There have been numberous articles posted on this site and others about Mr. Obama not being eligible to hold Office. Republicans are either brain dead on this subject or are afraid, while Liberals resort to name calling and use phrases straight out of their playbook. The Mainstream Media are afraid to discuss the subject for fears the FCC will pull the plug on them or fire the reporter. The White House will even send out memos on what questions you can and cannot ask Mr. Obama. Even Fox News won’t touch this issue for fear of the same and they are backed by the Saudis and we know what Mr. Obama did when he visited Saudi Arabia.

Is the government blind as well as judges or have they been bought off? Did they forget about the oath they took to defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic? Did they or was it just words to get the job? Is our entire government on the threshold of committing treason?

Well think about the next time you hear someone say that Washington is broken, because I don’t think Washington is broken. Washington is corrupt.

Tale of a “flawed” birth certificate now threatening our Constitution and Country

(Jun. 2, 2010) — A long time ago, about one and one half years or so, I received an e-mail questioning the authenticity of a Hawaiian birth certificate which Barack Obama had posted on the “Daily Kos” website to silence claims that he might not be eligible to seek the Presidency of the United States. Was this the “transparency” he promised America? It seemed so until questioners pointed out that his posted document (which I’ve seen and copied), titled “Certification of Live Birth” (COLB) had the birth certificate number blacked out, contained no birth hospital name, attending physician’s name, birth witnesses’ names, etc.  All required information….and all missing! This was “transparency”?

Article II, Section 1 of The Constitution states: “no person except a natural born Citizen of the United States, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…” The only Hawaiian document conferring natural-born status was a Certificate of Live Birth, which would have all the above missing information on it. A “Certification of Live Birth” (COLB) only confers, at best, a naturalized citizenship status. Obama, a Constitutional scholar, was obviously aware of this and knew that he could not allow the Hawaii Department of Health’s original birth certificate to be seen for if it agreed (which he so claimed) with the COLB he had posted on Daily Kos, he was thereby ineligible to seek the Presidency; hence, a reason for his spending (to date) an estimated $2,000,000 in legal fees to prevent disclosure! Imagine – if it was a true “Certificate of Live Birth,” he would have posted it immediately, not substitute a false or limited document in its place, unless he was hiding something incriminating.

Barney Frank wants to see Rep. Djou’s birth certificate

Tongue firmly in cheek, Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) on Tuesday afternoon called on reporters to demand to see the birth certificate of new Rep. Charles Djou (R-Hawaii). As Djou (pictured here) was being sworn into office, Frank walked the hallway of the Speaker’s Lobby off the House floor calling on the media to “do your job” and review Djou’s papers. It was a small bit of payback for the enormous amount of attention some conservatives (and the media) paid to the is-the-president-really-from-America controversy. But, unlike the commander-in-chief, as Frank knows, being born outside the U.S. does not preclude you from becoming a member of Congress. Source:

U.S. Justice Department is in violation of court order and its own policy in Allen v. Soetoro

(May 24, 2010) — According to the Department of Justice’s FOIA page, it “generally is required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to disclose records requested in writing by any person.”  The website has a link to a report dated March 15, 2010 from the “Chief FOIA officer” who pledged a commitment “to make this the most open Administration in history.”  The report asserts that 5% more FOIA requests have been fulfilled during fiscal year 2009 over 2008 and that denials of information were reduced by 4%. In early 2009, faux Attorney General Eric Holder had issued a memo stating that “The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, reflects our nation’s fundamental commitment to open government.”

However, the results of Holder’s change in policy from the previous administration has not yielded clear results, as even the left-leaning Salon.com states in an article dated April 7, 2010.  Another article states that little improvement in meeting FOIA requests has been made in the  last year and that the Obama regime has actually become more secretive than its predecessor.

“We’ve Come to Take Our Government Back”

Last month the Pew Research Center reported that only 22% of Americans trusted the government to do the right thing always or most of the time. And that was the good news for incumbents:

Favorable ratings for both major parties, as well as for Congress, have reached record lows while opposition to congressional incumbents, already approaching an all-time high, continues to climb.

Significantly, a majority of Americans (52%) see the members of Congress themselves as the source of their dissatisfaction. Only 38% attribute their frustration to “a broken political system.”

Gov. Brewer: Obama ‘Comic-in-Chief’?

(NECN: Phoenix, Ariz.) – In launching a Web site aimed at educating the United States on Arizona’s controversial illegal immigration law, Governor Jan Brewer (R-Ariz.) took umbrage with the president’s joke at the recent White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

The event is an opportunity for its speakers to make light of politics, and President Barack Obama did so with Arizona’s immigration law:

“We all know what happens in Arizona when you don’t have ID — adios, amigos.”

It was this joke which became the target of Gov. Brewer’s address regarding new steps the state government is taking to promote the law on a national level.

Obama runs and hides from Specter campaign

President Barack Obama has become the “coward in chief” when it comes to supporting candidates in trouble.

After wooing Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter to switch from the Republican Party to the Democratic side of the fence, Obama pledged that Specter would “have my full support.”

But Obama, as he so often does, lied. With Specter’s campaign in trouble, the President is running and hiding from Specter and refused to come to Pennsylvania to campaign for the man he praised so highly just a year ago.

It’s a pattern that repeats itself often in the failing Obama administration. The President is unwilling to risk his presence in the race.

And recent results show that Obama’s involvement isn’t that much help anyway. He made personal appeals to voters in close races in Massachussets, Virginia and New Jersey and lost all three.

The Teflon has worn off the Obama mystique. He is now seen as part of the system that angry voters want to purge from Washington. He’s the problem, not the solution.

So he takes the easy way out. Leadership takes a back seat to political experience and the President of the United States takes a pass, leaving candidates like Specter to face the same fate that may await Obama in 2012.

Always the smooth operator, Obama is urging the American people to tune out other voices and listen only to the sound of their dear leader’s voice. He bemoans the growth of new media during his commencement address at Hampton University in Virginia: “You’re coming of age in a 24/7 media environment that bombards us with all kinds of content and exposes us to all kinds of arguments, some of which don’t always rank all that high on the truth meter…With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations, — none of which I know how to work — information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation…All of this is not only putting new pressures on you, it is putting new pressures on our country and on our democracy.”

On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States

On Wednesday the Obama administration took its first major step in a plan to ban all firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms. The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened.
