Recently, former U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Oliver North voiced his concerns in Washington, D.C., over Barack Hussein Obama’s presidency, calling it “Leadership Deficit Disorder.” He even stated, “Any other president would have been impeached.”

He went on to say, “In what we see happening in Ukraine, it’s evident in the failure of this Congress (the people’s representatives) to hold this administration culpable and accountable for the criminal activities in which they’ve been involved. … Why the dickens haven’t we convened a select committee to investigate Benghazi, the IRS enemies list, spying on Americans, threatening reporters?”

Another individual voicing his concerns stated that this president is “not simply posing a danger to the constitutional system. He’s becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid.”

Saudi Arabia Labels the Muslim Brotherhood a Terrorist Group. But the Democrats are Having a Fundraiser With Them.

Saudi Arabia has formally designated the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization.

 

An interior ministry statement also classified two jihadist groups fighting with the Syrian rebels – the Nusra Front and the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant – as terrorist groups.

The statement gave Saudis fighting in Syria 15 days to return.

Chaser:

A Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated activist whose organization recently came under fire for holding an anti-Semitic rally in support of ousted Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi will head a fundraiser for Democratic Rep. Gerry Connolly (Va.).

U.S.-based Muslim Brotherhood alliesAkram Elzend and Sameh Elhennawy will co-host a fundraiser for Connolly later this month at the Fairfax residence of Mohamed Mohamed, according to a copy of the invitation obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Both Elzend and Elhennawy have been tied to Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood and were listed as U.S.-based cells of the group, according to a report in Egypt’s El Watan newspaper.

They also were identified on a list of Morsi supporters in America who issued an Arabic statement demanding that the former president “cleanse the media and police.” The statement additionally hailed Morsi’s power grab in Egypt as “one of his revolutionary decisions.”

Hard to feel sympathy for Democrats who didn’t read or understand Obama Care

The Florida election confirms that ObamaCare is a problem for Democrats no matter how much we hear that Mrs Sink “sank” for other reasons. It will be really hard to blame this on the Koch brothers!

The Democrats have two problems in 2014. 

The first one is cyclical, as Josh Kraushaar reminds us:

“The results are a clear warning sign to Senate Democrats, whose majority is threatened thanks to a Republican-friendly map and a national environment that’s tilted in the GOP’s favor. At least seven Democratic-held Senate seats are being contested in states more conservative than the Florida House battleground. Conservative groups, led by Americans for Prosperity, are already airing ads blasting Democratic senators for their support of Obamacare, and their attacks have negatively impacted the incumbents’ poll numbers.”

The second problem is just plain bad governance, or the often mentioned ‘they didn’t read the bill” complaint.

In other words, not a single Democrat stood up in 2009 and said: Stop in the name of common sense!  Stop and let’s make sure that we understand this massive bill! 

Why didn’t a single Democrat do that? 

My guess is that they were afraid to challenge the first black president and risk the ire of blacks in their state. 

My second guess is that they all bet on Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts voting “no” rather than “yes”.

Either way, they are stuck with a law and all of its unintended consequences.  However, I don’t feel sorry for any of them.  This is what happens when you don’t understand or read something you’re voting for..

Meet Jordan Wiser, a high school senior you might call an overachiever.

Enrolled in an Ohio vocational-technical school, Wiser was taking Firefighter 2 and EMT courses to bolster his dream of future public service.

“Last year, I completed the law enforcement course,” the 18-year-old told The Huffington Post. “I received several certifications, including the National Terror Defense certification from FEMA, the Terror Recognition certification and (certification as an) Emergency Vehicle Operator.”

Wiser also joined the Army, enrolling the Future Soldiers program, and was scheduled to ship out in August. After his planned military service, he figured he’d embark on a career as a police officer or firefighter.

But Wiser’s big dreams of public service are on hold. In fact, he’s now enduring a nightmare.
