The Obama Administration, Jeb Bush, John McCain, Lindsay Graham and the media’s take on why Congress needs to enact “comprehensive immigration reform” is that it’s impossible to deport the 11 million plus illegal aliens here, or as the president calls them, “Americans in waiting.”

Of course, it’s possible. The notion that this country can’t find these people is simply ridiculous. Here’s why.

According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, there are over 461,000 local, county, and State law enforcement officers in the country. There are also about 120,000 federal law enforcement agents. If Congress gave state and local police officers the authority to enforce federal immigration laws, most of the 11 million illegal aliens could be identified and deported in about a year. Let’s do the math.

The Republican establishment is powerless to oppose Obama in any significant way because they are being held hostage. Obama’s lies have become Republican lies, which they have embraced and made their own.

Although the challenges facing the country present clear dangers, America will not be brought down by unsustainable debt, social chaos, a moribund economy or weakness in the face of foreign threats, all of which have been planned and instigated by our own government, but by the irreparable damage to the Constitution and representative government perpetrated by the very people, who have sworn an oath to uphold them.

Most prospective government officials, whether Democrat or Republican, now pursue office, not to support the Constitution and serve the American people, but to obtain power, and to use that power to accrue professional and financial benefits for themselves and their major donors. All the traditional means for citizens to seek the redress of grievances have now been blocked by a self-absorbed permanent political elite unaccountable to the American people.

I know for a fact that the RNC is prepping the Jebster for a run because I happened to be at a corporate event a while back and The Smart Bush® made an appearance. Trailing him into the room at a discrete distance was ReiNCe Priebus, ostensible chair of the RNC.

I say “ostensible” because we all know that the RNC is actually run by Tom Donahue, president of the Chamber of Commerce. And Donahue, more than anything else, seeks cheap immigrant labor–the American economy, the American citizenry, and the Constitutional system be damned.

Which explains Jeb Bush’s borderline-insane pleas for open borders, Amnesty, and the inevitable voting rights and citizenship for tens of millions of illegal aliens.

In contrast, Kurt Schlichter highlights the weakness of the Democrat’s 2016 candidates, headlined by the ludicrously unqualified Hillary Clinton, who — at best — represents a third term for Valerie Jarrett Barack Obama.

Our children are our world as parents. They are the future of our nation. Most of us would gladly sacrifice all we have and our lives for our little ones. So, why do we so readily hand their learning and their care over to those that would abuse them and trick them into being part of the greatest evil the world has ever known? It figures that the young, innocent ones would be a prime target for Islam and are what they term, ‘fertile ground’ for their broken philosophy. Between such programs as Common Core, Connect All Schools and CSCOPE, CAIR has been ensuring that the textbooks that teach our children go out of their way to teach Islamic history and to have the children indoctrinated into Islam. CAIR has even gotten textbooks in private schools, charter schools and home schooling programs to include their revisionist history.

The Islamization of the curriculum and the school room itself in American schools is thoroughly covered by Pamela Geller at Atlas shrugs in her book: Stop the Islamization of America. Do buy and read the book and then home school your children after reviewing their ordered teaching materials. You should not be surprised either that Qatar is heavily vested in all this – they fund Connect All Schools and Common Core. On October 24th and 25th, hundreds of schools, leadership teams, and teachers from across the region gathered in Dubai, to learn about the Common Core State Standards, share curricula and best practices, and network with each other. Ask yourselves, why Dubai? Surely, Bill Gates and Jeb Bush know, since they are helping to fund it as well. They are very cozy with the Islamic states – all that money and power – motivation for selling out our children and country many times over.

 

Across America, in over 100 schools now, in Social Studies and World History classes, the proselytizing for Islam is being pushed and hard. It does not include the 1,400 year history of Jihadi wars, land appropriations, cultural genocide and enslavement, not to mention the extermination of the entire Jewish Banu Qurayza tribe of Arabia, as Pamela Geller puts it. What it does include, and what I find infuriating beyond words, is the Shahada and the Five Pillars of Islam. The Shahada is an Islamic creed declaring belief in the oneness of God and the acceptance of Muhammad as God’s prophet. It is recited to convert someone to Islam. That’s right… they are actively converting your children to their religion. Now, how do you feel about it? Then the little ones are forced to learn the Five Pillars of Islam.

The National Constitution Center has chosen its winner of the 2013 Liberty Medal, an award that goes to someone who “furthered the ideals of freedom, democracy, and equality, often against great odds.”

This year, it goes to this person:

And former Florida governor Jeb Bush is presenting the award to her, not reluctantly, but willingly.  After all, he’s the NCC Chairman:

“Former Secretary Clinton has dedicated her life to serving and engaging people across the world in democracy,” Bush, the NCC’s chairman, said in a statement announcing the award. “These efforts as a citizen, an activist, and a leader have earned Secretary Clinton this year’s Liberty Medal.”

I don’t know that I’ve ever associated the word “leader” with Hillary Clinton.  I’ve associated a few others, but never “leader.”

Meanwhile, four people were still killed in Benghazi.  But what difference, at this point, does it make?  Am I right, Jeb?

Someone please get the video of this presentation.  I have a feeling it will come in handy during the 2016 Republican primaries.  I don’t want a GOP candidate who’d head an organization willing to give Hillary Clinton an award for furthering freedom.

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush tells Newsmax that the Obama administration is charting a “dangerous course” as it pushes for a dramatic expansion of government that “imperils our future.”

Bush predicted that a “tsunami” of opposition to President Barack Obama’s redistributive policies will sweep away Democratic candidates this November, and a popular “uprising” is under way that will shake the pillars of Washington.

In a wide-ranging exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, Bush also said Obama is surrounded by “political hacks,” described Scott Brown’s election in Massachusetts a “pivotal moment” in American history, and said Obama needs to be more aggressive in dealing with tyrants in Iran and Venezuela.

Bush was elected governor in 1998 and served two terms during a period of great economic growth in Florida.

A popular governor, he has been credited widely with spurring that growth by keeping taxes low and holding down spending. He won high praise for handling natural disasters, no less than six major hurricanes barreled into Florida’s coastlines during his tenure. He also spearheaded reforms that have led to tremendous improvements in the state’s education system.

Today, Bush is in private business and works with several charities and foundations. He told Newsmax he presently has no plans to run for president in 2012, although he has been touted as a candidate. He hinted that he might seek office at a later date if he and his family were financially secure.

Newsmax.TV’s Ashley Martella and Kathleen Walter pointed to high unemployment levels, a rising federal deficit and looming healthcare expansion, and asked Bush for his assessment of the situation in Washington.

“We’re on a dangerous course in Washington for sure,” he responded.

“The downturn was real and still a lot of people are suffering from the financial meltdown and the loss of jobs. It seems to me the Obama administration, instead of trying to solve that problem with common-sense American solutions, is trying to take advantage of it to redefine who we are as a nation.

“I’m very disturbed about this, and more importantly millions of Americans are. They are acting on their concerns in a way that gives me a lot of hope that we’re going to rebound economically, and also politically, to bring back the proper balance between the citizens of our country and the government that’s supposed to be serving them.”

Martella observed that Obama’s team seems intent on blaming his predecessor, Jeb’s brother George W., for virtually every problem the nation faces.

“From a political point of view, I don’t think that helps the president,” the former governor declared. “Pushing somebody down to make yourself look good was something my mother taught me didn’t work.

“At some point, the president needs to realize he’s no longer a candidate, he’s the leader of the greatest country on the face of the earth, and he has to begin to lead. I think a lot of people will follow him if he actually leads. But if everything’s political and everything’s about the past, then I think he’ll see declining poll numbers as we see today.”
