Border Security Contractor: Administration Is Deceiving Public on Somali Illegals Apprehended at Border

This morning Joe contacted The Gateway Pundit to relay a recent situation on the southern border in Arizona.
According to Brown, several Somali men were recently apprehended crossing the border into Arizona. When ICE officials came to pick up the illegals they told the rancher that the aliens were Mexican. The rancher argued that of course the men were obviously from Somalia. That’s when ICE told the rancher that they were ordered to report all illegals as either from Central America or Mexico – including these men from Somalia. It’s the latest trick by the Obama administration to deceive the American public on the calamity at the border.

(CNN) – The desert and dun-colored cliffs around the town of Tataouine were once the backdrop for the movie “Star Wars,” much of which was filmed in this neglected corner of Tunisia in 1976. This struggling town on the fringes of the Sahara still draws a few fans of the movie but now finds itself part of a real conflict, as a way-station for jihadists crossing the Libyan border 60 miles to the east.

Earlier this month, before the gun attack on the Bardo Museum in Tunis, three young men were arrested here as they allegedly made plans to cross into Libya to join a terrorist network. A local official told CNN they had since been taken to Tunis for questioning.

Two arms caches have also been found in the region this month, one of which included rocket-propelled grenade launchers and more than 20,000 rounds of ammunition, thought to have been removed from a Libyan armory in the aftermath of Moammar Gadhafi’s ouster in 2011.

Driving near the border, it’s quickly obvious why the Tunisian government is so anxious about Libya’s implosion and the emergence there of an ISIS affiliate whose tentacles stretch half-way across the country. This open space is vast and sparsely populated. Smugglers’ tracks criss-cross the endless scrub and steep, arid hills that run along the border. Gasoline, drugs and other contraband have long been smuggled across the frontier.

Near the town of Remada, south of Tataouine, a couple of soldiers manned a checkpoint. They wore protective jackets — whether for show or because of the perceived threat from Islamist militants, it’s hard to know. When we arrived, passports were requested and phone calls made. We were escorted into the town and politely but firmly told we could go no further without written authorization.

Criminal Enterprise Alleged to Occur Over 10 Years Culminating in Present Email Scandal Conceived to Hide Incriminating Evidence and Obstruct Justice

(Washington, D.C., March 25, 2015). Today, Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch and a former federal prosecutor, filed a civil suit against Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton and their family foundation alleging criminal violations under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”). The suit was filed before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Civil Action No. 9:15-cv-80388. A copy of the complaint can be viewed at www.freedomwatchusa.org.

The lawsuit alleges a pattern over ten years of the Clintons engaging in two or more predicate acts constituting a criminal enterprise, designed to enrich them personally. In this regard, Klayman alleges that the Clintons – through mail and wire fraud, and various false statements – misappropriated documents which he was entitled to receive and possess under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) concerning Hillary Clinton’s involvement in releasing Israeli war and cyber-warfare plans and practices. The complaint alleges that Hillary Clinton orchestrated this release to harm and thwart Israeli plans to preemptively attack Iranian nuclear sites to stop the Islamic nation’s march to producing atomic weapons. Another FOIA request called for the production of Mrs. Clinton’s and other State Department’s records which refer or relate to the granting of waivers for persons, companies, countries and other interests to do business with Iran, thereby undermining the economic sanctions. These acts are alleged to be the result of the defendants selling government influence in exchange for bribes from interests which have donated to The Clinton Foundation, paid huge speaking fees to the Clintons and other means. The present email scandal is alleged to cover up evidence of these and other related crimes by hiding emails that would incriminate the Clintons and their foundation.

Klayman issued this statement:

“This is the first and only hard-hitting case to address the growing email scandal. What Hillary Clinton, her husband, and their foundation have done is nothing new. It is simply part of a criminal enterprise which dates back at least 10 years, all designed to enrich themselves personally at the expense of the American people and our nation. It’s time, however, that they finally be held legally accountable.”

And So It Begins, The Country Within A Country

The New York City Council is drafting a law that will allow noncitizens to vote in New York City’s municipal elections to give clout to immigrants in all races across the five boroughs.

New York City could begin the promise of a Country Within A County with this scheme. They’re claiming it’s democracy to do something that will allow foreigners with an abhorrence of democracy to diminish our democracy.

Instead of citizens deciding issues, foreigners will because there are so many of them in NYC.

To qualify, one only need be a legal immigrant (illegal immigrants are being given amnesty and IDs) and have lived in New York city or one of the boroughs for six months. In other words, you could be a communist from China living here for six months or a Frenchman who hates America, and you would get a vote.

“I believe that in a democracy, everybody should participate, and I don’t see how you call something a democracy when you don’t give everybody that opportunity to participate,” said Councilman Daniel Dromm, (D-Queens, pictured above), earlier this month. He is pushing the latest effort.

He thinks it’s a democracy if you let foreigners vote in U.S. elections and decide which way New York City will go on every level.

The end result will be foreign influence and it will never be overturned once foreigners get to vote on it.

Once this is in place, we can expect to see no surveillance of suspect groups, communists, fascists, socialists from around the world who live in NYC will get more involved, and citizens will be pushed out of having any voice because there are a heck of a lot of foreigners in New York City and the five boroughs, but that is the goal, isn’t it?

iVote NYC, a coalition of open borders Humanists and their far-left allies are behind the change. The man in charge is a Frenchman who helps run the Humanist Party, in other words, he’s a communist. Communism and Humanism are bedfellows. The Communist Manifesto and the Humanist Manifesto 2, have many overlapping of goals, attitudes and programs. They are ideological twins.

It would make New York City one of only eight jurisdictions in the nation that allows foreigners this kind of power.

One can be sure that our communist mayor will love it.

NC State Bans Fraternities From Drinking . . . Exempts Black Frats From Ban…

North Carolina State University (NCSU) has responded to a series of fraternity scandals on-campus and nationwide by at least temporary banning alcohol at the parties of all ordinary fraternities. However, the ban doesn’t include the handful of historically-black fraternities at the college.

NCSU is the latest in a string of colleges to fall into turmoil over the conduct of fraternity members. At the University of Oklahoma, Sigma Alpha Epsilon was abolished over a racist song sung by freshman members. At the University of Maryland, an offensive email surfaced. At Penn State, members of Kappa Delta Rho are facing possible criminal charges for a Facebook page that allegedly contained nude photos of unconscious women. […]

In response to the growing turmoil, NCSU has announced that it is banning all alcohol at social events for the vast majority of fraternities. A news release by the school attributed the decision to both local scandals as well as “national issues.”

But the ban has one big exception: The school’s historically black fraternities, such as Alpha Phi Alpha, are totally exempt.

I’ve had enough of this incessant talk about getting a “deal” with Iran. This is not that Seventies game show “Let’s Make a Deal” and Monty Hall is not emceeing this exchange – although he may be able to do a better job.

America must not, should not, be making “deals” with the number one state sponsor of Islamic terrorism in the world. Then again, it was just a week ago that Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, dropped Iran and Hezbollah from the terrorist list – how accommodating and convenient.

Afghan President Ghani held a joint press conference today with President Barack Obama in Washington DC. In his opening comments Ghani thanked the US military and recognized the 2,215 Americans who lost their lives in Afghanistan. He also recognized the

“I’d like to simultaneously pay tribute to the 2,215 service men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice. More than 22,000 American soldiers who have been wounded in action. Civilians, numerous contractors and others. You stood shoulder to shoulder with us. I’d also like to thank the American taxpayer for his and her hard-turned dollars that have enabled us.”

It is doubtful that Barack Obama has those numbers memorized like the humble Afghan leader.
