Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News senior judicial analyst, argues new emails found on Anthony Weiner’s computer will lead to Hillary Clinton’s indictment if the FBI reopens the case. Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News senior judicial analyst, weighed in on the report, telling FOX Business’ Stuart Varney on “Varney & Co.,” “The significance is an FBI acknowledgement that Huma Abedin, Mrs. Anthony Weiner, when she had a top security clearance as the number two assistant to Hillary Clinton when Hillary was Secretary of State, regularly sent copies of sensitive material to her own laptop so she could look at it at night, either knowing or forgetting that her husband had access to it as well.”

Napolitano said this gives insight into the State Department’s casual approach to top secret documents under Hillary Clinton.

“This, yet again, shows the culture in the Hillary Clinton State Department of a cavalier attitude about the handling of government secrets. It also shows the FBI awareness of it. It also shows the president’s frustration with it when in a tweet this morning he said ‘there she goes again, crooked Hillary, Jim Comey let her off the hook again.’ Something I profoundly agree with him on.”

On March 16, 2017 Fox News Channel judicial analyst Judge Andrew P. Napolitano wrote:

“Sources have told me that the British foreign surveillance service, the Government Communications Headquarters, known as GCHQ, most likely provided Obama with transcripts of Trump’s calls. The NSA has given GCHQ full 24/7 access to its computers, so GCHQ — a foreign intelligence agency that, like the NSA, operates outside our constitutional norms — has the digital versions of all electronic communications made in America in 2016, including Trump’s. So by bypassing all American intelligence services, Obama would have had access to what he wanted with no Obama administration fingerprints.”

If this is true, and I have no reason to distrust the word of Judge Andrew Napolitano or the people at Fox News, then it should be the end of Hillary Clinton’s political career.

In a recent Fox News segment on the Sean Hannity show, Judge Andrew Napolitano explained that Hillary Clinton’s emails provide the location of both Ambassador Chris Stevens in Libya, as well as the location of fighter jets during NATO bombings. Judge Napolitano (along with several other Fox News employees) have been tasked by Fox News to sift through the pages and pages of emails and other data that has been provided by the government proving the malfeasance and criminal behavior of Hillary Clinton while Secretary of State.

Clinton’s decision to use an unsafe non-government server to hide (er, store) her email correspondence is a problem in and of itself, but now that there is solid evidence that she could have been the source of horrible leaks… her behavior rises above criminal and moves to seditious, perhaps even treasonous. We now know that it is far more likely that Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration are to blame for the death of Chris Stevens than it ever was that some stupid YouTube video was the catalyst.

This latest revelation should be a bombshell, it should lead to enormous changes in our political landscape… but thus far, it’s barely registered with the main stream media.

Judge Napolitano: Immigration Proposal Sucks and is an Impeachable Violation of the Constitution

Everyone knew it was only a matter of time before President Obama would do what he does best–that’s break the law for those of you a bit behind the times–and ram another piece of unconstitutional legislation down the throats of the American people.

According to a memo that was obtained by Fox News, “King Barry” has plans to push a 10-point immigration plan into law through the use of an executive order within the next few weeks. This, of course, is the president’s way of pouting and whining about the shellacking his party took in the midterms last week.

It’s always been his plan to do “immigration reform” through executive order, but he grew more obstinate once he found out Republicans would be taking control of both the House and the Senate.

According to Fox News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano, the plan is pretty horrible, and the provisions it contains are “impeachable violations of the Constitution.”
