September 11, 2012,  resulted in the deaths of four Americans, who were left to die, rather than be  rescued, and has been called by some the “Benghazi Betrayal.”
