In August 2013, the Obama administration sued Louisiana to try to bring an end to its school voucher program – a program which had just been passed in 2012.

Under the Louisiana program, both of the following criteria had to be met in order for a student to get a school voucher. First, the student must come from a family whose income is below 250% of the poverty level. And second, the current public school that the student is attending must be rated as “C” or below.

86% of students who received vouchers had used those vouchers to flee from public schools which had been rated as “D” or “F.”

Only the most vulnerable children were eligible for the vouchers – the poorest students attending the worst schools.

Obama’s reason for filing the lawsuit was that “many of those vouchers impeded the desegregation process.”

Giuliani dared to rip into Barack Obama:

WASHINGTON — Rudy Giuliani has delivered a political shot-in-the-gut to President Obama, charging the president doesn’t “love America.”

“I do not believe, and I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that the president loves America,” Giuliani told about 60 conservative business leaders gathered Wednesday night at the 21 Club to hear Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.

According to the former mayor, Obama doesn’t love Giuliani either.

“He doesn’t love you. And he doesn’t love me. He wasn’t brought up the way you were brought up and I was brought up, through love of this country,” he continued, as Walker, who has entered the top tier of Republican presidential candidates, sat nearby.

The comments are a departure from standard political rhetoric, where blasting someone’s ideas is considered fair game, but questioning an opponent’s love of country is usually a no-no. Politico reported the expansive comments.

The fact is, Obama doesn’t love this country and Rudy said what at least half the country is thinking. Let’s crank up the Wayback Machine and revisit the moments when Barack Obama opened the door to his soul.

Obama’s war on “countering violent extremism” turns inward – on Americans. CNN reported Thursday that “a new intelligence assessment, circulated by the Department of Homeland Security this month and reviewed by CNN, focuses on the domestic terror threat from right-wing sovereign citizen extremists and comes as the Obama administration holds a White House conference to focus efforts to fight violent extremism.”

The DHS report unveils the Obama doctrine – ignoring the jihad and targeting the right – in a deliberate demonization of an increasing number of Americans who understand that our rights are being usurped and that the U.S. government has been hijacked by a collective of destroyers and anti-American operatives. This is not new. Obama made these same vicious accusations in a similar DHS report in early 2009. It is a strategy.

“Some federal and local law enforcement groups,” CNN says, “view the domestic terror threat from sovereign citizen groups as equal to – and in some cases greater than – the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS, that garner more public attention.​”

 

President Obama is taking the idea of pre-emption to a whole other level. The Bush doctrine included a strategy of “preemptive strikes” as a defense against an immediate threat to the security of the United States. Obama is using it as an offense against the American people.

Chickens Come Home to Roost… Jeremiah Wright’s Daughter Is Sent to Prison

In September 2013, Jeri Wright, daughter of Reverend “God Damn America” Wright, and 12 other Democrats were charged with embezzling $16 million in Federal health grants that should have gone to AIDS charities and other programs for the poor and needy.

More than one of the defendants had direct ties to President Barack Obama.

In March 2014 Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s daughter Jeri was found guilty on eleven counts that included money laundering and lying to federal agents.

This week US District Judge Sue E. Myerscough sent Jeri Wright to prison.
The Chicago Sun-Times reported:

Jeri L. Wright, the daughter of President Barack Obama’s former pastor, is headed to jail after a federal judge on Monday revoked a deal that allowed her to remain free as she awaits sentencing on a money-laundering conviction.

U.S. District Judge Sue E. Myerscough ruled that there was probable cause to believe that Wright committed a theft while she was free on bail and ordered Wright detained by U.S. marshals in Springfield, according to Sharon Paul, a spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney’s office in the Central District of Illinois.

Wright’s attorney, Victor P. Henderson, could not immediately be reached for comment.

President Barack Obama will head to the AARP Monday afternoon to announce a change in policies affecting retirement accounts — part of a series of moves the White House says is aimed at boosting the middle class.

Obama will call on the Department of Labor to develop a rule that would require retirement advisers to abide by a “fiduciary” standard — mandating that they put their clients’ interest ahead of making a profit.

Unlike doctors or lawyers, financial advisers are not obligated to look out for their clients’ best interests, said Labor Secretary Tom Perez. He said the change would modernize a 40-year-old rule.

“Consumers deserve to know that their adviser is working for them,” he said. Currently, advisers recommendations for retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, must be considered “suitable” but the White House says that can mean high costs and low returns. A report by the White House Council of Economic Advisers estimates that conflicts of interest cost middle-class families who receive “conflicted advice” an average of 1 percentage point lower annual returns on retirement savings. It estimates the losses at $17 billion a year.

This 1987 clip provides historic confirmation that Obama may have been on to something when he recently proclaimed that “Islam has been woven into the fabric of our country since its founding.” All he had to do was add “Resistance to” at the beginning of the statement, and it would have been the truth.

The only difference between our relationship with Islam now and 200 years ago is that back when we were governed by great men rather than ruled by treasonous miscreants, we were willing to do what it takes to defeat evil.

Twice-Deported Illegal Alien With Terror Ties, DUI Convictions Gets Sweetheart Plea Deal

In a federal court hearing covered by Judicial Watch, Hector Pedroza-Huerta appeared before the same judge-Frank Montalvo in El Paso, Texas-that also presided over another one of his immigration cases in 2009. After conducting an off-the-record meeting with Pedroza-Huerta’s attorneys, Judge Montalvo issued concurrent sentences of eight and 15 months with no deportation or supervised release for the illegal immigrant.

A restricted court record, labeled “Sealed Statement of Reasons as to Hector Pedroza Huerta,” in Judge Montalvo’s proceedings, probably contains the facts the American public deserves to know about Pedroza-Huerta’s criminality – and perhaps even his pledges of future cooperation with law enforcement and counterterror officials.
