Washington D.C., known more these days as the “district of criminals” commits so many crimes each day as a collective body that a moratorium on government should be declared until we can clean this nest of globalists, these kissers of corporate butts who seem more determined to protect their own private interests than protecting our country from obliteration by global cabals.

Judge Lets Mexico Have Voice in Court Case Against U.S. Immigration Law

Mexico gets its a say in one of the lawsuits challenging Arizona’s immigration enforcement law.

A federal judge on Thursday granted Mexico’s request to be allowed to file a legal brief supporting the challenge. That means the judge will consider the brief Mexico submitted previously.

Mexico says it wants to defend its citizens’ rights and that the law would lead to racial profiling and hinder trade and tourism. It also says the law would hinder work against drug trafficking and related violence.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, who signed the law on April 23 and changes to it on April 30, has lawyers defending it in court.

I don’t even know where to begin, although the graphic in David A. Graham’s hit-piece jumps out at you.  Visuals are good.  This one sets the tone — an angry, rabid conservative — and conspiracy theories.

Like recurring nightmares, conspiracy theories aren’t necessarily gone for good just because they disappear for a while…If you’re having a hard time keeping all these paranoid points of view straight, here’s a handy primer.

He lists his favorite theories, starting with, “Barack Obama was not born in the United States.”

It’s not clear where he must have been born instead: some say Indonesia; some say Kenya (initial suggestions that Hawaiian natives weren’t citizens when he was born in Honolulu in 1961 were quickly dismissed).  The point, so-called birthers say, is that he wasn’t born in the good old US of A, hence isn’t a natural-born citizen and therefore cannot legally be president.

Proponents: Chief birther and Beverly Hills dentist and attorney Orly Taitz, WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah, Rep. Nathan Deal (R-Ga.), former presidential and Senate candidate Alan Keyes, assorted tea partiers.

Kernel of Truth?  It’s fully debunked.  Forged Kenyan birth certificates have been exposed, and — despite protestations to the contrary  Obama’s birth certificate has been certified by the state of Hawaii, and images have been shown on national television.  And that’s leaving aside plenty of circumstantial proof, like birth announcements in both major Hawaiian papers from August 1961.

Joseph Goebbels would be proud of Graham’s application of his “Big Lie” technique.  His statement, “It’s fully debunked,” is easy to debunk.  He’s either a Gullible or a propagandist — maybe both.

He says, “Obama’s birth certificate has been certified by the state of Hawaii, and images have been shown on national television,” is one big lie, made up of little lies.

The last know sighting of Barack Obama’s birth certificate was sometime in the 1970s, and nobody in Hawaii has ever said, “I have seen Barack Obama’s birth certificate,” and and nobody in Hawaii has ever said, “I have certified Barack Obama’s birth certificate.” Nobody!  At no time.

The state of Hawaii never certified any such thing.  As a matter of fact, officials from the State of Hawaii have said just the opposite, and the only thing they’ll confirm is that they have Obama’s “vital records,” and that they have been amended.

Hawaii’s officials speak in written form.  I challenge Graham to produce a document from any Hawaiian official that says, “Obama’s birth certificate has been certified by the state of Hawaii.”

Any image shown on television, is a digital copy of a digital copy, of a digital copy — useless– means nothing.  Go here, and print your own copy of Obama’s bogus “Certification of Live Birth.”  When you’ve printed a copy, hold it in your hand, and ask yourself, “What does this prove?”  These four examiners say its bogus, and provide copious documentation to support their opinions.

And, of course, there’s always the “birth announcements.”

Let’s get this straight.  The birth announcements prove nothing. They would not be accepted of proof of anything in any court of law.  Especially when it can be demonstrated that Barack Obama Sr. never, ever lived at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, the address in the announcement.  Senior remained in the “small, single story home at 625 11th Ave.” until he left Hawaii on June 22,1962.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.  Obama has presented 3 items to the American People as his bona fides — his mythology, “Dreams…,” a counterfeit birth document, and two old newspaper clippings.

What’s going on in Graham’s propaganda piece is he’s trying to frame the issue.  To him the issue is about the birthplace.  However, The issue isn’t where Obama was born.  Fine!  He was born in Hawaii — even if he adamantly refuses to press a button and prove it — and even if no hospital, doctor, nurse, midwife or fireman has come forward to say, yup!, that’s a fact.

The issue is whether Barack Obama is eligible under the terms of the U. S. Constitution to serve as Commander-in-Chief  — and, quite simply, he’s not — as shown here, Obama is ineligible because he is a statutory citizen, not a “natural born” citizen.  He  is an usurper, who sits in the Oval Office as the result of a coup d’état.  The ad hominem attacks, diversions and misinformation by these Obots can never change that fact.

Obama may serve his one-term, and retire, but this is never, ever going to go away.  Some day it will all come out — and in a gusher.  History will come out.

Justice Department Inspector General Stripped of Investigative Power

In response to a Republican lawmaker who requested a probe into dismissed complaints against the New Black Panther Party, the Justice Department’s Inspector General said he has been unable to investigate because he lacks the authority.

Justice Department Inspector General Glenn A. Fine wrote in a four-page letter to Rep. Frank Wolf of Virginia that Congress stripped him of the power to investigate all alleged wrongdoings within his department.

Wolf had asked for an investigation into what he claimed was an “unfounded dismissal” of complaints against the group.

The complaint accused the New Black Panther Party of voter intimidation during the 2008 presidential elections.

Fine wrote in his letter to Wolf that “unlike all other OIGs which have unlimited jurisdiction to investigate all allegations of waste, fraud or abuse within their agencies, the Department of Justice OIG does not.”

“For several years, I have expressed my position that Congress should change this jurisdiction,” Fine wrote.

Obama surfed to power on a tidal wave of liberal whiners; but the winds of politics have changed drastically against him.

(Feb. 4, 2010) — The final theatrical act of the greatest shyster and swindler in the history of the world has begun, and there seems to be no exit strategy which will save his goose.

I speak of the Eligibility Crisis and Obama’s phony claims to legitimately hold the office of the U.S. Presidency.

The opening words of the final act were uttered by Obama himself, at this year’s National Prayer Breakfast, this morning:

“You can question my policies without questioning my faith — or for that fact, my citizenship“!

To explain why Obama said this, and why he has begun to run scared, one needs to consider the present political climate.

Following the Democrats’ stunning and historic loss of the U.S. Senate race in Massachusetts — who would believe that one year ago? — Obama’s party put in motion a political strategy which is pure Hillary-esq.  While appearing to defend Obama by politicizing his birth story, the decision to engage head-on on that issue is undeniably the most byzantine and machiavellian way to get rid of him!

The White House ordered the Justice Department on Thursday night to consider other places to try the 9/11 terror suspects after a wave of opposition to holding the trial in lower Manhattan.

The dramatic turnabout came hours after Mayor Bloomberg said he would “prefer that they did it elsewhere” and then spoke to Attorney General Eric Holder.

“It would be an inconvenience at the least, and probably that’s too mild a word for people that live in the neighborhood and businesses in the neighborhood,” Bloomberg told reporters.

“There are places that would be less expensive for the taxpayers and less disruptive for New York City.”

State and city leaders have increasingly railed against a plan to try Khalid Shaikh Mohammed in Manhattan federal court since Holder proposed it last month.

Sen. Chuck Schumer said he was “pleased” by the decision and said the White House also told him Thursday night it backs a possible move.

Earlier in the day, Schumer spoke “with high-level members of the administration and urged them to find alternatives,” said the senator’s spokesman, Josh Vlasto.

The order to consider new venues does not change the White House’s position that Mohammed should be tried in civilian court.

“President Obama is still committed to trying Mohammed and four other terrorist detainees in federal court,” spokesman Bill Burton said yesterday.

“He agrees with the attorney general’s opinion that … he and others can be litigated successfully and securely in the United States of America, just like others have,” Burton said.

Burton referred questions about the location debate to the Justice Department. While not commenting publicly, a department official disputed the characterization that the White House ordered the possible move.

But another insider told The News that Justice officials have been caught off guard by the fiery opposition in New York.

“They’re in a tizzy at Justice over Bloomberg,” a federal law enforcement official said. “It’s like a half-baked souffle – the plan is collapsing.”

Julie Menin, the chairwoman of Community Board 1 who helped rally opposition to the plan, called the shift “a step in the right direction.”

“I’m thrilled the White House is reconsidering,” Menin said. “The trial has to be moved out of New York City.”

Meanwhile, a source told The News that Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly was the driving force behind the push by Manhattan business leaders to change the mayor’s mind on the trial.

Kelly made an “extremely powerful” speech to a roomful of 150 prominent business leaders about how disruptive and costly the trial would be for lower Manhattan at an annual police charity event on Jan. 13, the source said.

“What turned this around was when Ray made a presentation to the Police Foundation,” the source said. “Everyone went from thinking, ‘Justice will be served’ to thinking ‘We are screwed.'”

What followed was a barrage of complaints to the mayor from some of New York’s most powerful tycoons – part of a tide of pressure that led Bloomberg to turn against hosting the trial.

Estimates put the cost of a multiyear terror trial in lower Manhattan at about $200 million a year. Leaders have suggested other venues for the trial, such as the Military Academy at West Point or Stewart Air National Guard Base in upstate Newburgh.

The federal government has said they would reimburse the city for the costs, most of which cover overtime for increased security, but they won’t reimburse business owners for lost revenue during the chaos, said Steven Spinola, president of the heavyweight business group Real Estate Board of New York.

“Is the federal government going to give the city $1 billion plus the cost of propping up businesses? I don’t think so,” Spinola said.

“The mayor clearly has been thinking about this. The tide is turning,” He said.

Black Panthers Get Free Pass On Voter Intimidation

The Democrat-controlled House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday rejected by a 15-14 vote a resolution of inquiry that would have forced the Justice Department to tell Congress why it dismissed a civil complaint against members of the New Black Panther Party who disrupted a Philadelphia polling place in the November 2008 election.

The party-line vote had been sought by Rep. Frank R. Wolf, Virginia Republican, who, along with Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said they have been unable to get information from the department on the complaint’s dismissal.

“I am deeply disappointed that the Judiciary Committee defeated my resolution of inquiry on a party-line vote. There has been no oversight, no accountability and certainly no transparency with regard to this attorney general and this Department of Justice,” Mr. Wolf said.

Should Obama Be Impeached?

The rulers of ancient Egypt are known by the pyramids they built. The present “ruler” of modern America will be known by the pyramid he is building, but it is not one of stone; it is a pyramid of lies … not just lies, but bald-faced lies. They are too numerous to catalog here in any comprehensive fashion, but it is a useful exercise to put some of them on display together to better communicate the character of President Barack Obama and the Democratic Party that now control the Congress. We are indeed in crisis when Mr. Obama and his Democratic followers practice leadership by lies and deception.

The health-care bill, ObamaCare, the 2,000-page plus legislative monstrosity, the “legislative train wreck,” or whatever you want to call it, is being sold by one of the greatest collection of lies in the history of American political discourse. Its final form will depend on how the Senate and House bills are melded together, but there are important conclusions that can be reached about its content and the process that led to its formulation.

From the get-go, I’ve written that Mr. Obama is one of the great frauds, phonies, four- flushers, fakers, and fibbers in history, but I must say he is even outdoing my wildest expectations. He and the people working with him tell one lie after another and keep repeating them after they’ve been carefully exposed as lies seven ways to Sunday. It should be clear there is no connection between what Mr. Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chris Dodd, Dick Durbin, David Axelrod, and Robert Gibbs say and what is reality. They seem to be all disciples of the great community organizer, Saul Alinsky, who wrote that the end justifies the means.  Alinsky is one of the many important influences on Mr. Obama that made him what he is today along with that infamous line-up that is headed by the racist, bigot and America hater, Rev. Jeremiah “God Damn America” Wright along with many others.

For a name for this catalog of Obama lies, perhaps we should use variations of Mr. Obama’s books and their titles: Lies the Chicago Corrupt Machine Taught Me to Tell, or how about The Audacity of Bald-Faced Lies.
