During his run for the presidency in 1988, against George H.W. Bush, Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis, ran into a buzz saw named Willie Horton. The incident was dubbed “The candidate and the killer” because Horton was a convicted murderer. At the time Horton was released on a work furlough, Dukakis supported the program. Horton was furloughed and never came back. He went on to rape (twice) a woman and pistol whip her fiance. After being caught, Horton was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences in the State of Maryland; the judge refused to send him back to Massachusetts for fear he would be let loose again. Several well put together TV commercials and the Dukakis’ campaign was done.

A very significant number of Americans are aware of the on-going issue of Obama/Soetoro’s eligibility to hold the office of president of these united States of America under the ‘natural born citizen’ requirement. Despite all the shrieking by his supporters and anti-truth lackeys in the mainstream media and cable networks, we the people who care about the law of the land have remained steadfast in forcing the issue. One individual who also felt it was his duty to ask the question, “Where’s the birth certificate” is Terry Lakin. For those who don’t know who he is:

On April 27 President Barack Obama issued a copy of his long-form birth certificate and declared, “We do not have time for this kind of silliness.” He said “We’ve got better stuff to do. I’ve got better stuff to do.” Indeed, the American people have better things to do and we are wondering why it has taken the president so long to comply with this basic constitutional requirement.

Many in the media, including leftists like MSNBC’S Chris Matthews, have called on the president to reveal the long-form certificate, as the birthers have demanded, rather than only the certificate of live birth that he provided. It was ultimately a media campaign spearheaded by Donald Trump that led to the White House disclosure.

Yet, it is unlikely the birth certificate controversy will now come to an end. The Internet is a-buzz with claims by bloggers that the document is a forgery. Regardless of whether this proves to be the case, the president’s actions have raised more questions than they have answered. Even if we accept his narrative and consider this document to be authentic (which is still open to further inquiry until experts have fully vetted the certificate provided), Mr. Obama’s behavior has been highly irresponsible.

Despite what Bill O’Rielly, Chris Matthews and other uninformed media personnel think, it’s not about Obama’s Birth certificate , nor is it about where he was born. It is about the fact that Obama’s father was a Kenyan National and never a US citizen.  This fact alone makes Obama a British subject or at best gives him dual citizenship and because of this makes Obama unconstitutional to be President.

Now those who question this openly are labeled birthers, racist, bigots, right wingers or are thrown in jail for some bogus charge. Theresa Cao and  Lt. Col. Terry Lakin are just a just a couple of people who have questioned Obama and his eligibility. These people are no more guilty of commenting a crime than anyone of us, they have just questioned the Usurper in Chief.

Now where is Congress in all of this? Is Congress afraid of Obama? Are the Courts afraid of him? Have there been death threats made against members of Congress. Has Obama’s goons made them an offer they couldn’t refuse? Did they wake up one morning with the head of a horse next to them in bed? What is the going price these days for selling out your country?

When the truth comes out about Obama and how he usurped America, will Congress make all he has done null and void or will it be Business as Usual?

Obama had no experience before and the only experience he has now is seeing how many vacations he can take on the backs of taxpayers and doing so while he tells the American People they need to tighten their belts.

We are not Birthers…… we are Patriots. We have fought in wars, that kids today know nothing about. We proudly display the American flag on our homes, our pick-up trucks and our construction sights. We aren’t afraid of work and we don’t want the government to take care of us. We do want the government to uphold their oath they swore to the Constitution. This includes every member of Congress. Just remember, you were voted into office and you can be voted out. You also need to remember, that you work for Us and so far we are not pleased.

The Truth About Obama’s eligibility or lack thereof

Lieutenant Colonel Lakin is refusing to deploy as ordered to Afghanistan until Obama permits the Hawaiian Department of Health to release his original birth certificate to support the claim that he is a natural born citizen and thereby meets the eligibility requirement for his office mandated by the Constitution. This may lead to Lakin’s facing a court-martial.

Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility

Most people think of an original birth certificate as a state or hospital document containing a statement by a doctor or midwife.  The hospital document usually is accompanied by a footprint.

No one has ever presented any evidence that such a document has ever existed in the United States for Barack Obama.  The Hawaii Dept of Health refuses to give a yes or no answer to the question whether they have such a document on file.

Lt. Col. Lakin to face court martial

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, MD is to face a court martial for his refusal to obey deployment orders, pending proof that it is a lawful order, issued by a commander in chief who meets the constitutional requirements of office. Dr. Lakin explained his refusal in an article published April 8^th on American Thinker. The American Patriot Foundation writes:

Army doctor Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin yesterday met with his brigade commander, Col. Gordon R. Roberts, who proceeded to read LTC Lakin his Miranda rights, and who informed LTC Lakin he had the “right to remain silent” because LTC Lakin is about to be charged with serious crimes. Col. Roberts was at age 19 awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, the only recipient of the nation’s highest honor currently on active duty in the Army.

LTC Lakin had previously been ordered in writing to report yesterday to Ft. Campbell, KY and then on to deploy for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan. Lakin refused to obey these orders and instead came to work yesterday morning at the Pentagon. Late yesterday afternoon he was confronted by his brigade commander.

Before the meeting was over, LTC Lakin’s Pentagon Access Pass had been revoked, and his laptop computer was set to be confiscated.

The message to LTC Lakin is clear; through official channels, he was informed yesterday that he will shortly be court-martialled for crimes (specifically, missing movement and conduct unbecoming an officer) that for others has led to lengthy imprisonment at hard labor.

Lakin has announced in a YouTube video that has now been viewed more than 110,000 times that he considers it his duty to refuse to obey orders that would be illegal if President Obama is ineligible to hold office.

Meanwhile, cries mount for proof of that eligibility, but nothing has been forthcoming. The Obama campaign at one point released a copy of computer-generated abstract of information purportedly in Hawaii’s records system, but the source of this information is unclear and need not have been a birth certificate issued contemporaneously and signed by the doctor who attended the birth. Even the document released was only a copy, and the version printed in the Los Angeles Times on June 16, 2008 is on a form only in use since late 2001. Even as it is, the document contains a warning that it is merely “prima facie”–threshold, rebuttable and thus inconclusive –evidence of birth, and the copy the Times printed mysteriously has the certificate number blacked out, thereby rendering the document unusable according to language on the bottom.

Given the seriousness of the offenses with which LTC Lakin is about to be charged, the American Patriot Foundation today renewed its plea for donations to its legal defense fund for LTC Lakin. Details are available at APF’s website, http://www.safeguardourconstitution.com/.

A devoted physician and military officer may go to military prison, to protect the secrecy of the President’s original birth documentation held by the state government of Hawaii. The secrecy of the President’s paper trail may be about to gain a martyr.
