Disparate impact is the irrational Progressive-Civil Rights idea that only impact should be considered in all things and Obama is unleashing it on housing. Disparate impact is an insidious legal concept that is no friend to Capitalism. This entire effort is a small part of Obama’s re-engineering of neighborhoods throughout the nation.

Legal challenges to disparate impact have found that the concept can be one factor but not the sole factor. Barack Obama, looking at a future leftist Supreme Court is making it the sole factor. He will fine landlords but will the statists move to stealing property as punishment?

The Obama administration is warning landlords that they may be discriminating by not renting or selling homes to criminals. He is making criminals into a protected class because many are minorities. It’s now racism to not rent or sell a home to someone with a criminal record.

Until January 2009, we had never seen the likes of Barack Hussein Obama from anyone in leadership positions…let alone the president of the United States. I daresay, we have likely never seen anyone in the world like him. During his initial campaign for the presidency in 2008 he said he would “transform” the country from its very foundation. People who had graduated high school no later than the 1960s knew full well what that meant. After that time period the essential dumbing-down of America’s student children began in earnest. Obama was not shy with his meaning that the USA had to be destroyed at its core and then rebuilt in what would become his and Islam’s image. He is doing it and has almost finished his straightforward—if not perverse—mission. The following is a short and very partial list of those things for which Obama is the proudest.

But the most egregious of political correctness stances is the one that maintains that Obama cannot be impeached because of the melanin level in his skin.  In an incredibly prescient article from 2009, author L.E. Ikenga pointed out what would be America’s undoing if this country continued to obsess “over the color of Barack Obama’s skin” instead of paying more attention to his ardent desire to become a “despot.”  At the time, Ikenga asserted that “Obama is intrinsically undemocratic and as his presidency plays out, this will become more obvious.”

And now six years later, Obama continues with his absolute and unrelenting intention to transform this country via unconstitutional means. The most shameful aspect of letting Obama get away with his unlawful actions is that it is an abject insult to the good people of this country.  We are asked to ignore his actions and accept that, because he is black, his misdeeds do not matter.  The message of moral rot is there for the next generation to see.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane, a democrat, has shut down a sting operation in which only democrats were snared:

A sting operation designed to nab dishonest politicians in the act of accepting bribes was abruptly shut down by Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane. The only politicians caught were Democrats; Kane is a Democrat.

The sting was set in morion in 2010 by Kane’s predecessor in office and current governor, Republican Tom Corbett, and politicians from both major political parties were tested, according to Philly.com.

That’s the finding of an international study released Thursday that says the two are linked. More specifically, odds are greater that a racist white American also keeps a gun at home and opposes gun control regulations.

It’s a classic dog bites man story: liberal establishmentarians find what they want to find, then arrogantly assume we are dumb enough to take them seriously as they use their “evidence” to promote their tyrannical policy initiatives.

The levels of moonbattery and idiocy are astonishing:

“There had already been research showing that … blacks are more likely to be shot, so we thought there must be something happening between the concept of being black and some whites wanting guns,” Monash researcher Kerry O’Brien said in an email to the Daily News.

Why not do a study of who shot all these blacks — whites or other blacks? Or a study of the percentage of whites shooting blacks that resulted from the black breaking into the white’s home? Or a study of which race is most likely to own firearms illegally? No chance. The findings would be racist.

O’Brien denounces gun ownership as “illogical” and calls upon the US government to coercively fund more studies like his own.

Gallup says that 21% of US gun owners are black. Technically yes more whites own guns — but only because blacks comprise a mere 13% of the population, not the 50% you would gather from watching TV commercials.

Authoritarian ideologues pass this crap off as science, and promoting it as journalism.

She should be ashamed and it should be obvious to everyone out there that she used that innocent shop girl in Switzerland to cry ‘racism’ and promote her movie The Butler (an obscenity to be widely avoided, not only because of her racist huckstering, but also … Jane Fonda plays Nancy Reagan!??). Comparing the murder of Trayvon Martin to Emmett Till is a travesty. But comparing the murders of these two young white kids to Emmett Till is right on the mark.
