A federal judge has rejected the Justice Department’s claim of executive privilege used to withhold documents tied to the Fast and Furious “gun-walking” scandal from release to a congressional committee.

House Republicans subpoenaed thousands of emails related to the operation and sued in federal court to obtain them.

In her decision on Tuesday, Judge Amy Berman Jackson rejected the department’s blanket assertion of executive privilege, saying much of the withheld information had already been disclosed through other channels.

The ruling is the latest development in a years-long legal fight over the botched effort by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to track guns across the Southwest border.

There is apparently a great deal of evidence that could send Hillary Clinton to prison. Anyone else would be in jail by now. She had up to 1340 confidential emails contained on her private server so far. She directed an employee to send out a confidential email. But it gets worse. An Inspector General wrote in a letter that the U.S. government’s most secretive and highly classified programs were on Hillary’s home – unsecured – server.

Charles Krauthammer said it’s worse than what Edward Snowden did.

It’s not just anyone saying it – it’s the Inspector General. How do you call him a liar?

Get ready to see Joe Biden, John Kerry, possibly Al Gore or Elizabeth Warren jump into the race. That will be a serious problem for Republicans. Democrats will vote for any one of those leftists because the party is so far left at this point.

 

Fox News obtained the Jan. 14 letter linked below from the Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified “several dozen” additional classified emails — including specific intelligence known as “special access programs” (SAP).

SAP is a level of classification beyond even “top secret,” and it shows she not only lied through her teeth, but she put the country and her countrymen in danger.

This level of classification refers to information so secret that if it is released, it will put lives in danger.

“There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material,” a former senior law enforcement with decades of experience investigating violations of SAP procedures told Fox News. “It is the most sensitive of the sensitive.”

I just saw the movie, 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.It is a tragic story that shows the horror these men went through. The station chief comes off as a petty bureaucrat who got religion in the end but if it’s true that he held those men back for those critical thirty plus minutes, then he deserves the monicker.

It’s an extremely well done story and Hillary should be forced to watch it.

This woman and her careless disregard for others and for her country, the country she put at risk for her own benefit, does not deserve the opportunity to do it again on an even grander scale.

She caused the death of Libya, not only these men, and is just not competent. She’s a liar. She lied about what she said to the victims’ families and she lied about what the contractors – the men on the ground – witnessed and experienced in all likelihood. If you have heard them interviewed, you believe they are telling the truth.
