Pennsylvania police officers no longer need a warrant to search a citizen’s vehicle, according to a recent state Supreme Court opinion.

The high court’s opinion, released Tuesday, is being called a drastic change in citizens’ rights and police powers.

Military Drone Crashes Near Elementary School in Pennsylvania

An unmanned 375-pound RQ-7 Shadow drone operated by the Pennsylvania Army National Guard crashed near Lickdale Elementary School this week. A military official called the incident a hard landing, but the drone was apparently run over by a car. Fox News reported that a public affairs officer said that it happened during a training exercise at nearby Fort Indiantown Gap. –

Judge Vinson’s bittersweet ObamaCare ruling

Ruling that the ObamaCare insurance mandate is unconstitutional is like saying that water is wet. Of course it’s an unconstitutional abuse of federal power. If the feds can force people to buy health insurance, there is virtually no limit to the reach of federal meddling into the affairs of life.

In a sense, it’s fortunate that the unmitigated arrogance of Obama, Reid, and Pelosi — as witnessed in the health care “reform” debacle — is pushing even postmodern constitutional jurisprudence to its very limits.
