An admitted CIA mouthpiece writing for The Washington Post receives classified information and publishes it. He remains in good standing at the paper. Yet the Senior Judicial Analyst for Fox News offers his informed opinion that the British helped conduct surveillance on President Trump and is suspended for several days from on-air appearances.
This action by Fox News reflects disrespect for someone who has worked for the channel since 1998. It sends a message that the intelligence community, here and abroad, cannot be investigated.
Since the British NSA, the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), had issued a denial of what Napolitano had said, the feeling of most of the media (and the management of Fox News Channel) was apparently that this was the Gospel and must not be challenged.
The scalp of Judge Napolitano will forever be nailed to the wall of Fox News, setting an example of what happens when the establishment narrative about Russia and Trump is undermined. Napolitano was made into an example of what happens when the intelligence agencies are embarrassed.

Judge Napolitano came out with a bombshell observation today though he has said it before. The weapons Hillary sold to Qatar may have been used to kill Ambassador Stevens. She sold the arms illegally and some went to Al Qaeda. She put American heavy-duty military equipment into the hands of some of America’s deadliest enemies and that is a felony – providing material assistance to the enemy.
He made his comments on America’s Newsroom with Martha McCallum.
They first played a clip of Donald Trump blaming her for much of the mess in the Middle East. She has “killed hundreds of thousands of people” Trump said.
“She is the one who caused all of this problem, with her stupid policies. You look at what she did with Libya, what she did with Syria. Look at Egypt, what happened with Egypt. A total mess, they, we don’t back any of our allies. You look — she was truly, if not the, one of the worst secretary of states in the history of the country. Talks about me being dangerous. She has killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity.”
Martha McCallum then asked the judge, “He said killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity. Chris Wallace said what do you mean? What are you talking about. You think there is some foundation for that comment.”
The judge does think Trump could be right on this.
“I do. I don’t know if the number is accurate and I don’t know if the number is even measurable, but he is talking about her efforts to destabilize President Mubarak in Egypt, Colonel Gaddafi in Libya and President Assad in Syria. And, in order to bring about that destabilization, she succeeded in Egypt, she succeeded in Libya, she failed in Syria,” the judge responded.
“She as secretary of state authorized the sale of American military equipment to Qatar. Qatar? A little tiny country, beholden to the Muslim brotherhood? What business would the United States have arming Qatar? Ah, Qatar was delivering those arms and did to rebel groups. Some of the rebel groups were al Qaeda. So she is responsible for getting – Trump’s, allegation is borne out by emails in the public domain which I have seen, which anybody can see, American heavy-duty military equipment into some of America’s deadliest enemies, that’s a felony, provide material assistance to terrorist organization. As a result, people died. It is not unlikely that Ambassador Stevens himself was killed with one of those weapons.”
In an appearance on America’s Newsroom Monday, Judge Napolitano was asked what’s next after the Capitol Hill hearings on Benghazi. The judge told host Bill Hemmer that Hillary Clinton had “three audiences before her Friday and she forgot about one of them”.
She had the committee, the American public who were listening for “15-second sound bites”, and she forgot about the third, “the 25 or so FBI agents or special prosecutors who were watching.”
The FBI was looking for something called “bad acts,” he said.
Napolitano continued, “In her case the natural proclivity is to lie, whether under oath or not. The more they see of that, the easier it is for them to build a case against her, based on her natural deception.”
Obama’s war on coal is a war on fossil fuels. He began with coal because it’s more vulnerable to criticism. Destroying coal will cause our electricity to skyrocket. It is a political power grab of our electric power. If he can get away with ignoring Congress on this, he can do anything he wants.
The federal appeals court is currently hearing a major challenge to the EPA climate rule to destroy coal.
Murray Energy is leading the lawsuit and sees the future – people losing their jobs, his company being destroyed, the coal and electricity industry being eliminated. All of this is unnecessary and will yield little or no gain but it will give the federal government limitless power over the energy sector.
If a government agency can make the laws, can we call ourselves a free nation, a Republic?
The Hillary Clinton email scandal is not simply a scandal. She broke the law and she did it more than once. Will she be prosecuted for it? Judge Napolitano was asked that question and in the end, she could be but it will depend on the prosecutor.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has given us her word that she only destroyed personal emails, but she has refused to turn over her husband’s server. She brazenly wiped the server clean when it was subpoenaed.
Information on Benghazi, the Russian reset and all the other dealings she has been involved in are lost. Communications with her aides, including Huma Abedin, are lost. Possible information about donations to her charity from foreign nations is gone. Schedule information is also gone.
She has clearly broken the law and the public was told to just trust her.
Trey Gowdy is not just trusting her.
House Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy delivered a letter to Hillary Clinton’s lawyers on Friday demanding Clinton hand over her email server to a third party to see what email remains on it even though she said she has wiped the server clean.
“I am formally requesting Secretary Clinton make her server available to a neutral, detached and independent third-party for immediate inspection and review,” Gowdy wrote, adding that the State Department’s Office of Inspector General could be a possible third party to examine the email.
“(S)hould Secretary Clinton continue to maintain that the server and its contents are hers alone, I will inform the Speaker of the House of Representatives so that he can use the full powers of the House to take the necessary steps to protect the best interests of the American people,” Gowdy wrote, according to The Blaze.
The full powers of the House would allow them to arrest her though that is unlikely.
Fox News anchor Bill Hemmer asked Judge Andrew Napolitano Monday morning if Hillary Clinton could be in trouble legally for her recent crimes related to the destruction of her government documents/emails. Judge Napolitano said that she’s in trouble legally if there is a prosecutor who will prosecute her.
The Judge said she broke the law several times and the same laws applied to others should be applied to her.
Hillary Clinton diverted government documents from the government to her husband’s server; she admitted to putting classified information in a non-classified venue which is the same crime as General Petraeus who had them in a drawer; and she admitted to destroying subpoenaed evidence after she was notified it was under subpoena – that’s obstruction of justice.
Hillary Clinton made these judgements instead of the State Department, the Judge said.
Judge Napolitano said this case should be presented to a Grand Jury to let them decide.
Evan Bayh, former Democratic senator from Indiana, said the voter’s won’t care. Judge Napolitano said they will care because the Clintons have acted as if they were above the law for years.
[The server will probably go on fire next and when she testifies, she won’t remember a thing.]

It’s so important to the left that they are still trying to retrieve the data from the tapes. Rosemary Woods said she accidentally erased five minutes of the tape.

That’s at least according to FOX News Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Napolitano, who argues congress has very few tools when it comes to stopping the President’s plan. Which is why he thinks the politically-risky option of impeachment may be the only option for the GOP.
On Thursday’s show, the Judge told FOX News Radio’s Tom Sullivan why the President may have to resort to such extreme measures. He says, while Presidents do have right to practice prosecutorial discretion when it comes to immigration, Obama’s proposed actions risk nullifying the law altogether. And that’s going too far.

So, could the same thing happen in America? Judge Napolitano says yes. “The people who have more than $100,000 in the bank are targets for any government that’s looking for money to shore up its own inability to manage its finances.”
