The real collusion was between Hillary and the Russians, Putin needed Hillary to win

Vlad is mad because he’s been had.

Hillary was supposed to win. Egad.

Wait, what? 755 US diplomats have been ordered to leave Russia:

Moscow (AFP) – President Vladimir Putin said 755 US diplomats must leave Russia and warned ties with Washington could be gridlocked for a long time, in a move Sunday that followed tough new American sanctions.

The Russian foreign ministry had earlier demanded Washington cut its diplomatic presence in Russia by September to 455 — the same number Moscow has in the US.

“More than a thousand people were working and are still working” at the US embassy and consulates, Putin said in an interview with Rossia-24 television.

“755 people must stop their activities in Russia.”

Putin added that an upturn in Russia’s relations with Washington could not be expected “any time soon”.

“We have waited long enough, hoping that the situation would perhaps change for the better,” he said.

“But it seems that even if the situation is changing, it’s not for any time soon.”

Kentucky Could Be The First Abortion Free-State By 2018

In the past six months, it has become clear that the battle for the first abortion-free state is going to be fought this year in Kentucky.

The Federalist

Last week Operation Save America (formerly known as Operation Rescue), conducted a seven-day rally, several hundred strong, in Louisville, Kentucky. The epicenter of the campaign was the last abortion mill in the state: EMW Women’s Surgical Center, a brown brick building on 2nd and West Market, guarding its 20 feet of sidewalk with nearly a dozen “No Trespassing” signs.

Taped out in yellow and black around the EMW entrance, stood a federally-mandated temporary “buffer zone,” prohibiting OSA leaders from nearing the clinic entrance.

In May, Rusty Lee Thomas, director of OSA, along with 10 determined associates, had chosen to sit down in front of EMW, blocking the entrance to the abortion mill and violating FACE for the first time in over a decade.  Their prompt arrest for trespassing was followed this month by federal charges for 10 of their number (the eleventh, a 17-year-old girl from Virginia, was excluded).

Last week’s buffer zone was put in place by District Judge David J. Hale, a battle-tested Democrat and Obama nominee, in order to deter any repeat of OSA’s efforts to physically bar entrance to EMW.

The move, however, may have misjudged the nature of OSA’s rally.  Sitting in the back of their nightly gatherings at Evangel World Prayer Center last week, it was hard not to notice the numerical preponderance of families with young children—a five-year-old playing with her father’s big beard, a boy, about seven, climbing his little brother’s stroller, a mother in the back nursing her infant child.

Suffice it to say, no attempt was made last week to block entrance to EMW. But other means were used—and are continuing to be used—to make Kentucky the first abortion-free state.

“America’s Sheriff” Joe Arpaio was found guilty Monday of misdemeanor criminal contempt without the benefit of a jury of his peers. The guilty ruling, by Bill Clinton-appointed U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton, is the latest chapter of a nearly decade-long saga of legal proceedings against Sheriff Joe initiated by leftist groups opposed to his aggressive policing of illegal aliens. The 85-year-old Arpaio now faces up to six months in jail.

The charges against Arpaio stem from a civil rights suit demanding he cease “racial profiling” in his Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office’s immigration enforcement operations. After a federal judge issued an order demanding certain practices, Arpaio was charged with contempt for continuing to try to enforce the law as he saw fit.

Because Arpaio was charged only with a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum of six-months in jail, the U.S. Constitution does not guarantee him a right to trial by a jury of his peers. Arpaio and his attorneys repeatedly petitioned for a jury, only to be denied by Judge Bolton in March and again in May. Sources familiar with the proceedings have told Breitbart News the decision to charge only the misdemeanor was likely a ploy by federal prosecutors to avoid a jury trial in the community where Arpaio served as sheriff for more than 20 years

Texas Judge Reinstated to Bench after being Suspended for not being a US Citizen!

Free Republic

Texas municipal court Judge Young Min Burkett was suspended after it was discovered she is not an united States citizen.  Now, the Corpus Christi City Council has voted to return her to the bench after she was naturalized.

Burkett was placed on unpaid leave in May because it was discovered that she is not a US citizen.

According to reports, Burkett was supposed to go to San Antonio to expedite her citizenship application and since that time she has been naturalized.

However, following her suspension and naturalization, the Corpus Christi City Council voted to return her to the bench.

KRIS TV reports:

That vote happened just after 6:00 pm Tuesday evening, but it was not unanimous.Council members Lucy Rubio and Carolyn Vaughn again voted against reinstating judge Burkett.

With this second council vote in her favor, Burkett’s expected to return to work on August 14th.

Following her naturalization, Burkett told the City Council, “I know some people have concerns about me as a judge, but my whole legal career has been about serving this community.  It was my passion to serve this community.”

The councilwomen said Burkett should have known that U.S. citizenship was a requirement of the job.

The city charter states: “The municipal judge must also be a citizen of the United States and resident of the State of Texas.”

Vaughn indicated that Burkett’s past rulings, prior to becoming a citizen, have opened the city up to lawsuits.

“I believe your actions, whether you knew the qualifications or not, could end up costing our citizens thousands of dollars,” Vaughn said. Previously, Vaughn said of Burkett being on the bench without being a citizen, “I just think it’s terrible. It’s just, I am so disgusted with it.”
