Judge Napolitano Explains How Hillary Blatantly Violated the Law, Faces Indictment

Hillary so blatantly violated the law that a former New York City mayor and prosecutor says an indictment is unavoidable and Judge Napolitano explains how she put lives in danger.

Judge Napolitano said that there is no way she could open SAPs, which are Top, Top Secret communications, without knowing they were highly classified. It doesn’t come in an ordinary email and she must purposely open it. The kind of information contained within are the “names of human intelligence on the ground, moles, people that work for two governments, Black Ops programs that the government participated in but that the government will eventually deny that it…”

In other words, she might have gotten people killed.

Legally, she can be prosecuted with the government only showing the negligent maintenance which is now overwhelming. Two dozen of the over 1300 emails are SAPs.

Hillary forwarded many of these emails to her advisor Sidney Blumental and he was hacked.

For commenting President Obama does not love America, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani need be admonished. His comment gives America-bashers a bad name. Obama’s actions have sunk far lower than his unloving acts of bashing America.

While negative attacks about Giuliani’s comments are hypocritical, his words raise a much deeper, and darker, side of Obama.

As Obama continually disses America both at home (as he did at the Summit on Countering Violent Extremism to an audience peppered with representatives of Islamic groups whose ultimate goal is our demise) and abroad (as he did during his recent trip to India), Giuliani said, “I do not believe-and I know this is a horrible thing to say-but I do not believe that the president loves America…”

While Guiliani’s critics seem to line up along party lines, two main considerations are noteworthy.

Giuliani dared to rip into Barack Obama:

WASHINGTON — Rudy Giuliani has delivered a political shot-in-the-gut to President Obama, charging the president doesn’t “love America.”

“I do not believe, and I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that the president loves America,” Giuliani told about 60 conservative business leaders gathered Wednesday night at the 21 Club to hear Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.

According to the former mayor, Obama doesn’t love Giuliani either.

“He doesn’t love you. And he doesn’t love me. He wasn’t brought up the way you were brought up and I was brought up, through love of this country,” he continued, as Walker, who has entered the top tier of Republican presidential candidates, sat nearby.

The comments are a departure from standard political rhetoric, where blasting someone’s ideas is considered fair game, but questioning an opponent’s love of country is usually a no-no. Politico reported the expansive comments.

The fact is, Obama doesn’t love this country and Rudy said what at least half the country is thinking. Let’s crank up the Wayback Machine and revisit the moments when Barack Obama opened the door to his soul.
