Obama’s Latest Gambit for Engaging the Muslim Brotherhood
President Obama just signed an executive order establishing a “Global Engagement Center.” This initiative is supposed to “undermine the disinformation of violent extremist groups.” Unfortunately, those most likely to be disinformed by his new Center are the American people.
This program is rooted in the same mistaken notions that have brought us grief to date. Notably, we are told that the danger we face arises from “violent extremists.” In practice, that means Islamic supremacists associated with the putatively “non-violent” Muslim Brotherhood can be relied upon to advise on how to contend with “extremists” who use violence.
But the Brotherhood’s stealthy jihadists, who have exactly the same goals as violent ones like the Islamic State, insist the real threat arises from non-Muslims – notably, returning veterans, “Constitutionalists”, Tea Party activists and the like.
Such “engagement” is a formula for our defeat, not victory.

What Would Happen If Martial Law Was Declared in America?
In recent weeks, there has been a lot of concern that an upcoming eight week military exercise on U.S. soil known as “Jade Helm” is actually a dress rehearsal for the imposition of martial law in this country. One of the reasons for the high level of concern is that we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of “urban warfare exercises” conducted by the U.S. military in major U.S. cities over the past decade – including exercises where “dissidents” are hunted down, arrested and hauled away. Everyone knew it was only a matter of time before President Obama would do what he does best–that’s break the law for those of you a bit behind the times–and ram another piece of unconstitutional legislation down the throats of the American people.
According to a memo that was obtained by Fox News, “King Barry” has plans to push a 10-point immigration plan into law through the use of an executive order within the next few weeks. This, of course, is the president’s way of pouting and whining about the shellacking his party took in the midterms last week.
It’s always been his plan to do “immigration reform” through executive order, but he grew more obstinate once he found out Republicans would be taking control of both the House and the Senate.
According to Fox News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano, the plan is pretty horrible, and the provisions it contains are “impeachable violations of the Constitution.”

The Founding Fathers of the United States knew, and assumed it was a given, that the balanced recipe for freedom they had encoded in the Constitution they crafted would work – provided, of course, that its constraints on power were actually followed.
That requirement for restraint of course, includes the office of President of the United States. Our executive branch of government is not referred to in the Constitution as King (His or Her Majesty), Monarch, or Dictator.
That very ethic is precisely what Ben Franklin meant when someone asked him what kind of document he and the other founders had produced at the Constitutional Convention. Franklin’s reply: “A republic, if you can keep it.”

So he is making an end run around the rule of law because gun control is so unpopular. Congress dare not pass gun control bills knowing it is one of the third rails in politics. This is how the Democratic party lost congress in 1994 and 2010 was because the pushing of socialized medicine and gun control. Former President Bill Clinton admitted gun control was one of the big reasons the Democrats lost control in 1994.
Executive Order: “Obama Has Just Given Himself the Authority to Seize Your Assets”

On Monday the U.S. government took steps to seize the US-based assets of Russian lawmakers and anyone else that the US government deemed complicit in supporting the Crimean secession movement.
We’ve seen the U.S. government do this in countless cases surrounding drug and financial crimes, and sometimes even against foreign leaders like Saddam Hussein and Manuel Noriega.
What makes this particular instance so unprecedented and terrifying is that President Obama went so far as to issue a new Executive Order to give himself the authorization to do so, because the laws of the United States are such that our government is not allowed to simply take someone’s bank assets, home or business without due process.
Here’s the kicker.
