Anyone who still doubts that there is a deliberate takeover of America being orchestrated through an alliance of treachery between Mexico, Central America and the Democrat Party needs to stop kidding themselves and open their eyes to the events that are going on around them.

On Constitution Day, September 17th, the Ninth Circuit Court of California refused to hear a case en banc in an appeal of a decision against four American students who were sent home from Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, CA. The four were suspended for one day for wearing American Flag apparel on May 5th, 2010, the supposed Mexican holiday of Cinco de Mayo.

Principal Miguel Rodriguez decided the school, which has a large Hispanic population, would censor students wearing American flag apparel and send them home, out of concern for their safety. They were singled out and were the only ones sent home. Students sporting Mexican colors, graphics or messaging were allowed to remain and continue to wear their clothing items.

SCOTUS Rejects Appeal By US Flag-Wearing California Students On Cinco De Mayo…

Diversity and tolerance trump the First Amendment.

The Supreme Court has denied an appeal from former California high school students who were ordered to turn their American flag T-shirts inside out during a celebration of the Cinco de Mayo holiday at school.

The justices did not comment Monday in leaving in place an appellate ruling that found that school officials acted appropriately because their concerns about racial violence outweighed students’ freedom of expression rights. Administrators feared the American-flag shirts would enflame the passions of Latino students celebrating the Mexican holiday.

The onetime students at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, California, argued that school officials gave a “heckler’s veto” to the objecting students.

The brother and sister who won a landmark Vietnam era student speech case at the Supreme Court also supported the appeal.

Wonderful…

Via Daily Caller:

It’s official: the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an order declining a request for an en banc hearing in a case involving four students in at a California high school who were sent home for wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo.

The full slate of Ninth Circuit judges has thus agreed with a lower district court and with a trio of appellate judges that officials at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, Calif. could censor students who wanted to wear flag-emblazoned shirts.

The federal appeals court issued its denial of an en banc hearing on Sept. 17 — Constitution Day.

“[N]o further petitions shall be permitted,” the court ordered.

Censorship: Judge OKs American Flag Ban on Cinco de Mayo

Townhall

Welcome to America, where wearing patriotic clothing can get you sent home from school.

Seriously. Remember the case of the California boys who wore American flag apparel on Cinco de Mayo? They were sent home from school for disrespecting Hispanic children on “their day.”

Sounds like a violation of their First Amendment rights, doesn’t it?

Apparently not, according to a federal judge.

U. S. District Court Judge James Ware was ruling in a case involving students at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, CA, who were banned from wearing American flag t-shirts on the Mexican holiday in 2010.

The judge determined that the Morgan Hill Unified School District did not violate the First Amendment and said that concerns by school officials over possible violence justified censoring the pro-American message.

“The school officials reasonable forecast that Plaintiff’s clothing could cause a substantial disruption with school activities, and therefore did not violate the standard set forth – by requiring that Plaintiff’s change,” the judge wrote.

It’s a sad day in this country when politically correct censorship trumps patriotism.

Enough is Enough

My great great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Civil War, my grandfather watched as his friends died in WW II, and my father watched as my friends died in Vietnam.

None of them died for the Mexican Flag.

Everyone died for the U.S. flag.

In Texas , a student raised a Mexican flag on a school flag pole; another student took it down.  Guess who was expelled…the kid who took it down.

Kids in high school in California were sent home this year on Cinco de Mayo because they wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them.

Enough is enough.

We’ve bent over to appease the America-haters long enough.

I’m taking a stand.

I’m standing up because the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars for this country, and for the U.S. flag can’t stand up.

And shame on anyone who tries to make this a racist message.

Let me make this perfectly clear!

THIS IS MY COUNTRY!

And, because I make This statement

DOES NOT

Mean I’m against immigration!!!

YOU ARE WELCOME HERE, IN MY COUNTRY!

Welcome! To come through legally:

1. Get a sponsor!

2. Get a place to lay your head!

3. Get a job!

4. Live By OUR Rules!

5. Pay YOUR Taxes!

And

6. Learn the LANGUAGE like immigrants

have in the past!!!

AND

7. Please don’t demand that we hand over our lifetime

savings of Social Security Funds to you.

If you don’t want to forward this for fear of offending someone,

Then YOU’RE  PART OF THE PROBLEM!

When will AMERICANS STOP giving away THEIR RIGHTS???

We’ve gone so far the other way…

bent over backwards not to offend anyone.

But it seems no one cares about the

AMERICAN CITIZEN

that’s being offended!

WAKE UP America !!!

Is this wrong because the government says it’s wrong? I don’t think so. Americans are suppose to obey the laws, yet everyone else doesn’t? Politicians make the laws, does that mean they are above them? Think about it.

God Bless America and God Save the Republic.
