FBI, DoJ, DHS: US Muslim Leaders Shielded from Scrutiny

The Detroit News

Detroit — Arab-American and Muslim leaders said they received assurances today from federal law enforcement officials that added security in the wake of the death of Osama bin Laden wouldn’t result in profiling.

The meeting at the Star International Academy between the community leaders and representatives from the FBI, U.S. Attorney’s Office and Department of Homeland Security was scheduled before bin Laden’s death, but concerns emerged about possible retaliation or difficulties if the federal threat level is elevated.

“All of the federal agencies made it loud and clear that hate crimes and a backlash would not be tolerated, and that in no form or shape would there be racial profiling,” said Imad Hamad, the regional director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee.

EUROPEAN LIFE DIED IN AUSCHWITZ

The following is a copy of an article written by Spanish writer
Sebastian Vilar Rodrigez and published in a Spanish newspaper on Jan.
15, 2008.  It doesn’t take much imagination to extrapolate the message
to the rest of Europe – and possibly to the rest of the world.

ALL EUROPEAN LIFE DIED IN AUSCHWITZ

By Sebastian Vilar Rodrigez

I walked down the street in Barcelona , and suddenly discovered a
terrible truth – Europe died in Auschwitz .  We killed six million
Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims.  In Auschwitz we
burned a culture, thought, creativity, and talent.  We destroyed the
Chosen People, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful
people who changed the world.

The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science,
art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the
world.

‘Profiling’ Is Not a Dirty Word

Pajamas Media

I recently wrote here about constitutional limitations on the new Transportation Security Administration (TSA) strip and grope procedures. They subject us to the sorts of governmental control the Constitution was intended to prevent and violate Fourth Amendment prohibitions in ways highly up close and personal. Some illumination, albeit indirect, is shed by the Supreme Court’s 1968 decision in Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968), the essence of which is that a search of one’s person must be reasonable and no more intrusive or degrading than the circumstances mandate. Searches shocking to ordinary human sensibilities fail to meet that test.

President Obama, whose public approval has reached a new low of thirty-nine percent, and his administration are under fire and are

Profiling Works

According to Wikipedia

The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures. The amendment specifically also requires search and arrest warrants be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it.

In Mapp v. Ohio, 367 U.S. 643 (1961), the Supreme Court ruled that the Fourth Amendment applies to the states by way of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. The Supreme Court has also ruled that certain searches and seizures violated the Fourth Amendment even when a warrant was properly granted.

So now the government is saying they can search you without a warrant and some of you think that’s okay. Where is this going to end? Little by little our freedoms are being taken away and the terrorist are telling the government what to do. I know, you think I’ve lost it, but wait a minute. Wasn’t there a mad shoe bomber? Shortly after, we had to remove our shoes before getting on a plane. Then last year we had the underwear bomber, we now have x-ray scanners and body searches. Where is it going to end, or is it? Freedom of speech is being taken away because some member of Congress or Obama doesn’t like Fox News? Your guns are being taken away because the government is afraid you might fight back when you realize they have gone to far?

Remember the 9/11 hijackers? Can you pick out the 85-year-old grandmother, or the 3-year-old little boy, or the Nun? No you can’t. Everyone of them were Muslim men between the ages of 25-40. That is where our focus should be. If you are Muslim, if your name is Mohammed, or you just came from the Middle East, you’re going to be checked and searched. Is this profiling? Damn right it is and you know why people are afraid of it? Because it Works.

Obama: The rights of Muslim suicide bombers come before the rights of US citizens

Flopping Aces

New TSA Screening Procedures

The stories are now legion:

A cancer survivor forced to remove her prosthetic breast.

A man with a urostomy bad left covered in urine.

A 12 year old girl forced to submit to being naked in a scanner.

A rough search into her crotch leaves a woman in tears.

Pants pulled down because of artificial knees, nipple rings removed, TSA agents screaming “I have power!”

I have had enough. Barack Obama should be impeached and removed from office.

He appointed the most inept and ignorant Attorney General in the history of this country. Both Holder and Obama have nothing but contempt for the Constitution.
