130 Million Strong: Al-Qaeda’s Deep Muslim Support

On December 2, 2010, the Pew Research Center released the results of a new poll of six Muslim countries that sheds a surprising new light on the number of Muslims worldwide that support al-Qaeda. (The six countries polled: Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey.) The report reveals that majorities of the world’s 1.3 billion Muslims neither support al-Qaeda nor believe that suicide bombings are ever justified in defense of Islam. Osama bin Laden, the poll reveals, “receives overwhelmingly negative ratings in nearly all countries” asked about him. 

The Pew report coincides with an al-Qaeda video distributed on October 23, 2010. In it, al-Qaeda spokesman Adam Gadahn airs al-Qaeda’s poor view of the majority of Muslims. According to Gadahn, one part of the global Muslim community is apostate; another is victim to lustful, worldly influences; and a third (perhaps largest) portion has lost the ability to think for themselves, allowing clerics to turn them against al-Qaeda and the jihad.

With his feeble flame of “hope” thoroughly doused here in the United States by last week’s elections, President Obama has set out around the globe in search of throngs still enthralled by his flowery rhetoric.

He found them, of course, in Indonesia this week by telling them about how Americans must stop mistrusting Islam.

In Part I of this WMR special report, we revealed the connections between Barack Obama, Sr. and the CIA-affiliated Airlift Africa project to provide college degrees to and gain influence over a group of 280 eastern and southern African students from soon-to-be independent African nations to counter similar programs established by the Soviet Union and China. Barack Obama Sr. was the first African student to attend the University of Hawaii. Obama Sr. and Obama’s mother Stanley Ann Dunham met in a Russian language class in 1959 and they married in 1961.

The African airlift program was administered by Kenyan nationalist leader Tom Mboya, a fellow Luo tribe mentor and friend of the senior Obama. According to CIA documents described in Part I, Mboya also served the CIA in ensuring that pro-Soviet and pro-Chinese African nationalists were stymied in their attempt to dominate pan-African nationalist political, student, and labor movements.

One of Mboya’s chief opponents was Ghana’s first president, Kwame Nkrumah, who was ousted in a CIA-inspired coup in 1966, one year before to Obama Sr’s son, Barack Obama, Jr. and his mother joined Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian who Obama’s mother met at the University of Hawaii in 1965, when President Obama was four years old.

This list is truly shocking. Take a close look at how many communists/Marxists were his friends. Davis spied for the Soviet Union. Obama wants to shut down America’s nuclear arsenal but won’t intercept North Korean Communist missiles, nor will he stop Iran, a terrorist sponsor, from developing nuclear bombs.

I must say, I find the sealing of his records going back to childhood, utterly bizarre. What the heck is there to hide?

ObamaCrimes.com reports that at the time Barry Soetoro was in Indonesia, all Indonesian students were required to carry government identity cards or Karty Tanda Pendudaks, as well as family card identification called a Kartu Keluarga.  The Kartu Keluarga is a family card which bears the legal names and citizenship status of all family members.

Soetoro/Obama was registered in a public school as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro and his father was listed as Lolo Soetoro, M.A.  Indonesia did not allow foreign students to attend their public schools in the late 1960’s or 1970’s, and any time a child was registered for a public school, the child’s name and citizenship status were verified through the Indonesian Government.  See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Chapter 13, Law No. 62 of 1958 (all citizens of Indonesia have a right to education).  The Indonesian school record, indicates that Soetoro/Obama’s name is “Barry Soetoro;” his nationality is “Indonesia” and his father “Lolo Soetoro, M.A.  There was no way for Soetoro/Obama to have attended school in Jakarta, Indonesia legally unless he was an Indonesian citizen, as Indonesia was under tight rule and was a Police State.  See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia (Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945), Law No. 62 of 1958.  These facts indicate that Obama/Soetoro was/is an Indonesian citizen, and therefore he is not eligible to be President of the United States.

Under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son, in this case Soetoro/Obama, an Indonesian State citizen.  See Constitution of Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 62 of 1958 concerning Immigration Affairs and Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata) (KUHPer) (Burgerlijk Wetboek voor Indonesie).

Furthermore, under the Indonesian adoption law, once an Indonesian citizen adopts a child, the adoption severs the child’s relationship to the birth parents, and the adopted child is given the same status as a natural child and the child takes the name of his step-father, in this case, Soetoro.  See Indonesian Constitution, Article 2.

The Indonesian citizenship law was designed to prevent apatride (stateless) or bipatride (dual) citizenship.  Indonesian regulations recognized neither apatride nor bipatride (stateless or dual) citizenship.  Since Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship; neither did the United States (since the United States only permitted dual citizenship when ‘both’ countries agree); and since Obama/Soetoro was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, the United States would not step in or interfere with the laws of Indonesia. Hague Convention of 1930.

As a result of Soetoro/Obama’s Indonesian “natural” citizenship status, Soetoro/Obama could never regain U.S. “natural born” status, if he in fact he ever held such, which we doubt.  Soetoro/Obama could have only become “naturalized” if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, after going through U.S. Immigration upon his return to the United States; in which case, Soetoro/Obama would have received a Certification of Citizenship indicating “naturalized.”

We are informed, believe and thereon allege Obama/Soetoro was never naturalized in the United States after his return.  Soetoro/Obama was ten (10) years old when he returned to Hawaii to live with his grandparents.  Soetoro/Obama’s mother did not return with him.  Therefore, it appears that she did not apply for citizenship for Soetoro/Obama in the United States.  If citizenship for Soetoro/Obama had been applied for in 1971, Soetoro/Obama would have a Certification of Citizenship.  If Soetoro/Obama returned in 1971 to Hawaii without going through U.S. Immigration, today he would be an “illegal alien” — and obviously not able to serve as president, but also his term as a United States Senator from Illinois for nearly four (4) years was illegal.  We further believe Soetoro might have reentered the United States at age ten (10) by showing a copy of his Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, which he received when his birth was registered in Hawaii.

In addition, we have been unable to locate any legal documents wherein Soetoro’s name was legally changed from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama.  Soetoro/Obama’s silence on these issues is deafening and his refusal to release such records to prove that none of this occurred results in his status as Acting Commander in Chief at best, and a willful action on his part to deceive the American People and the Armed Forces of the United States so that he may wield power that is in non-compliance with the United States Constitution.

Barack Obama to travel to Indonesia with family

US President Barack Obama and his family will retrace his childhood steps, travelling to Indonesia next month in a nostalgic return to the country where he lived with his late mother and Indonesian stepfather in the 1960s.

The trip, in the second half of March, has been greatly anticipated in the world’s most populous Muslim-majority country since Mr Obama’s inauguration, which was welcomed in Indonesia as the start of a new era in US diplomacy.

Dino Patti Djalal, a spokesman for Indonesia’s President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, said the visit was a chance for Mr Obama to set relations on a more equal footing.

“We want relations between Indonesia and the United States not only to cover one issue. There used to be an imbalance, only democracy and human rights,” he was quoted as saying by Antara state news agency.

He said Indonesia was eager to discuss trade, the economy, technology and heath, among other issues.

He also acknowledged that the visit would have a “sentimental” aspect for Obama, who went to primary school from 1967 to 1971 in the wealthy neighbourhood of Menteng, where a statue of the US president as a schoolboy was erected in December.

Mr Obama is also scheduled to visit Australia and US troops stationed in Guam during his trip

A man who runs a silver business and offers stock investment advice has announced he’s offering a reward of $100,000 for proof meeting that Barack Obama is a “natural born” citizen of the United States and, therefore, eligible to be president.

Jason Hommel announced the offer on his website.

“I, Jason Hommel, promise that I will give $100,000 to the first person who can prove to my satisfaction that Barack Obama, acting as president of the United States, is a ‘natural born’ citizen of the USA, which is a qualification to hold the office as indicated in the U.S. Constitution,” he wrote.

“Please prove that Obama is a ‘natural born’ US citizen, and put to rest the claims in lawsuits, as wnd.com reports, ‘that include contentions Obama was born in Kenya, wasn’t a ‘natural born’ citizen because of his father’s Kenyan citizenship, was a dual citizen and that his mother wasn’t old enough to transmit citizenship at birth. In addition, his citizenship is clouded by his move as a child to Indonesia and apparent adoption by an Indonesian citizen who married his mother.’”

Hommel told WND the offer has produced for him a flood of e-mails but no proof.

“I’ve gotten links to Hawaii’s recent press release, where they said, ‘trust us,’” he said. “I have received a lot of hate mail from people calling me a racist.”

But he contends there’s been no proof.

“I think our government has run amok, and they need to be held to account,” he said about his motive for the offer, which he said is legitimate.

“Money is relative,” he said.

In his offer, he said, “I’m optimistic that this might be the most important use of $100,000 that I’ve ever offered.”

“I know that WND had offered $10,000,” he said. ” I was in a position to offer 10 times that amount, so I figured I would.”

Hommel was referring to the offer from WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah for a $10,000 reward to anyone who can prove he or she was present at Obama’s birth.

“Barack Obama claims to have been born in Honolulu Aug. 4, 1961,” explained Farah. “His entire constitutional claim to the presidency rests on this premise. Yet, he refuses to release a copy of his long-form birth certificate – the only document that could possibly corroborate his claim. Therefore, in the interest of truth, justice and the Constitution, I am making the extraordinary offer to entice someone to come forward with the facts of his birth – whether it took place in Hawaii or elsewhere.”

Hommel said he wants to help stop the loss of freedoms in the U.S.

D.C. court case demands Obama explain eligibility

A prominent attorney who has shepherded a number of high-profile legal cases challenging Barack Obama’seligibility to be president has brought a “Quo Warranto” case to district court in Washington, D.C., alleging his allegiances have included Britain, Kenya and Indonesia.

A Quo Warranto action, first recorded some 800 years ago, essentially is a demand to know by what authority a public figure is acting. The case, brought by California attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of herself, was assigned to Chief Judge Royce Lamberth.

Taitz told WND that in a separate action she has filed a notice of appeal with the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals of the dismissal of a case she brought on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes and dozens of other individuals in California challenging Obama’s eligibility.

She previously attempted Quo Warranto cases on behalf of government officials, without response. This time she filed the action directly with the court on her own behalf.

“The case revolves around the federal question of eligibility of the president under Quo Warranto,” she wrote.
