A Georgia man was slapped with a ticket and threatened with jail time after he refused to remove an American flag that’s been flying outside his business for more than thirty years.
An Albany code enforcement officer alleged that Tom Gieryic’s flag was in violation of the city’s sign ordinance. The standard size American flag was posted on a pole outside Gieryic’s automotive repair shop.
“It’s been there for 30 years,” Gieryic told Fox News. “She told me my flag was in the city’s right of way.”

I guess they got to the Judge in Georgia but at least he still has his knee caps. Neither Obama or his Lawyer provided any evidence, in fact, neither one appeared in court. That alone tells me they got to the Judge.
Today’s proceedings generally were about the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution, and more specifically about Obama’s eligibility to be on Georgia’s 2012 Presidential Election state ballot. Three separate challenges were made to said eligibility, including one by “birther” rock star Orly Taitz. It is safe to say that history was made today.
Big shocker: Obama did not even show up today. Guess he was too busy campaigning in Nevada and Colorado for his re-election bid. Heck, he didn’t even bother to send his attorney Mr. Michael Jablonski to deliver the necessary documents to the courthouse. But apparently, a lot of concerned Americans did show up, as the Atlanta courthouse was crowded.
The nation appears to be catching on to the fact that they were duped by the Democrat National Convention (DNC), through dissembling and deceit, nominating a candidate that was not eligible to be on the 2008 presidential ballot. The forcesthat worked to keep the fraud concealed are now using the entire power of all branches of the federal government to keep a never-vetted and unqualified putative president in office by whatever means necessary.
The birthers went down to Georgia, lookin’ for an election to spoil….
Last November, Georgia citizen David Weldon filed a challenge over Obama’s qualifications to appear on Georgia’s 2012 presidential ballot. Yesterday, Obama’s motion to dismiss Weldon’s challenge was denied by Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia‘s Office of State Administrative Hearings. The hearing is scheduled for January 26.
