Still waiting on Mitch McConnell to call for Robert Menendez to resign

You know it’s funny. You have a corrupt Democrat Senator Robert Menendez on trial for bribery, conspiracy and other charges. The media basically ignores the story, Democrats refuse to answer if what should happen to Menendez when rarely questioned and Mitch McConnell is as silent as can be. Robert Menendez has even been accused of having sex with underage hookers in Dominican Republic in this case. So where are all the calls for him to resign, proven or not?

And then there’s the Roy Moore, the Alabama Senate candidate who now has Gloria Allred joining the pile on of women who accuse Moore of sexual harassment when they were teenagers. Mitch McConnell has already decided that he believes these women, without proof and has called for Moore to step aside and drop out of the race which has an election on December 12.

Regardless if you believe the women or Roy Moore, there still is no concrete proof if Moore did what’s claimed. He’s never been sued for it, never been on trial (like Menendez) yet McConnell calls for Moore to drop out and continues to remain silent on Menendez. Do you see how this is an obvious ploy by the GOPe to get rid of Moore because “Big” Luther Strange lost the runoff? You’d have to be blind as a liberal to not see the obvious connection.

Thee answer the this whole Roy Moore situation is quite clear for McConnell and other GOPe scum. Shut the hell up until after the election, seat Moore once he polishes off the slimy Democrat running against him and see what happens. If actual proof of what these women are accusing Roy Moore of are presented, you expel him from the Senate. Then the RINO Alabama governor can appoint Luther Strange again and McConnell gets his butt buddy back.

Yet you have an actual Senator on trial for bribery, corruption and sex with underage hookers, but McConnell remains silent on him? McConnell has got to go.

WikiLeaks announces “Vault 8”

Those releases were part of a series of leaks WikiLeaks called Vault 7. Now, WikiLeaks says Hive is just the first of a long string of similar releases, a series WikiLeaks calls Vault 8, which will consist of source code for tools previously released in the Vault 7 series.

The WikiLeaks announcement has sent shivers up the spines of infosec experts everywhere, as it reminded them of April this year when a hacking group named The Shadow Brokers published cyber-weapons allegedly stolen from the NSA.

Some of the tools included in that release have been incorporated in many malware families and have been at the center of all three major ransomware outbreaks that have taken place n 2017 — WannaCry, NotPetya, and Bad Rabbit. More here.

Judicial Watch Sues Justice Department for Communications about Former FBI Director Comey’s Controversial Senate Testimony

Did Mueller Coordinate with Comey On Anti-Trump Testimony

 

JUDICIAL WATCH

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice for all records of communications relating to former FBI Director James Comey’s controversial testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:17-cv-02316)).

Judicial Watch sued after the Justice Department failed to respond to an August 14, 2017, FOIA request seeking:

All records of communications between the Department of Justice and former FBI Director James Comey prior to and regarding Comey’s testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on June 8, 2017.

Fox News reported: “A source close to James Comey tells Fox News the former FBI director’s Senate testimony has been ‘closely coordinated’ with Robert Mueller, whom the Justice Department appointed as special counsel to oversee the Russia investigation.”

On June 8, 2017, Comey gave testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, in which he admitted: “I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter [for The New York Times]. I didn’t do it myself for a variety of reasons, but I asked him to because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel.”

In his testimony Comey detailed multiple conversations with President Trump. Comey confirmed he told President Trump three times that he was not a target of investigation and testified about President Trump’s firing of him.

On May 16, 2017, The New York Times reported that it received a leaked memorandum from former Director Comey detailing a conversation between President Trump and Comey regarding the FBI’s investigation of potential Russian interference in the 2016 United States presidential election.

Judicial Watch is pursuing numerous additional FOIA lawsuits (see here, here, here, and here) relating to former Director Comey’s memoranda and FBI exit records.

Judicial Watch also sent Acting FBI Director Andrew G. McCabe a warning letter concerning the FBI’s legal responsibility under the Federal Records Act (FRA) to recover records, including memos Comey subsequently leaked to the media, unlawfully removed from the Bureau by former Director James Comey.

“Mr. Comey may have violated the law in leaking these memos to the media,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “It would be a scandal if Comey coordinated his Senate testimony with Mr. Mueller’s special counsel office. That we have had to sue in federal court speaks volumes.”
