We Can Deport 11 Million Illegal Aliens

The Obama Administration, Jeb Bush, John McCain, Lindsay Graham and the media’s take on why Congress needs to enact “comprehensive immigration reform” is that it’s impossible to deport the 11 million plus illegal aliens here, or as the president calls them, “Americans in waiting.”

Of course, it’s possible. The notion that this country can’t find these people is simply ridiculous. Here’s why.

According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, there are over 461,000 local, county, and State law enforcement officers in the country. There are also about 120,000 federal law enforcement agents. If Congress gave state and local police officers the authority to enforce federal immigration laws, most of the 11 million illegal aliens could be identified and deported in about a year. Let’s do the math.

The Coming Murder of the US Constitution

Free Republic

The most important issue is missing from debate over the coming Obama administration’s “Executive Amnesty for illegal immigrants.”If such an action is taken without even an attempt at impeachment, we will mark that day as the day the U.S. Constitution was murdered.

Certainly some Constitutional forms will hold on another decade or two, but the relevance of Congress to federal policy making, Constitutional branch separation of powers generally, and ultimately the rule of law will be gone. Future generations of Americans will mark the Constitution as a dead letter from that day. Our American birth right to the rule of law and ordered liberty under the Constitution will have been traded for a blatant pursuit of power by any means necessary. Ultimately such power only comes from the barrel of a gun, and here only one side has guns.

That President Obama is dissolving the Constitution for a faster influx of non-white voters so he can dissolve the current declining white majority polity shows a deep love of power, and a deep hatred of any past or current American cultural institutions, that gets in the way of his power.

This isn’t new. Leftists in America have been heading down this road since before the Cold War between America and the Soviet Union started in the 1940’s.

What is new, and the real test here, is acquiescence of the opposition party (Republican) elected elites to this turn of events. They have preemptively surrendered the only real counter to this Executive usurpation of the Legislative power, impeachment of the President, for purported fear of a voter backlash and loss of their new majority in Congress.

The IRS-Benghazi Congress

Judicial Watch

In many ways, the results from this week’s elections confirm what you already know as a supporter of Judicial Watch.  Voters are sick and tired of the Obama administration’s lawlessness.  The new Congress has new mandate to clean up Washington and put the Obama administration (and, frankly, itself) back under the rule of law.

Americans Are Biggest Losers In Obama’s Changes To The Law

Family Security Matters

The Obama administration’s announcement that the employer mandate will be delayed yet another year for employers with 50 to 99 full-time workers will clobber taxpayers because fewer people getting coverage on the job means more people needing coverage at the public’s expense.

The sudden change also trashes the rule of law. Presidents lack the constitutional authority to make such changes. Their job is to see that the law is “faithfully executed,” not improvised.

The upside for the president and his party is that Democrats seeking re-election this fall will face fewer angry constituents complaining about the impact of ObamaCare on hiring. The mandate delay is a political act. Rule of law and taxpayers be damned.

CFP: Barack Obama – 50 Impeachable Crimes and Counting

CFP: A few weeks ago I wrote an article From the White House to the Big House: 25 Impeachable Crimes and Counting that detailed 25 illegal acts committed by President Obama and his Democrat cohorts in Washington. It showed a President and political party willing to break the law at will in order to accomplish their political aims. Thanks to reader contributions and conservative writers around the country, here are 25 more for your consideration.

Whether or not any of these troubling examples will lead to Obama’s impeachment and/or imprisonment, only time will tell. Regardless, taken together they paint a picture of an out of control President who lacks basic American values and has little to no respect for the rule of law

Rule of law now an election issue

American Thinker

The  Obama administration’s response to yesterday’s Supreme Court decision affirming  the right of authorities to seek proof of legal residency when otherwise engaged  with suspects has now made manifest Barack Obama’s contempt for the rule of law.  This is a legitimate election issue that the Romney camp should take up. It far  transcends immigration and ethnic  politics. Stephen Dinan of the Washington Times explains the response:

Who are the real conspiracy theorists?

Posted: March 01, 2010

World Net Daily © 2010

There are many in the press today caricaturing me as a “conspiracy theorist” simply because I, like millions of other Americans, insist on actually seeing proof of Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility.

I’ve never alleged a conspiracy. Obama was given a free pass by an opponent who had his own eligibility issues. Not much of a conspiracy necessary – especially with Obama accountable only to a fawning press and scared-of-their-shadows Republicans.

But “conspiracy theorist” is an easy epithet to hurl.

One good question to ask, the next time you hear someone call me that name, is this: “Who is Joseph Farah conspiring with?”

I’d sure like to know the answer to that question.

I don’t see a lot of high-profile or powerful people beating down my door to join “the conspiracy.”

All I am doing – and all I have ever done on this issue of constitutional eligibility – is what I would expect every American citizen and especially every member of the press to do: Hold arguably the most powerful politician in the world to accountable to his pledges of “transparency,” honesty, the rule of law, his oath of office and the same standard to which his lackluster, unworthy Republican opponent in the 2008 election was held.

Is that too much to ask?

Does that really make me part of the “fringe” in America in 2010?

I make no apologies for pushing this issue. The more I am criticized, the more I realize I am really getting to Obama and his acolytes.

It’s hardly a “conspiracy theory” to state the obvious: Obama has not proven he is constitutionally eligible. In fact, he has made no effort to do so. All he does is mau-mau about not questioning his citizenship.

If he can’t stand being questioned, he has no business being in public office.
