Costa Rica’s top diplomat voiced alarm Sunday that Nicaragua is boosting its military ties to Russia, in his view to the point of dependency.

Pakistan’s Secret Service Planned Terror Attacks on US & Israeli Consulates

Gateway Pundit

Security agencies in India claim Pakistan’s ISI was planning terror attacks on the US and Israeli consulates in India.
Maybe they were pi$$ed about a YouTube video?

Central security agencies have claimed that Pakistan’s ISI had plans to carry out terror attacks on two foreign consulates in India with evidence for this reportedly given by a Sri Lankan national, arrested from Chennai, during his interrogation.

Official sources claimed on Sunday that Sakir Hussain, a Sri Lankan national, told his interrogators that he had been hired allegedly by an official in Pakistani high commission in Colombo as part of the ISI’s alleged plans to conduct reconnaissance of US consulate in Chennai and Israeli consulate in Bengaluru.

Hussain was arrested on April 29 in a coordinated operation involving various countries including a southeast Asian nation.

He is reported to have told the interrogators that Pakistan’s spy agency was planning to send two men from Maldives to Chennai and that he had to arrange for their travel documents and hideouts.

Hussain’s name cropped up during an investigation in a southeast Asian country which tipped a central security agency in India about possible attack on US and Israeli consulates, the sources said.

In 2011, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Michael Mullen, accused the Pakistani government’s intelligence agency (ISI) of supporting and enabling terrorists. Apparently, they still are.

Pamela Geller, Breitbart Column: “The Museum to Islam at Ground Zero”

“The Museum to Islam at Ground Zero,” Pamela Geller, Breitbart

The New York Times did a big write-up on the latest developments on the now-scrapped Ground Zero mosque plan. The notorious provocateur, Ground Zero mosque developer Sharif el-Gamal, unveiled a new plan to build a three-story museum “dedicated to exploring the faith of Islam.”

Oh, the irony. A museum to Islam on the site of the biggest and bloodiest Islamic attack on a Western country is grotesque. One has to wonder if one of the exhibits will be the landing gear that crashed through the roof of that very building.

The good news is that the Ground Zero mosque is dead. And we should take a moment to savor that, swish it around, and run it up and down our tongue like an excellent pinot. Because it was a hell of a fight, and despite the support of the president of the United States, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and a hysterical mob media, it did not happen. That was you. Over forty thousand people attended our Ground Zero mosque protests on D-Day 2010 and September 11, 2010. The power of the people.
