New York State Police Demanding Gun Shop Handover Gun Customers ID

Albion, New York – -(Ammoland.com)- Joseph Palumbo, co-owner of the Albion Gun Shop, released information today that New York State Police officers from the Narcotics Enforcement Unit demanded the shop’s release of all customers who purchased New York SAFE Act compliant rifles under threat of a warrantless SWAT Team Raid.
Since the passing of the New York Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement (S.A.F.E.) Act, the New York State Troopers Narcotics Enforcement Unit has been delegated to enforce the S.A.F.E. Act and to handle all matters pertaining to the S.A.F.E. Act.
This unit has visited Mr. Palumbo on several occasions, disrupting his business, to see that Mr. Palumbo is compliant with the S.A.F.E. act provisions for licensed gun shops owners.

Canadian TV Goes Birther: 62% Say Obama is Not an American Citizen

There are two definitive schools of thought within the “birther” movement. However, more often than not, you are exposed to only one. Not all “birthers” believe that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. In fact, many believe that this is somewhat irrelevant. Many, like myself, believe that since Barack Obama, Sr. was not a citizen of the United States when Barack Obama, Jr. was born that our President may be a “citizen” but that he is a not a “natural born citizen” and thus ineligible to hold the office of President.
Though it is doubtful that you will see any American owned media outlets devoting programs to this debate (seems highly unlikely six years later), Richard Syrett of The Conspiracy Show decided to go where American media refuses to. He devoted an entire episode of his program to this debate and it aired Monday on Canadian television.

The host says Birthers that conclude a natural born Citizen is one born on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizen parents (Vattel) stand on pretty solid ground but notes the other side could provide a compelling counter-argument (Blackstone). Syrett said to dismiss Birthers as racist is extremely unfair. He also believes evidence suggesting Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery is not conclusive but says it deserves further investigation and serious media scrutiny. Syrett warned viewers that if Obama is not eligible and he forged his birth certificate the United States would be plunged into a constitutional crisis unparalleled in its history. The debate over the definition of “natural born citizen” has largely been in trying to determine the intentions of our founders. Both sides can roll out historical court decisions to seemingly support their case, but I prefer to start at the beginning. What is perceived as true in 2014 was not necessarily true in 1790. I always encourage people to do their own research. However, in the course of that research I would suggest that you start with our first congress. My interpretation is that BOTH parents must be citizens to create a “natural born citizen.” If not, then why the distinction between a simple “citizen” and a “natural born citizen?”

20,000 U.S. M-16s stolen from unguarded warehouse in Kuwait
ABU DHABI — Kuwait has reported the theft of a massive amount of
U.S. weapons.
The Interior Ministry said thieves broke into a warehouse and stole a
huge amount of firearms and ammunition. The ministry said 20,000 U.S.-origin M-16 assault rifles and 15,000 rounds for 9mm pistols were stolen.
“There were no guards during the break-in,” the ministry said on April
7.
The ministry said the target was a warehouse of the Interior Ministry in
Subiya, Middle East Newsline reported. The statement said thieves broke three doors and removed the entire contents of the warehouse.
Kuwait has been a major defense client of the United States. The U.S.
military has stationed some 13,000 troops, most of them assigned to
logistics, to the Gulf Cooperation Council sheikdom.

As we watch the Islamic State continue to expand and consolidate their territory, we should take a moment to reflect on how they got to where they are today. To paraphrase President Obama, “they didn’t build that”, at least not without some help.

Obama invents rights for illegals

The left is very good at inventing rights that appear nowhere in the Constitution. These “positive rights” authorize the government to bestow goodies on the public, unlike “negative rights” which tell the government what it cannot do. Ergo, liberals invented the “right” to health insurance, the “right” to marry whoever you want to, and more. Poisitive rights are insidious in that they undermine the balance between liberty and responsibility. Moreover, positive rights chain the individual to the collective,. rather than free the individual from state control as negative rights do.
President Obama invented a new right over Labor Day; the right to immigrate to the US. As the Daily Caller points out, this new “right” supercedes congressional authority in a way the Founders never intended:
