Obama Administration Puts in an Order for 1,430 Pounds of Marijuana

The Obama administration just put in an order for nearly a ton of marijuana; 1,430 pounds to be exact. That’s a lot of weed, and the estimated street value of that much weed is approximately $650,000. What do you think would happen to a private citizen if they were caught with that much weed? They’d probably never see the moon again, except through bars, if their cell was on the external wall side of the prison, but for the Government, it’s just business as usual.

What the Government actually does with the marijuana they buy is test it in attempts to validate the medicinal advantages that many in the medical field have proclaimed that it has. The state of Florida recently approved marijuana for medicinal purposes, stating that it has a very positive effect on people who suffer from epileptic seizures. Studies have shown that the plant (what the Government would no doubt call a “drug” as they have it listed as a class 1 controlled substance) reduces the rate of seizures in epileptic patients by as much as 90%.

The marijuana that the Government purchases is produced by the University of Mississippi, and it is used by the National Institutes on Drug Abuse to conduct research on medical marijuana.

Christians ‘Crucified Again’ for refusing Islam

To the awe of its readership, a recent Daily Mail article reports that the “jihadist Islamic State of Iraq and Levant [ISIL],” which is currently entrenched in Raqqa, Syria, “publicly crucified two Syrian rebels in northeastern Syria in revenge for a grenade attack on members of their group.”

While the Daily Mail is to be commended for exposing these barbaric acts—along with posting photos of the crucified—it nonetheless minimized their significance, in two important ways: 1) by repeatedly saying things like “even al-Qaeda is distancing itself from ISIL,” and so implying that the act of crucifixion is some wild aberration that even the poster-child of jihadi terror, al-Qaeda, wants nothing to do with it; and 2) ignoring the much “sexier” story that Christians in Syria are also being crucified simply for refusing to embrace Islam (as opposed to the rather mundane but politically more correct story of jihadis crucifying each other in the context of vendetta killings).

Consider the atrocities earlier committed in Ma‘loula, Syria, an ancient Christian village where the inhabitants still spoke Aramaic, the language of Christ.

Michigan Marks the 34th State Necessary to Commence a Constitutional Convention

The following news alert conveys what is perhaps the most important development in these United States of America this year … this decade … this millennium. Truly, it does not get any bigger when the appropriate legal mechanisms have been triggered to initiate a Constitutional Convention. The upshot of this extremely profound and unparalleled initiative implemented by 34 states is as nation-transforming as it is highly consequential for every American citizen.

Regardless of where this US Federal Government-altering procedure goes regarding the proposed Balanced Budget Amendment, the message that it sends cannot be misunderstood: We the People are fed up with business-as-usual in Washington DC!  That said, the Obama Administration has so operated as a lawless tyranny that the ultimate outcome from this state-driven process was rapidly advanced perhaps by several years.  Thank you, President Obama.  It appears that he has unwittingly become the ‘change agent’ that he promised to be … only not quite in the way that he planned.

Has everyone heard about Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine backing Hillary Clinton for a 2016 presidential bid? According to a CBS news article, Kaine, addressing a Democratic women’s breakfast on May 3, 2014, in South Carolina, said that former Secretary of State Clinton had shown grace in handling an array of problems and attacks in her 30 years of public life. The Democratic Senator from Virginia said it was never too early to start backing Hellary (yes, this spelling is intentional) and that she had “what it takes” to be president.

According to a statement by Kaine, “She’s got the accumulated backbone and scar tissue and wisdom and judgment – all of those things you need in a leader.”

 Other Democratic supporters of a “Hellary for President” run in 2016 includes Sen. Chuck Schumer (NY), former Governor Jennifer Granholm (MI), and Sen. Claire McCaskill (MO).

While Hellary decides on a run for the White House again later this year, a document dump by the Clinton Presidential Library released a handwritten note by Bill Clinton in March 2000 to Bassam Erstwani, chairman of the Dar Al-Hijrah Mosque in Falls Church, Virginia. The tone of the note suggests that then President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton “enjoyed a friendly relationship with the chairman of a mosque that counted 9/11 hijackers as worshippers and invited controversial Muslim Brotherhood-linked television preacher Yusuf al-Qaradawi in for a meeting.” It appears that in the note signed “BC,” former president Bill Clinton indicated that having Muslim support would be good.
