Mourning in America

CFP

Our entire country, indeed the world, mourns the victims of the savage attack in Tucson that left six dead, including an esteemed federal judge and beautiful nine-year-old Christina Taylor Green; 14 seriously wounded; and Rep. Gabrielle Giffords fighting for her life after a bullet from the gun of her crazed killer and apparent stalker Jared Loughner entered and then exited her brain.

While millions of words have been written about this unspeakable tragedy, I write here of another mourning, specifically the agony of the left at having irrevocably lost the American public, and with that loss their grandiose ambitions of turning our Democratic Republic into a Communist stronghold.

Simply, the leftists-cum-progressives among us have never recovered from their thundering defeat in the midterm elections of November 2—not just 63 seats in the House and six in the Senate, but also an overwhelming number of Republican governorships and control over more state legislative seats than any time since 1928.

Two Days to late, Mr. President….as usual

CFP

President Obama has missed the opportunity to stop the fraudulent attack against conservatives and talk radio by the media and Democrats.  Now,  our President gives us the big,  written out and ‘late’ speech that talks about the victims and ‘healing for the nation.’  ‘Honor the Dead and the families.’  No mention about the obscene distortion,  libel and lies hurled at conservatives who speak their mind on radio and TV.

Shame on Barack Obama!  He is the President of all US citizens and he has fraudulently and stupidly missed the opportunity to promote the truth,  represent us all and stop the libel.  The teleprompter speech now is as usual,  2 days late.  You see,  it would not serve Obama and the progressive left’s purposes to stop the blame and lies.  Saul Alynsky and Rules for Radicals tells them what to do and this is a crises not to waste.

The Tucson Shooting: a Reminder to Arm Yourself

Pajamas Media

When Jared Loughner opened fire in Tucson on January 8, six people were killed and fourteen injured. No matter where you were sitting, as the 24-hour news carried the details of the story, the world seemed almost to stop spinning. The raw evil of what Loughner had done was simply too great for decent, law abiding citizens to comprehend.

Sadly, it didn’t take long for various talking heads on the left to see the shooting as just another crisis that could be used to further their agenda: tightening gun control, besmearing the Tea Party, and destroying Sarah Palin. For instance, within 48 hours of the shooting, Representative Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) promised to introduce stricter gun control legislation as soon as her staff could draw it up, the Washington Post’s Courtland Milloy affixed blame to the Tea Party, and uber-leftist Paul Krugman disgraced himself as one of the shrillest voices placing the blame on Palin.
