These 3 States Are Moving to NULLIFY Obama’s Gun Control

There are a number of states across the country that are embracing the Tenth Amendment, reasserting their sovereignty, and making moves to nullify various federal laws, effectively putting a stop to President Obama’s progressive leftist agenda.

One of the main issues that states are looking at nullifying within their borders is federal gun control laws, according to the Tenth Amendment Center.

The TAC points to three states that have taken steps towards nullifying federal gun control laws, which means that the states will refuse to cooperate with federal efforts at enforcing laws which infringe upon the Second Amendment.  Since the federal government relies heavily upon the states to enforce it’s federal laws, uncooperative states will render the laws “nearly impossible” for the feds to enforce.

The 2014 Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act is a thing of beauty. Not only does it invalidate any federal gun law that infringes upon a resident’s constitutional right to bear arms, but it also mandate criminal penalties against anyone attempting to enforce those federal laws.

American Sheriffs Unite to Defy Obama’s Gun Grabbing Laws

Joining a growing number of the nation’s law enforcement officials refusing   to partake in unconstitutional actions ordered by the federal government, the   sheriff of Linn County, Ore., sent a preemptive letter to Vice President Joe   Biden  stating he is prepared to refuse to enforce federal regulations   “offending the constitutional rights of [Linn County] citizens.”
According to his letter to Biden, Sheriff Tim Mueller will also prohibit  his department’s “enforcement of any unconstitutional regulations or orders by   federal officers” within his jurisdiction.
Several states have  passed law preventing local law enforcement officers  from enforcing  unconstitutional laws such as federal gun-control laws including  Utah, South  Dakota, Tennessee, Idaho and others. Recently Kentucky and Wyoming  introduced  similar legislation.
