Judge Napolitano Explains How Hillary Blatantly Violated the Law, Faces Indictment

Hillary so blatantly violated the law that a former New York City mayor and prosecutor says an indictment is unavoidable and Judge Napolitano explains how she put lives in danger.

Judge Napolitano said that there is no way she could open SAPs, which are Top, Top Secret communications, without knowing they were highly classified. It doesn’t come in an ordinary email and she must purposely open it. The kind of information contained within are the “names of human intelligence on the ground, moles, people that work for two governments, Black Ops programs that the government participated in but that the government will eventually deny that it…”

In other words, she might have gotten people killed.

Legally, she can be prosecuted with the government only showing the negligent maintenance which is now overwhelming. Two dozen of the over 1300 emails are SAPs.

Hillary forwarded many of these emails to her advisor Sidney Blumental and he was hacked.

The judge also explained the Petraeus prosecution in comparison.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was asked by Fox News’ Fox & Friends what he thought the chances were that Hillary Clinton would be indicted for keeping Special Access Program documents on her home server – documents that are beyond Too Secret.

It’s possible the government won’t move against here but Petraeus kept the documents secure and Hillary “spread it to the whole world, the whole world…like, hey, come and read all my top secrets and she’s running for President of the United States,” Guiliani said.

The host asked if he “saw an indictment.” Guiliani responded, “I don’t know how you avoid it. Tell me how you avoid it. I mean…I gave Sean Hannity 13 violations of law that she arguably committed. This is about as clear as it gets. It is a crime to negligently handle top secret material.”

Guiliani added that she “destroyed 34,000 emails,” Giuliani said that he would have argued, as a prosecutor, “that’s evidence of a guilty knowledge . . . the destruction is evidence of guilty knowledge, evidentiary principle that you can use against someone when they’re in a situation where who knows what’s on those 34,000 e-mails.”

Then there is the FBI’s second investigation into the Clinton Foundation which, if he were her attorney, he would find “really worrying.”

Go to 3:45:

Remember when Hillary said this:

“I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail. There is no classified material. So, I’m certainly well aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.”

She lied.

Former CIA Director David Petraeus was prosecuted for sharing intelligence from special access programs with his biographer and mistress Paula Broadwell.

Important to the case against him was the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which Hillary also signed on January 22, 2009 in which she agreed to protect the highly classified information or risk criminal prosecution.

It reads:

“I have been advised that any breach of this Agreement may result in my termination of my access to SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) and removal from a position of special confidence,” the NDA reads.

“I have been advised that any authorized disclosure of SCI by me may constitute violations of United States criminal laws, including provisions of Sections 793, 794, 798 and 952, Title 18 United States Code…” These are provisions of the Espionage Act, and as Fox recently reported, 18 USC 793 subsection (f) is of special interest to the FBI investigation as it includes “gross negligence” in the handling of national defense information.

Hillary’s spokesperson responded by blaming the GOP. Brian Fallon told Alisyn Camerota on CNN that “the Republicans are continuing to try to Trump it up and resurface the allegations for the purpose of hurting her campaign.”

Camerota noted that the Inspector General isn’t a Republican and Fallon said, “Actually, I think this was a very coordinated leak yesterday.”

His reason for believing that has the taint of conspiracy theory: “Because two months ago a political report that directly changed the finding of this inspector general. And I don’t think he liked that very much. So think he put two Republican senators up to sending him a letter so he would have excuse to resurface the same allegations that he put summer that have been discredited.”

They’re desperate.

One has to wonder if any information about the CIA mission, the safe house and Ambassador Stevens’ travels were compromised.
