Bombshell: Judge Napolitano Believes Hillary Committed Yet Another Felony

Judge Napolitano came out with a bombshell observation today though he has said it before. The weapons Hillary sold to Qatar may have been used to kill Ambassador Stevens. She sold the arms illegally and some went to Al Qaeda. She put American heavy-duty military equipment into the hands of some of America’s deadliest enemies and that is a felony – providing material assistance to the enemy.

He made his comments on America’s Newsroom with Martha McCallum.

They first played a clip of Donald Trump blaming her for much of the mess in the Middle East. She has “killed hundreds of thousands of people” Trump said.

“She is the one who caused all of this problem, with her stupid policies. You look at what she did with Libya, what she did with Syria. Look at Egypt, what happened with Egypt. A total mess, they, we don’t back any of our allies. You look — she was truly, if not the, one of the worst secretary of states in the history of the country. Talks about me being dangerous. She has killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity.”

Martha McCallum then asked the judge, “He said killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity. Chris Wallace said what do you mean? What are you talking about. You think there is some foundation for that comment.”

The judge does think Trump could be right on this.

“I do. I don’t know if the number is accurate and I don’t know if the number is even measurable, but he is talking about her efforts to destabilize President Mubarak in Egypt, Colonel Gaddafi in Libya and President Assad in Syria. And, in order to bring about that destabilization, she succeeded in Egypt, she succeeded in Libya, she failed in Syria,” the judge responded.

“She as secretary of state authorized the sale of American military equipment to Qatar. Qatar? A little tiny country, beholden to the Muslim brotherhood? What business would the United States have arming Qatar? Ah, Qatar was delivering those arms and did to rebel groups. Some of the rebel groups were al Qaeda. So she is responsible for getting – Trump’s, allegation is borne out by emails in the public domain which I have seen, which anybody can see, American heavy-duty military equipment into some of America’s deadliest enemies, that’s a felony, provide material assistance to terrorist organization. As a result, people died. It is not unlikely that Ambassador Stevens himself was killed with one of those weapons.”

SEVEN YEARS AGO TODAY… Al Gore Predicted North Pole Would Be Ice Free in Five Years

FIVE SEVEN YEARS AGO TODAY—
Al Gore predicted the North Polar Ice Cap would be completely ice free in five years. Gore made the prediction to a German audience in 2008. He told them that “the entire North ‘polarized’ cap will disappear in 5 years.”

This wasn’t the only time Gore made his ice-free prediction. Gore’s been predicting this since 2007. That means that this year the North Pole should be completely melted by now.

Junk scientist Al Gore also made the same prediction in 2009.

Former Vice President Al Gore references computer modeling to suggest that the north polar ice cap may lose virtually all of its ice within the next seven years. “Some of the models suggest that there is a 75 percent chance that the entire north polar ice cap, during some of the summer months, could be completely ice-free within the next five to seven years,” says Gore.

I spoke with a few close friends about this and we brought up the 3rd man in the Oklahoma City Bombing. Government officials told those who saw the 3rd man in that case said they were mistaken. Like many shocked and horrified Americans, I watched the events of the San Bernardino jihad massacre unfolding in real time. Several eyewitnesses were certain: There were, from the very first, three shooters. Police scanner broadcasts and news reports all said the same thing.

Scott Pelley of CBS Evening News interviewed one eyewitness, Sara Abdelmageed. She said: “I heard shots fired and it was from – you know – an automatic weapon. … As we looked out the window, a second set of shots goes off … and we saw a man fall to the floor. Then we just looked and we saw three men dressed in all black, military attire, with vests on. They were holding assault rifles. As soon as they opened up the doors to building three, one of them started to shoot into the room.”

Abdelmageed added that she “couldn’t see a face, he had a black hat on – black cargo pants, the kind with the big puffy pockets on the side, long sleeve shirt, gloves, huge assault rifle six magazines I just saw three dressed exactly the same.”

Undocumented Citizen? The Absurd New Word for Illegal Aliens

Over the years there has been a politically correct progression of words to describe those who come to the United States illegally. At first it was illegal aliens, then illegal immigrants, followed by undocumented immigrants or undocumented workers. Of course, the perpetually offended PC crowd is always looking for gentle new words to describe the obvious, so they’ve come up with something that defies all logic.

The Multicultural Involvement and Community Advocacy office at the University of Maryland has displayed posters on campus that are part of their “inclusive language campaign.” The poster lists “offensive” terms, followed by their politically correct counterparts, one of which reads “Would you say [illegal aliens] if you knew I am an undocumented citizen?” Other statements on the poster are critical of those who would say “retarded” in front of the disabled, “ghetto” in the presence of the poor, or “raped” within earshot of someone who has been sexually assaulted.

This is the inevitable endpoint of politically correct language. Some of us are so sensitive that we can no longer use words that make sense. There is no such thing as an undocumented citizen. Someone who is not documented, is by definition, not a citizen. Don’t tell that to the Nicole Mehta, head of the university’s Common Ground Multicultural Dialogue Program. She claims that the term undocumented citizen was determined by students through surveys and focus groups.

“The overall purpose of the Inclusive Language Campaign is to get individuals to stop and think about the language we use and how language can impact others and our communities. The use of ‘undocumented citizen’ seeks to avoid dehumanization of an entire group of individuals.” 

Muslim Illegal Immigrant Arms Dealer Nabbed in Florida

We have been told that illegal immigrant terrorists won’t bother coming across our southern border because it’s so much easier to come other ways. That is true though that doesn’t mean it isn’t one means of illegal immigration that must be shuttered. The US is admitting 280,000 Muslims this year alone on student and travel visas, H1-B visas, refugees status and so on. However, that doesn’t mean it won’t happen.

About 40% of illegal immigrants don’t come through our porous southern border, they just hop on a a plane and disappear. That, by the way, was NOT dealt with in the two thousand page Senate immigration bill we were told would solve so many problems.

Jihadis are definitely tied to drug cartels south of our border and they are living in these countries.

Breitbart reported that an illegal immigrant Muslim from the UAE living in Melbourne, Florida, 25-year-old Hamid Mohamed Ahmed Ali Rehaif, was caught with lots of money and lots of weapons and ammo. He was living comfortably.

Proof Positive that Team Obama’s Playing for the Other Side

Americans have begun to sense that Team Obama is doing real damage to public safety. Now they have tangible proof.

Last night on Megyn Kelly’s Fox News program, a recently-retired Customs and Border Patrol officer named Phil Haney revealed that officials in the Obama administration had shut down an investigation he had been conducting of Tabligi Jamaat, arguably one of the world’s most dangerous Islamic supremacist organizations.

He believes that, had that investigation been allowed to continue, it may have prevented the attack by the two shooters in San Bernardino, who had connections to TJ.

Worse yet, Mr. Haney says the intelligence he had accumulated about the group and its operatives here was ordered destroyed.

As a result, the danger of still more jihadist attacks and stealthy subversion of our country has been intensified.

Those responsible must be held accountable.
