For almost a year now, we have heard the caterwauling from the Progressive/socialists and the sycophants that they have in the media about how President Trump has worked with the Russians to destroy our Republic. Started the day after the election loss of Queen Hillary, the Clinton team started first with blaming her loss on sexism. When that didn’t work the went to the theory of Russian collusion with the Trump administration. A few phone calls to the media and the friends that had hidden in the intelligence services, and with the help of the Obama administration, they have been bellowing ever since about how the Russians “hacked our elections. They claimed Trump himself were under investigation, that 17 intelligence agencies agreed with the opinion that the Russians had colluded with Trump to “steal” the election.
The question is, is this just a bad movie rerun, and do the people in this country believe the narrative? There will always be the die-hard socialist Hillary supporters who still believe is not the slimy criminal that her own actions have proven, but most people are now ignoring the MSM and talking heads breathlessly passing on fake news and outright lies to attempt to undermine Trump. Even CNN doesn’t believe this garbage as shown by James O’Keefe Project Veritas videos.
Let’s look at a few of the missteps made so far:
We interviewed students in D.C. to get their opinions on Socialism. Yes, they love it. No, they’re not too sure why. Watch them try to define what socialism is…
In Oregon, a state known for its avid bicycling culture, the state Legislature’s approval of the first bike tax in the nation has fallen flat with riders. Democratic Gov. Kate Brown is expected to sign the sweeping $5.3 billion transportation package, which includes a $15 excise tax on the sale of bicycles costing more than $200 with a wheel diameter of at least 26 inches. Even though the funding has been earmarked for improvements that will benefit cyclists, the tax has managed to irk both anti-tax Republicans and environmentally conscious bikers. BikePortland publisher Jonathan Maus called it “an unprecedented step in the wrong direction.” “We are taxing the healthiest, most inexpensive, most environmentally friendly, most efficient and most economically sustainable form of transportation ever devised by the human species,” Mr. Maus said.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 448 pages of documents from the U.S. Department of State revealing new incidents of Huma Abedin, deputy chief of staff to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, providing special State Department treatment to major donors to the Clinton Foundation and political campaigns.
The heavily redacted documents from Abedin’s non-government account include an email from Hillary Clinton’s brother, Tony Rodham, to Abedin revealing that he acted as a go-between for a Clinton Foundation donor, Richard Park. And they reveal Clinton Foundation executive Doug Band instructing Abedin to “show love” to Clinton donor Andrew Liveris.
The documents included six Clinton email exchanges not previously turned over to the State Department, bringing the known total to date to at least 439 emails that were not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department, and further contradicting a statement by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails had been turned over to the State Department.
Even if, as the likes of Charles Krauthammer insist, Donald Trump Jr.’s meeting with a Russian lawyer invited in by President Barack Hussein Obama and his Attorney General Loretta Lynch is “empirical evidence” of collusion between Team Trump and Russia, the correct answer is so what?
Collusion in not a crime. Exchanging government favors for donations would be a crime, and neither Dr. Krauthammer nor anyone else has provided any evidence that any favor was granted as a result of that meeting, or that the Trump campaign benefited in any way from the meeting.
One cannot say the same thing about Hillary Clinton and her role in the Uranium One deal with Russia. Clinton played a pivotal role in the Uranium One deal which ended up giving Russian interests control of 20 percent of our uranium supply in exchange for donations of $145 million to the Clinton Foundation. That, ladies and gentlemen, is a federal crime. As “Clinton Cash” author Peter Schweitzer has noted:
Haitian official Klaus Eberwein was found dead this week, just days before testifying about corruption in Haiti. Eberwein was set to testify before an Anti-Corruption committee about the management of PetroCaribe funds, there is a possible connection between Eberwein and Clinton through PetroCaribe and former Clinton staffer David L. Goldwyn, who advocated a number of new energy deals in the wake of PetroCaribe’s collapse. Some reports are also suggesting that he was about to expose crimes committed by the Clinton Foundation in Haiti at this week’s hearing (although these reports need to be further verified, as there is some unverifiable information which could be part of a potential disinformation campaign around this story.) Authorities are officially causing the death a suicide, however many are wondering if this could have been another politically motivated assassination.

A Seattle, Wash., councilman implied that a new effort to clean excrement off the side walk outside the local courthouse could be racist Tuesday.
The crime and smell of urine and excrement have gotten so bad outside a King County courthouse that two judges are scrambling to find ways to fix the situation, reports the Seattle Times.
King County councilmember Larry Gossett isn’t a fan of one solution to power wash the feces from the sidewalks to tamp down on the smell. Power washing the sidewalks is too reminiscent of civil rights activists being hosed down, he said.
The area around the courthouse is surrounded by a homeless shelter and other social service organizations. Multiple assaults, harassment and drugs have been reported to the police in the area near the courthouse. Jurors have taken to asking judges to release them from jury duty and two jurors have been assaulted over the past two months.
“When they come to this courthouse they’re afraid to come in,” said King County Sheriff John Urquhart. “They’re afraid to walk down Third Avenue because what they see.”
Urquhart is asking for an $8,000 increase in budget from the King County Council to have deputies patrol the street. “There is public urination, defecation. That’s a crime,” Urquhart said. “There is smoking marijuana in public.”

Family Security Matters

According to security officials in Quetta, Shafiq Mengal is the leader of the Islamic State in Pakistan.
He was, quite literally, home-grown by the Pakistani government and has now gone rogue, like so many of Pakistan’s proxy prodigies.
Shafiq Mengal is the son of former Pakistan state minister for petroleum and Balochistan’s caretaker chief minister, Naseer Mengal. He comes from an influential and educated family, dropped out from Aitchison College in Lahore, and later attended an extremist Sunni-Deobandi theological school.
Everyone, whatever side of the political aisle you’re on, needs to take a deep breath here.
1. “Collusion,” contrary to what the New York Times would like to think, is a noun, not a crime.
2. “Conspiracy,” an inchoate offense, can be a crime if there’s (a) an agreement between two persons to commit an illegal act and (b) at least two affirmative acts in support of the object of the conspiracy. The agreement is the essential ingredient. Usually, however, in the federal system, conspiracy is charged with the underlying felony. In other words, it’s charged as a pile-on, not a stand-alone defense.
3. All crimes require mens rea, criminal intent.
4. All elements of a crime must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
