Paul Ryan spoke at the Heritage Foundation to rally the forces on the right and ask conservatives to unite with the establishment until the election. There is nothing the GOP can do right now to fight Obama’s agenda about the Obama agenda.

Schools are closed in New York City today because it’s the Chinese New Year. They also close for two Muslim holidays because we are adapting to all the other peoples and cultures who decide to live in New York. The Hindus are now lobbying for their holiday. I’m sure their cultures are wonderful but the problem is we are being fundamentally transformed by leftists and this is part of the plan. There are so many millions pouring into our country from foreign lands that they cannot assimilate and that is the idea.

Paul Ryan appeared to surrender to the Obama agenda during the speech at Heritage and, coincidentally of course, after meeting with the White House and Mitch McConnell. Rumors circulated after that meeting that they came to an understanding that they would let Obama’s agenda go forward unimpeded until November.

We always have to wait for the next election with no indication anything will change.

Another Big Government Plan to Rescue the Middle Class

A former Reagan adviser has asked how it is possible that with more than 93 million Americans out of work, how can we possibly have 5% unemployment? He contends that with only 210 million Americans eligible to be in the workforce, it leaves us with 42% unemployed.

With millions of Americans unemployed and businesses facing oppressive regulations which are growing by the day, Barack Obama has decided to implement a rule under federal labor law that will raise the salary threshold below what workers automatically qualify for time-and-a-half overtime wages to $50,440 a year from $23,660..

This is another redistribution of wealth from business owners and investors to lower-wage workers to make things “fair” and “equal” according to social justice tenets.  He says he is helping the middle class, which is code for Marxist redistribution. It has more to do with destroying the middle class than helping it.

A Congressional Quarterly analysis showing that Senate Republicans have voted with Obama more than 50% since the beginning of the new Congress – more than they did while serving in the minority.  But there’s more to the story.  It’s not just the fact that Republicans are voting with Obama, it’s that they have deliberately ceded structural control of the chamber to Democrats.

Typically, the majority party will manipulate the floor process to block initiatives from the minority party and vote on wedge issues favorable to their side – ones that embarrass those in the minority.  As such, even if the majority party lacks the votes to overcome a filibuster and pass the legislation, they can use the amendment process on the bill to shame the minority and draw sharp contrasts in the hopes of winning the next election.  Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) was the ultimate master at pursuing Obama’s agenda while blocking all Republican amendments.

Now that Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is in control of the floor process, nothing has changed.  They are pursuing Obama’s agenda… while blocking many Republican amendments!

Did Obama tell Jason Collins: I wish I had your courage? Maybe some day the truth will also come out of the closet…

“Many a true word is spoken in jest” said William Shakespeare and “Some truths, too painful or too likely to provoke, can be spoken only when the listener has been disarmed by laughter” are proverbial truths.

Barack Hussein Obama cracked a joke at the White House Correspondents Dinner the other day when he said, “I’m not the strapping young Muslim socialist I used to be.” The correspondents who worked for the Democrat Party rolled in laughter. Really, Barry? After you wrote about being mentored for 10 years by a card-carrying Communist named Frank Marshall Davis before you went off to college I would never have guessed you were a socialist. And after you were enrolled in school in Indonesia as a Muslim where you learned to appreciate the sound of the Muslim call to prayers 5 times a day and to read and recite the Qur’an in fluent Arabic, I would never have guessed you were a Muslim. And if you still are a Muslim you must be a very special one who enjoys privileges that no other Muslim enjoys, because as you know Islam demands that homosexuals be condemned to death and if you are no longer a Muslim you also know Islam demands that those who convert to another religion from Islam become Apostates and they also are condemned to death.

One day later in the midst of simmering crises in all corners of the globe, within an hour after an obscure NBA player named Jason Collins made the announcement that he was a homosexual, Barack Hussein Obama felt it necessary to telephone him and congratulate him for his courage. One can only wonder if that telephone conversation was just another joke, a la William Shakespeare, and if it was, did Barry Soetoro //aka// Barack Hussein Obama also tell Jason Collins, “I wish I had your courage.”

This story follows the infamous Newsweek magazine cover in May 2012 and Obama’s famous girly-man pitch at the opening of the baseball season a few years back. But it also follows some very dark accusations from a homosexual drug dealer from Chicago named Larry Sinclair who revealed that he had a sexual relationship with him while Obama was in the Illinois legislature.

Before the 2012 election we re-posted: Can It All ‘Really’ Be Coincidence?  But I think this is a good time to re-post, update and re-read this piece… with a few enhancements, while we still have the opportunity to fight back… (although before the final certification of the election might have been better) for the coincidences just keep coming and before his second inauguration, Obama and team are moving full speed ahead in implementing their goals… continued spending, demonizing their opponents using the Cloward and Piven method and  Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, gun control, and ruling by executive orders, just for a starter.  (Much of which was outlined in the President’s final press conference of his first term) Please take some time to read this, especially if you missed it the first time around, or at least scan the links and related articles below as well.  Ask Marion~

Can It All ‘Really’ Be Coincidence?

As I noted in the introduction to my book, The Obama Timeline: From his Birth in 1961 Through his First 100 Days in Office, a jury at a murder trial will often find the accumulated circumstantial evidence so overwhelming that a guilty verdict is obvious—even though there may be no witness to the crime. “The jurors in the Scott Peterson trial believed the collection of evidence more than they believed Scott Peterson. Among other things, the jury thought that being arrested with $15,000 in cash, recently-dyed hair, a newly-grown goatee, four cell phones, camping equipment, a map to a new girlfriend’s house, a gun, and his brother’s driver’s license certainly did not paint a picture of a grieving husband who had nothing to do with his pregnant wife’s disappearance and murder.”

The mask is fully off. Barack Obama is the most corrupt, power-mad president in this nation’s illustrious history. By his actions in bypassing Congress and making appointments that should be subject to Senate approval while the Senate is still in session and innumerable extra-constitutional actions since he became president, he is following in the footsteps of the despots who dominated the 20^th century.

In late September of 2008, it became clear to me that Barack Obama would be elected president. Based on his background, education, motivation, and indoctrination, I saw a man who could single-handedly destroy the country and someone with no respect for the history, the Constitution, or the people of the United States. The specter of a megalomaniac who was a stranger to the truth and would or say or do anything to achieve or retain power overcame me. In Barack Obama and his fellow travelers, I saw what I feared the most since I came to this country: a person and a political mindset that would, if allowed, spell the end of the noblest experiment in the history of mankind.
